We accept a limited amount of reservations prior to 6:15pm, we do allocate 75% of our dining space for walk-ins.

Had 6:15 reservation. Seated immediately in booth
Shocked. Place was jammed in dining room
Very bad acoustics. Had to scream instead of talk
I told server “we were NOT in a hurry. “.We wanted slow service. Gave drink orders of wine and he tried to get us to order food. I repeated “not in a hurry”
So we got drinks. And then ordered appetizers, delicious beef carpaccio. Yummy
no sooner did we get appetizers and couldn’t even start eating, did he ask for main course. We refused and asked for him to come back
At 7 we orders main course.
Special Branzini and another fish dish. Both very good. We had serious conversations and wanted privacy but waiter didn’t seem to respect that
We finished our food around 8. Had tickets to show 8:45
Ordered a dessert of berries with zap. Sauce on side with 2 espresso
Food was great. Server should have given more privacy but not a bad guy. Just young
After sitting for 25 minutes, we had to go the hostess to ask for bread. Waiter kept saying "I"ll be right there" but never appeared. The restaurant did send someone else to wait on our table. The food was great, hoping it was just a bad night service wise

Old friends having dinner and catching up. Our server Derrick was attentive but did not hover or bother us- we sat for a long time and compensated him accordingly and appreciated that he did not appear to be annoyed by us. Food is always the best here. Love everything aboutmthismtestaurant

Dinner was fantastic. I had the snapper Vesuvius which was excellent, and can’t wait to go back and order it again. My friend had the chicken scarpariello, a lot to eat and she loved it.excellent garlic rolls. Great dinner all in all.

Great food. Pleasantly surprised how good everything was. Try the chicken meatballs and/ or stuffed peppers both were great appetizers.
Mario's is a favorite of mine & my daughter . Was with my family including 3 small children, on the patio. Perfect. Daniel our waiter was outstanding! Friendly & attentive. 3 adult new patrons who also thought the food wonderful. My daughter & I are long-time customers and she must come here every time she visits.
David the sever was amazing. Food was good. The beef short rib pasta dish had a very bland sauce and the broccoli rabe was over cooked. The pizza as usual was good. The chicken Parmesan was okay. Their garlic rolls are very tasty. Ambiance was nice.
Ate lunch with out of state friends on terrace. Alex was our waiter, knowledgeable as well as personable.
Great pizza verde and eggplant pancakes! Met the manager who was so nice! Great easy evening!
Service was just ok...waiter took order, served food, order was not served as ordered. Some food was not hot. Their “Eggplant Tower” hardly had any cheese or sauce. The Chicken Parmigiana was also dry without sauce. We were celebrating an anniversary, which they knew about, after the bill was paid for the waiter said happy anniversary while other tables around us that were celebrating seem to of gotten cake with a sparkler.

Always eat at Mario’s when we are in town on vacation. Been going for years our family loves it.
We’ve been fans and patrons for decades dating back to its original location. As good as it was than it’s even better now.
The food was good and the waiter friendly and very competent. However the noise level is over the top. We were seated in a booth that was very wide and we had to really yell across the table. The only drawback is the noise.
I always visit this restaurant when in Boca. THeir food is delicious and this time our server was excellent and full of personality. I start with their wonderful eggplant pancakes and then order my favorite yellowtail snapper oregano to which was once again awesome. POrtion is large so I had leftovers. THe only disappointment was the cappuccino because it tasted a little stale and it was very tiny for the price of $4.50. Someone else ordered a decaf coffee and said it was not fresh so sent it back. All of our entrees and salads were cooked the way we ordered and it was a very pleasant experience.

We were seat a few minutes earlier that our reservation. Very pleasant waiter. Food was good and the price was reasonable.
We are frequent guests at the restaurant. On our last two visits, the food was not up to par especially the chicken parmigiana. The chicken tasted like frozen chicken and was tasteless and rubbery.
Tables were set but dirty, so we had to change. Small dishes on the table as part of the table setting were also dirty. Waitress was INCREDIBLY slow and didn’t even know the menu but told my husband that his eggplant parm didn’t come with a side of pasta so we had to get a menu and show her. A side of pasta with eggplant or chicken parm is pretty standard. We waited 15 minutes to just place a drink order and once she would bring out food she’d just disappear and wouldn’t come back to check on us. We sat outside and it got to a point where my husband went to the bar to order more sodas. She walked like she was half asleep and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at all. When we asked for the check, we were really annoyed but tried to remain polite. We still had food left on our plates and she didn’t even offer boxes. We just paid, left her a 10% tip, and left the food there and left. The best part is that the MOD couldn’t even find this reservation and, luckily the place was pretty empty. When my husband told him of our experience as we were leaving (which he should have known about since he sat us and after just sitting there for 15 minutes I asked him if there was a waitress there and we also had him bringing us our food since she was MIA) he apologized and said he wished we would’ve told him and that he would’ve bought us a dessert or coffee. We were there for what felt like HOURS. It was pretty bad. The food was decent but not worth the headache. Not sure if she was new, but not fit to be a server. You could barely hear her when she spoke and walked like a turtle.
We celebrated my birthday at Mario's with two other couples who were duly impressed. The server was amazing and we can't wait to go back. Two of our guests are already making a reservation with their children to celebrate an anniversary.
