   This is my top 3 restaurants. Amazing food.. grazed sea bass was just well prepared and melt in your mouth.. if you in Marco Island this one is a must

   The food, service and ambience is 5/5. The service was great and the waitress knew exactly what was GF and what was not and why. The surf and Turf was amazing I will definitely be back in Marco for Marco prime!

    Excellent food our waiter was outstanding!!! Had the surf and turf steak was cooked beautifully didn’t even need a knife. Lobster was cooked perfectly opaque and wonderful.

    They need a little help. Despite giving very specific instructions on how my husband wanted his steak cooked it came to him wrong. Too underdone. We had to flag someone down to get the waiter. It took a long time to cook it a little more. The manager came over to see how everything was eventually. It was obvious he had no idea our steak had been sent back. We didn’t want to tell him at that point but there should definitely have been communication from the staff to him already. Basically he’s just walking around getting a false sense of our experience. Staff should tell him what happened. That’s what all great steakhouses do because it can happen. Once finished our plates sat and we sat for at least 10 minutes waiting for things to be cleared. Not a great experience. There definitely better places that have much more impeccable service.

    Food was terrific. We ate outside which was nice as weather was pleasant. Bar area was loud and hard to hear sometimes. Folks had their dogs with them and was non stop barking for happy hour. I assume an anomaly.

    We ended up leaving without eating . Our waiter was so rude. Slammed our drinks down on the table without saying a word. It took almost 10 minutes for our waiter to bring our drinks. Not sure if he was unhappy or mad about something but we didn’t deserve that kind of treatment. That was our third time to eat at Marco Prime, we won’t come back. Kamal K. Was our server.

    The food was very good. However, the service was about as poor as it could get! The waiter was very inattentive and wouldn’t even look in our direction when walking by. My wife had to get up to get his attention. Also, the price of the “special” was not disclosed when explained what the specials were. We expected it to be a little higher than the standard menu prices, but $90 for a skirt steak is way overpriced! Will not recommend or return, after receiving such subpar service.

    My family and I went for Mother’s Day dinner and had a great experience. Our server was awesome with our young children (and us adults too!) and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back again.

    Excellent dinner! My 8oz filet was cooked to perfection, the sautéed mushroom side was the perfect accompaniment and my husband’s scallops were phenomenal. When the flies bothered us while sitting outside, the owner (didn’t realize it was him), was there immediately and took us inside to finish our meal. So attentive as was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend the restaurant.
