They had a $98 fixed menu for Valentine’s Day which wasn’t anywhere on their website or communicated by their staff. I had a waiter 2ft behind me my entire meal pouring half empty champagne bottles into each other instead of doing it in some sort of staging area. They only thing they didn’t manage to screw up was the salad. My steak was lackluster and almost as tasteless as this place trying to pass itself off as quality dining.

Went here for valentine's day and was very disappointed. First of all... once seated we were shown only a prix fixe menu which I had NO CLUE would be our only option. Then, when I asked our waiter about it and told him that I did not see that on the site when I booked he rudely told me it is definitely on the site. I looked immediately and it was not on the main page of site or the menu pages or anything. It was on one "special events" tab. Who the heck drills through a whole site to get information that should have been noted clearly ESPECIALLY if you booked through the site???? Anyways, me and the girl were really looking forward to French onion soup and other entrees that we no longer had the option to order.
So after the BS menu as our only option and the rude waiter response, we move on to how extremely small the portions were and how we didn't have utensils for our dessert when served. So after paying $335 for tiny dinner and a nice bottle of wine, I ended up stopping at del taco where the customer service was excellent, full menu offered and food quite filling. Oh, and for $5.95.

Food was good , did not really like the set menu for Valentine’s, would have preferred the normal dinner menu or even an condensed menu that was more like the normal menu. Service was good , some issues with the food runner not know tables since they added a lot of new tables for the holiday. Wine selection is great. Food quality was good just not enough choices.

We have been dining here for years and it continues to be hit and miss. Lunch with a girlfriend on Vday, pretty busy, but the service was soooo slow. All we had was some wine and charcuterie, but the service was just average. The food is usually pretty good, of course they have a decent wine selection and the view is unique. I just feel like they lack consistency in their service.

This is my favorite spot in all of Las Vegas. The view on the water is wonderful, I love the porch seating with plenty of heat lamps. The wine selection is amazing and the food is always delicious.

Amazing!! I had a great Valentine’s Day dinner and would recommend this place to anyone to go on a date night. The chocolate lava cake was to die for!

The food was good and I would have given a better rating, but when the service is terrible than sadly the entire dining experience is soured. Order was taken 20 minutes after we sat down. It appeared 4 tables were sat at the same time in our service area. Management should step in if that happens. We had finished the bread basket and still waiting to order wine when our food order was finally taken. Appetizer arrived after the the entree's. Appetizer should have been comped and the manger should have come over to apologize. Being that it was a friends birthday we let things slide.
Lastly, although the soup/ sandwich combo is listed directly under the line stating your choice of salad or fries, we were told this line does not apply to that entree. Again, a lack of hospitality. It clearly states it does.
Will not return after that experience.

A nice and enjoyable lunch with my young adult children by the lake. Good quality food & excellent service. However, the pairing ingredients with the charred octopus do not compliment each other; and the truffle goat cheese Napoleon is not as good as I expected. I have tasted much better than this at the Bouchon.

Flavors of all the dishes we had were well developed, yet subtle. Seasoned well - nothing was too salty, or too bland. Our server Anthony was one of the best we have had anywhere in a long time. Professional, knowledgeable and just the right amount of friendly. The singer in the background was a nice touch, too.

We enjoyed a serene afternoon, celebrating my birthday. We had the special that included a glass of champagne; the lobster roll was fresh and tasty and my Mom loved her quiche. The atmosphere was beautiful. It helped set a tone while we were eating. The food was amazing as well and the person who served us was very friendly. He knew the menu and made us feel comfortable.
