I had the special gumbo, probably the best I've ever had, although I must say I'm not the gumbo affectionate that some are. Very tasty. Hubby had the catfish and it was also very tasty.
Small place, they were running a cooking class in part of the restaurant, not a distraction as you get to see the owner in action. I had a glass of red wine, and they had a nice selection of wine by the glass. We will be back.
