Come for the cocktails and ambience, and get blown away by the quality of the meals. Our crew enjoyed the chips to start which is a must and the brussel sprouts which are delicious. The burgers and pasta dishes are great. Definitely dining here again.
Service was excellent throughout, beginning with complimentary champagne anniversary toast. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable on menu and specials. Cold, rainy night in Buffalo but warm atmosphere inside this establishment. All courses were not only creative but of highest quality.
Love marble and rye! I love trying new dishes and new ingredients that I would never think of putting together. Restaurant staff are friendly and knowledgeable and drinks were great!
Their house made pasta is simply divine. As is their service! We had 3 people with food allergies. The server was knoledgeable, helpful & patient.
We had a wonderful late night dinner at Marble + Rye: our server Jill was attentive to our every need. The drinks and food were delicious, well prepared and presented.
We were celebrating our five year anniversary and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Everything was spot on from the champagne toast, to the drink recommendation and description, to the entree recommendations. The staff was friendly and warm and made our night very special
Our first time to visit! We ordered the burger and steak! Both were excellent! We had the Russian layer honey cake for desert.... amazing! The service is truly over the top! We’ll be back!!!
Food was wonderful! Service was great. We enjoyed everything!
Loved our window seat. Food is always good and our server was wonderful. Prompt service allowed us plenty of time for dessert to share and get to Shea's with time to spare!
Dinner was fantastic. The cick peas and onion rings were a definite for ordering again. I had the octopus which was the best I have ever had. Dessert was a little bit of a key down compared to the apps and main course but still alright. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other options.
Great all around.
one of my favorites! Always the best food, drinks, service and environment! Our server was awesome and made great recommendations!
Arrived and had a great cocktail at the bar and then moved to a table to enjoy our meal; everything was seamless. Both the bartenders, our server, and the host were all attentive without being hovering. A really wonderful experience.
First time dining here. Limited food menu but intriguing with many local ingredients. Good bar crowd and fantastic, friendly service.
Always so good! I love their extensive list of menu additions
Our waitress was terrific. I asked about the drinks, which I know they are known for. She was quite helpful. I ended up with the Returning Correspondence, I will defiantly get it again. It is such a lovely spot, we will be back.
The prices are sometimes high for what you get, but that honey cake dessert is worth twice the price! Dear marble and rye. Please make that your signature dessert and never take it off the menu. EVER, never had a bad item off the menu. It’s a little dark and can be noisy/ but who cares?
Another good experience. Great food and friendly staff. Don’t miss the cocktails because they are excellent and the Russian Honey Cake is a must try dessert.
Quick service, great reccomendations from the friendly & knowledgeable staff... Overall a great experience!
Amazing food and impeccable service! They knew we had a show to get to and we got there in plenty of time!
We were greeted at the door by a very friendly hostess and that was the end of the friendliness. We felt as though our server was put out by our very presence. My girlfriend wanted to enjoy a beer with her dinner but our server, Jackie U (we made sure to look at the guest check for her name) did not offer or come back to see what she wanted even after we discussed it while ordering our cocktails. It was the first time we left exactly 15% as generally we over tip having worked in the restaurant industry ourselves.
Our waiter didn't seem to be in the best mood. I'm assuming it was because there were only two waiters. I would try them again but in hopes that we would have a more cheerful wait person.
My girlfriend and I went here together as a belated birthday dinner and had an amazing time. The service staff was very attentive and the food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back here.
The seasoning on the main courses we had was delicious. The homemade pasta was delicious!
Excellent food, interesting variety on the menu, fantastic service. Just sort of tough to find parking, but overall, wonderful!
Best bourbon list in Buffalo, great food and amazing service
One of the best hidden gems in Buffalo. All of the food is outstanding, with the ingredients sourced from local farms and markets. The cocktails are equally fantastic. Highly recommended!
Anniversary weekend and the staff made our dinner very special. Great food and ambiance.
Okay food. Nothing mind blowingly good. Too noisy. Almost wanted to leave upon entry but luckily bar got less busy and was able to hear my partner across the table from me. Onion rings had a good sauce; seemed popular as all the other tables around us ordered them. Falafel burger was filling, soft and with tons of yummy tzatziki dill sauce. My partner wasn't happy with his ravioli. The meat inside was way too try and the broth wasn't enough to make up for the dryness.
Unfortunately this was not a great first impression. The food was ok - chips and onion rings were good (suggestion - if you are going to serve that size of octopus, make it an appetizer!). And for a not so busy Saturday, the service was spotty at best.
Everything was unique from the vibe to the service to the food. I felt like my dad was cooking for me on his farm. Best burger I’ve had in buffalo.
Go for the pickled onion rings. Magnificent. Outstanding service
It was our first time here ... the service was great! I loved the homemade pasta ... menu is a bit limited Nd so is the wine list but we had a great time and enjoyed our meal!
Vegetable curry was amazing and happy hour cocktails are great
Food was all wonderfully fresh and delicious. Service was excellent and the Sunmer drink selection was great
Very tasty food with creative flavors. The service was perfectly timed and friendly. Perhaps a few more French wines by the glass would've made it perfect for me. Excellent negroni. Look forward to going back on a future visit.
One of our local favorites, we think Marble+Rye is an outstanding value. The menu can be a little limited, but what is there is absolutely excellent. We have had most of the selections, and have yet to be disappointed. Some of the crafted cocktails can be a little fussy, but they make the best margarita I have ever tasted. Great choice for a casual evening when you want something really good, but are not looking to be dressed up.
My only quibble, was the crispy chickpeas. Far too salty for our palate. In fairness, the restaurant took this item off the bill.
They substituted beef for the pork, in the pork and fennel sugo. This was the best paste dish I have tasted in many years. Absolutely wonderful. Flawless! Prefect balance of sauce with pasta.
My wife loved her meal also.
Superb! The food was delicious (I had the scallop cake ( with the fried green tomatoes to share as an appetizer) and Steve had the airplane Chicken. Delicious cocktails and wine with the food. Creamsicle and cherry Ice Cream for dessert. Katie, our server was wonderful! Emily is now the manager and was as welcoming and friendly as ever. Jared was superb as always! Favorite restaurant!
