Maplewood III of Vineland is a family owned and operated restaurant serving the Vineland area for 40 years. Maplewood III is the culmination of the dreams and work of Howard Esposito and his son Ken that began in the early 80's. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch; tomato sauce, meatballs, soups and eggplant are prepared daily. All entrees are cooked to order using the finest, freshest ingredients. We are proud to have been chosen Vineland 's favorite Italian & best seafood restaurant by locals year after year! Although our basis is authentic Italian we have expanded our menu over the years and now offer rack of lamb, broiled seafood combination, filet mignon plus a large assortment of seafood and fresh fish. Based on customer requests many of our menu items are offered in a smaller portion for those who are looking to have a lighter meal.

I’ll have give it another try later, my food choices were not to my liking but that was on me. The restaurant was clean our server Brian was excellent and the atmosphere was what I was looking for.

The Maplewood III, in Vineland, has always had superior quality Italian cuisine with an atmosphere that is always friendly. On this one occasion, we were delighted to hear the music of Zach Taglioli, who sang songs of the fifties, sixties and seventies with great expertise. The sounds we still love and appreciate today. It was a marvelous evening, and we hope it would continue into the future.

Everything was great and Brian is fantastic! The chilean sea bass special was cooked perfectly and I hope that it will eventually make it to the permanent menu.

Not our first time here. The usual problem is service. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. The we ordered drinks and I had to pick them up myself from the bar. Sad because the food is fabulous. We were close to leaving but stuck it out. Hire more staff. I realize that’s expensive but I can tell you I am not happy about tolerating nothing no touches of my table for 15 minutes when we are seated. It’s going to be a while before I return if ever.

The rack of lamb is always so good. Had half roast duck on the specials that my partner got and he loved it. Great tiramisu you can tell they make it in house. Service was always right on top of things.

We ate here on Sunday night. We each had different platters (seafood, pasta, and beef) and all of our meals were delicious. Both the bread and salad were very good. Our server (Mariella) was very attentive and gave us plenty of time to decide - we did not feel rushed. The noise level was perfect - not loud at all. Highly recommend.

Our meal was excellent, scallops and crabmeat linguine. Fried shrimp, with green beans and fries. Our server Eddie, with impeccable attention, and cheerfulness.
