Just what you would expect. Good food in a sports bar environment. Clean, great service. Go. It’s worth it.
Service was excellent. I had the seafood platter and was pleased. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. I did not care for the fries but maybe that was just me. It was quiet when I was there but imagine it can get loud during sporting events. I would recommend Manning’s to anyone.
Spring break trip for 18yr old son & 2 friends. Enjoy it !! Wait staff friendly helpful made our time there relaxing.
The service was slow, very inattentive and incompetent. The food was tough, overcooked and cold. We should have gone elsewhere. I regret my $52 food bill as a waste of my money.
Everything about Manning's was great .we can't wait to go back.
The food was very good and the portions were generous. But the staff had definite attitude. The service was slow and even disrespectful from the waitress. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience for her. When I asked the bartender about parking validation they seemed annoyed. The restaurant was not busy so it was not a matter of them being very busy. In fact it was a slow night. Management needs to have a talk with the staff.
Food and service was amazing. Amount of food is totally worth the price. Definitely a good idea to make reservations on big weekends like the sugar bowl. The line was out the door! Definitely going back!
Loved the experience.
I put in the request that I would like a birthday dessert added to my check for my boyfriends bday and the waitress never even acknowledged anything. We didn’t even get offered dessert!!!
Manning's was one of my favorite places to visit in New Orleans. I am a HUGE Manning family fan and this place has it all!
i was in New Orleans for Saints and Pelican games with my kids. We ate at Manning's twice and enjoyed it both times. Appetizers were great and kids could play games while we waited.
Our server was outstanding and our cocktails were superb!
I truly enjoyed my time at Manning's. Great atmosphere, friendly servers, great food My first time there, but not my last.
When I return, I will make sure that I do get there again. Everywhere you look, people were having a great time.
Limited menu with average bar food. Atmosphere is awesome! Beautiful bar and restaurant surrounded with Manning everything! Service is amazing! Terrific outdoor seating with big screen! Great place to catch a game!
The restaurant was excellent. I wish Manning’s has a gift shop.
Great wings and even better service! We got seated right away and we're given some great seat for a playoff game. I cannot remember our waitresses name but she was by far the best. We were in the front seats.thanks for everything!
Not as good as it has been in the past. The food seemed old not fresh
Great friendly staff and great food!!!The staff go out of their way to be super friendly /and accommodating.
When my party arrived at the restaurant we were told they didn't have enough staff to serve us. Wow! Why are you taking reservations? They managed to find a server and she did a decent job. The menu was limited, food was mediocre and it took a very long time. Skip this place and go somewhere else.
Service was excellent
The manager, Kate, was outstanding and checked in at our table to ensure we had exceptional service and delicious food. Our server, Kate, was attentive to our needs, pleasant and very professional. We will ask for her in the future. The food was great! We really enjoyed the soft pretzel appetizer with melted cheese and creole mustard. I hope the pretzel will be a permanent addition to the menu.
Only down side was they ran out of 3 food items and it seemed every time we made another choice they were now out of that. It just didn't make sense to run out of so many staples like chicken, spinach dip, turkey, etc
Ironically it was very slow so I can imagine when they get busy what happens with food running out.
That being said the service was very good (you can't blame food running out on servers that's the kitchen managers fault for failing to order properly) and what food was served was hot and tasted good.
Disappointed in this visit! The food was subpar and the service the same. It was my third time eating here and definitely the worst.
Service was excellent. Food was subpar all around.
Had reservations and showed up 15 mins early to having to wait 20 after. On a date and we got seated next to the basketball game as well as being sat beside a table with small kids when in fact there where more than half the tables empty and dirty. So we sat near the bar and when we asked the bartenders if we could order they looked as if we had five heads. Finally after the manager seen and talked to us, was we able to order food. She apologized and had a waiter help us immediately. Food came and was good for bar food. My girlfriend then had to go to the rest room only to find it was disgusting and had no TP. If it not had been for the manager and waiter we most definitely would had left!
Buffalo wings tasted like fish. Kids chicken fingers were rubbery. Decor is beat-down. Overpriced everything. Server was sweet, but don't eat here.
The food came out wrong after specifically ordered. The waitress did not come around to check up enough. The food took a long time to come out considering that everyone around had already finished eating. Not impressed with the service or the food. When told about the food being improperly fixed waitress just said sorry
Visiting New Orleans for the first time and celebrating my husbands birthday, we were very excited to eat at the Manning restaurant based on great reviews. Our waitress was initially very friendly and attentive. After we received our appetizer and drinks in a timely manner, our waitress "disappeared" for a while before returning to take the rest of our order.
25 minutes later our food came out (two Po Boy sandwiches). We felt like this was an extraordinary long time to wait for sandwiches especially since the rest of the restaurant had maybe 8 other people eating.
The bread on the sandwiches was so hard that when we attempted to pick the sandwhich up and bite it, everything fell out the bottom. Once again our waitress was no where to be found. The table next to us noted that they had not seen her either.
After "eating" we were very eager to pay our bill and leave.
Very disappointing first experience.
Best burger i have ever had anywhere
Food was very good and very good quality ingredients. Service was a little slow but the server was very nice. I would go again.
The staff was friendly, seemed a bit understaffed but we were pleased overall with the service received.
Great food and help. We were pleasantly surprised to be in the company of some movie stars.
Service wasn't good. It was a Friday night and they didn't have entre I wanted. I ordered a salad with chicken on it instead. I had to cut the chicken into manageable bites. Then my salad was soggy. When they brought out fries they were cold. The server did notice I barely ate my food and made restitution by taking my salad off the ticket. We live in Colorado and wanted to try Peyton Manning's place but overall experience wasn't good!
Food was so so. The kitchen was extremely slow. Waited nearly a hour and a half for the chef's seafood special, a piece of blackened redfish. It was dry and not blackened hardly at all. The gumbo was good, along with the catfish fingers. Cesar salad was dry.
The two deserts were in contrast. Chocolate fudge Sunday was good, but the beignets were overcooked.
In all, it was so so. A lot better choices in the area.
Manning's fare was totally acceptable for a typical sports bar. Everything was good but nothing special. You can eat this type of food in any city in the USA. This is NOLA! The food in this city is amazing, special and unique. Go elsewhere unless you only eat burgers.
Great juicy burger and beer was ice cold. Awesome service even during Mardi Gras not wait.
Very unique atmosphere. Great food and entertaining environment.
I have allergies which are very easy to deal with. I can't tolerate hot and spicy. Simple enough, just leave out the chili powder, jalapeños, etc and no fresh black pepper. I could have a lot of things because most of the food is prepped the day before and they had nothing in the back, except chicken wings, that wasn't already seasoned. That being said, it still took 3 tries to get fried chicken wings with no seasoning. When they were finally cooked where I could eat them, they were dry like straw. The waitress was all over us checking on how we were doing. The only time we didn't see her was when we asked for something. That part took 2-3 tries. All in all, the prices were fair, but I wouldn't go back.
Service was great this time compared to other times that I have been there. St. Louis ribs was thin, salty, and burnt. Shrimp scampi was more like linguini instead. Did not like the food very much this time. 🙁
The waitress was great and did a good job with our table but the food was less than desirable. The burgers looked okay but they were probably the best thing on the menu based on what everyone at our table ordered.
