Father in town
Food was excellent but found it to be more expensive than advertised
Great steaks and sides to share!
Veal Chop was outstanding. Excellent place to go for special occasions.
Well trained and pleasant staff.
One of our friends was verrry disappointed that there was no horseradish sauce. After some begging, our waiter went to kitchen, pulled up a recipe for horseradish sauce from Google and made an outstanding sauce.
We had a lovely time, enjoyed our wine and dinner and were pleased with our service. We will be back.
Nice atmosphere. Very cozie. Good service and excellent food for the price. Great waiter(Artie)
We had a lovely romantic dinner in a quiet, cozy setting. Food was delicious. Enjoyed all of it.
Our go-to place whenever my husband wants a steak!
Family in town
Steaks were super good and our waiter was very attentive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purposely made reservations at a pricier restaurant for our 25th Anniversary. Nothing but disappointment. The shrimp cocktail was overly tough, my wife received a seafood salad instead of the caesar she ordered. Her wine had something in it, she asked for a new one, they brought either the same one back or the second had the same thing floating in it. Her tenderloin was charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside (ordered medium) my bone-in rib-eye was completely charred on both sides. The sour cream was frozen for my potato and my wife's fries didn't come until she was about done eating. The service was extremely poor-I would have complained but he didn't show up to complain to. Many times we looked up and there were no employees visible in the room. The only one who seemed to be working hard was the host/water boy/busser. We couldn't have asked for a more disappointing 25th anniversary dinner. This would have been unacceptable at a chain fast-casual restaurant let alone an expensive seemingly highly rated steak house. I've never had a worst meal in 40 years, let alone take the time to write a negative review.
Ecellent steak as usual. Becoming our go to steak house over capital grill. fair price for amount and quality of food. Great wine list.
The lamb dish and sea bass was excellent. We look forward to coming back.
Best steak we have had in FL - we are from Boston area and this is as good as anything from home!
Food is excellent. You must order the porterhouse. Waiter was so so really didn’t understand us. The prices of food and drinks very reasonable, would definitely go back
Our new favorite place. Server was difficult to understand, however he did a great job.
Server, Eri, was great.
Manhattan Chowder was awesome
Crab cake was awesome.
Cowboy rib was excellent. Perfect temp.
Sole was just ok. And actually not hot. Not sure why but I didn’t say anything to server.
Wine choice was excellent and very good prices.
Went for a special occasion and called before hand to see if a congratulatory dessert could be brought out. Was told it would be no problem, and while the food was fabulous, the service was bad. They didn’t remember the occasion and we had to ask to refill drinks, etc. I would go back but wouldn’t recommend for a special occasion.
Disappointing overall. The service was lacking. After three requests for water, a member of our party had to walk up to the bar with her glass to get a refill. The French fries were still frozen when served. The steak was good but not exceptional for the price paid.
Service as always was great. Their steaks are the best in town. My wife and I had the cowboy rib-eye and could not finish them, there is enough for a second meal.
We thought the steak and filet we had were not very good cuts of meat...steak was fatty and the filet was not tender. Salad was fair.
The best part of meal was onion rings and tartuffo desert.
It is our favorite steak restaurant when we are in Bonita Springs, Naples area. Recommend it highly.
My wife took me out for my birthday. She was promised a romantic, special table. We were placed near the waiters service station. The side dishes were small, the steak was overcooked and my wife's veal was a little too tough. Not a good value for the money.
service at start was a little slow. appetizers were a little pricey for the size. It's a little loud and there seems to be a few snow bird "locals" that are very comfortable.(it's a dead give away when they talk about how great where they live full time is) Calling over the waiters by name and asking if they were ready to drive them home! The table sitting next to us were loud and vulgar using 4 letter words ex. cu.., fu.. We couldn't even have a conversation of our own as we felt were sitting at there table! Service picked up speed and the waiters were very nice. The steak was very good and the presentation was awesome! I would return but would most likely request seating in there nice patio area or after the snow birds go home.
Hidden gem in Bonita Springs. Was there for special occasion, but that was never mentioned even though it was stated on the reservation. Best steaks, huge side dishes a la cart.
Expected more. When we first walked in we were surprised to walk right into eating area. Very very loud. Waiter didn't come to table for 10 minutes then apologized for being late. Next thing he said was, "would you like to order?" We said we would like to order a drink first. Felt like he wanted us to order and get out of there. $30 for 2 small pieces of sea bass with nothing else on plate. We told in advance it was our anniversary. No acknowledgement. First and last time at Manhattan Steak. So many better places to go in Bonita. Place could use an a overall makeover from decor to service.
Great place for steaks. Service was below par. We have dined here before but this time it was exceptionally crowded. Very noisy between the metal ceiling and the crowd. Hard for four of us to visit. When we go back, it will be after season, in May perhaps. It wasn't special on a Saturday night in season.
Wonderful as usual
Wine by glass extremely limited. Our waiter was also acting as bartender, which gave him an awful lot to do when it got busy. He tried, and other staff helped, But it made it harder to get his attention. Steaks were very good, but side dishes didn’t come out at same time as steaks.
If you want a really good steak at a great price, this is a tucked away gem.
Best steaks in town. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Rack of lamb over cooked a little, very noisy. Location was rather difficult to locate.
Food was very good as usual. The service this visit was good. At times it is very harried! Their steaks are some of the best we have ever had. The lobster tail was also fantastic! We will be back.
Excellent food & service! Great steaks - best in Bonita Springs & Estero!
Classic steakhouse from the New York model. Steaks were prepared as ordered and the service was very efficient.
A group arrived 15 minutes early for their 6:30 reservation walking in the just before us our reservation was 6:15. The host obviously gave our table to them then sat us at theirs it took 30 minutes for us to get served drinks and our order taken while the people who were sat just before us were already being served appetizers. If you are going to take reservations you should honor them.
Greatest steak ever, hotter plates than Ruth’s Chris- thicker cuts as well
Enjoyed our dinner with children and grandchildren...something for everyone!
The meal was superb, but we did feel a bit rushed to order , eat and leave.
It' not often I am disappointed by a steakhouse, but this is one of those rare times.
It is lead by a lack of wait staff available to service the tables. We were ignored after an initial greeting for a significant amount of time. When we ordered a bottle of wine, it was a long time in coming. Before we know it, our server poured the wine and disappeared again.
We eventually ordered a meal, to my wife's dismay (she wanted to leave). When it arrived, it was a steak on a plate, our sides were nowhere to be found. A few minutes later they did arrive and as we began our meal, it was clear our baked potatoes were cold. Since our server was otherwise engaged (as a server, runner, bartender) he never appeared to ask how our dinner was. Once we were finished, he took notice of our potatoes being uneaten and was most apologetic.
The good news was, our petite filets were enjoyable. That didn't make up for the cold side and extremely poor service. It's unfortunate to slight the server himself, as it was clear there were not enough staff to support their clients.
