Love this place. Service & Food are Outstanding!
The food was amazing and very true to Peruvian cuisine. Portions were more than ample and my friend and I were able to have an appetizer and then split an entree.
Excellent Peruvian food - lots of vegetables, beef and rice; not spicy. We have been going there for years.
Very tasty as always... dishes didnt seem to quite pop as before, yet still good. Tasty house drinks as well. Go! You’ll like it.
Great service and great food. Not cheap, but it’s worth it.
Always great food and the staff is super helpful. I always bring friends and family from out of town to mango
Fantastic food. Fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our meal. The waiter was great. The food was excellent. We would recommend it for others to try.
Food was really wonderful
Very attentive service—exceptional innovative and creative cuisine.
The food was decent but for the price there are better places. Service was excellent and the location is great.
My GF and I both loved Mango. Convenient location to all parts downtown, it was set in an older building with darker wood and pleasant lighting. We started with Ceviche, be forwarned it is a big portion for appetizer. My GF had the filet and she said it was one of the best she has ever eaten!
Good food and service.
Great food, environment, service and overall experience. Will certainly return when traveling through St Louis.
Very nice experience, I just missed an espresso
Excellent food with lots of interesting choices on the menu. The left side of the menu is smaller dishes for appies or sharing and the right side of the menu is larger, entree items. Creative drink options and excellent wines. Very accommodating service staff.
A little gem just a short walk from America's Center. Peruvian food was delicious, and our server was friendly and accommodating.
We loved it! Great food, service and experience.
Excellent food and staff that was very helpful with suggestions.
Great food and cocktails. Good value for the quality
The place was nice, with a unique cuisine. Loved every bit of it
As always, we had a great meal! You can never go wrong with the ceviche to start with and the limo Saltado for your entire.
Fantastic calm atmosphere. The food was amazing and the services was excellent. It is perfect for a romantic evening.
Was visiting St Louis for 1 night and wanted a unique dining experience and this one didn't disappoint. Only tried the left side of menu, salads and appetizers. So many interesting, flavorful choices! Ceviche was wonderful! Great server made recommendations that were perfect for me.
We had a terrific meal at Mango! We started with ceviche sand an empanada. The empanada filling was tender and moist; the ceviche tart and piquant. For entrees, we all agreed the fish of the day and the beef tenderloin stew were the highlights. We had a bottle of Peruvian Sauvignon Blanc. Very unusual; we’d never Seema Peruvian DN, but it was delicious. The chocolate cake we shared for dessert was wonderful!
As with our many prior experiences dining at Mango, the food was consistently good and well prepared. My only criticism is that I did not seem to get a straight answer whether the Open Table dining certificate I had was being applied to my bill. It surely did not show up on my credit card receipt and as I had to run for another engagement, I did not have any time to discuss this further with the restaurant manager.
The food and drinks were amazing. Our bartender had a handle bar mustache and made us feel very welcome at the bar. We thought the pisco spurs were absolutely on point but very expensive. We will return!
A quite lovely place, very welcoming staff, excellent server, nice ambience, very good food.
Overall- very good. And highly recommended.
So good to sample Peruvian food that I went twice in the 4 days I was there. YUM! and very good service!
It was great. The next best thing to going back to peru again. Food wise at least
Authentic peruvian meals....delicious food....nice location....friendly service
Never had a bad dish and tried everything on the menu. A little pricey, but dangit you don't care after a meal there.
Restaurant was moderately busy for a Tuesday evening. Food was good and the ceviche fresh. One of the attendees was from South America (Colombia) and classified it as good ceviche.
Authentic Peruvian cuisine with really flavourful dishes. Recommend the salad with salted beets and the trio of skewers for starters.
We ended up going for a super early dinner, so the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was wonderfully attentive, the food came out pretty quick, and everything was delicious. I had a vegan in my group and she was pleased with the choices. I wish I lived closer!
Amazing flavors. Great Service. Beautiful setting. Fantastic experience for colleagues visiting St. Louis for the first time.
From the moment I stepped in the lobby, I was treated like visiting royalty. Even better, the food was spectacular. I highly recommend the Langostino’s.
Great space, delicious choices of unique temptations. Love everything we tried. Newbies, server was very helpful and attentive. What's not to like about Pisco sours?
Dinner for 4, friends evening; menu and tastes were excellent; service excellent - we asked for an appetizer from the menu for special events (since we are planning an event there and wished to sample) - and the chef was able to prepare since we mentioned it at the beginning of our dinner.
Lomo Saltado and Aji de Gallina were classic - but I note seasoning outstanding, a bit of extra spice appreciated; the other dishes at the table all enjoyed. Always a major decision whether to choose the classic dishes or try others when we visit Mango - we usually end up combination of new/classic entrees, sharing a taste.
Ambiance is great, elements of the decor definitely reminded me of time in Peru.
We went for downtown restaurant week. Not impressed with the choice of appetizers, chicken wings or beef heart. Both main courses were great and we took home the left overs! The rice pudding was nice and although it looked tasty it was a bit disappointing. We all regret we didn’t order from the regular menu. Can’t say I’ll hurry back.
