Mamnoon Ratings and Reviews
We ordered the mix grill plate and was disappointed. The kafta was overcooked very dry and did not have much flavor. The chicken was a little better flavor wise but it was still on the dry side. The trout was ordinary, not much to rave about. The taboleh was good. We also got charged for extra harrissa, which we didn't expect for the price of the meal.
I love Mamnoon and come here whenever I can convince someone to join me. We walked to a show at The Egyptian after dining. My favorite place for craft cocktails (they're not just creative, they actually taste good!). The food is so delicious, the best I can get without returning to Turkey. Fresh ingredients and wonderful flavor combinations.
There is seating at the bar in front, a quick take out window and cozy, atmospheric seating in the dining room - take your pick, but go!
As always the food was excellent. Our server Andy was great, and helped manage our time pre-Hamilton show... He also was able to have the bartender resurrect a drink we'd had before that wasn't on the current menu. All the small plates were fantastic, the smoky Muhummara got rave reviews along with the cauliflower at our table. Trout was great.
Not sure what was going on this evening but it was undoubtably the worst service I have experienced in memory. The waiter disappeared for half an hour after we had got our drinks and an appetizer and even when he did reappear, delivery of remaining drinks and dinner was spotty. Not sure I would return based in this experience.
The service was really good.
Food was OK. Not amazing but not bad.
I ordered their Lentil dish, my wife had the chicken.
The hummus appetizer was really good. We ate it with the raw vegi tray ... so total cost for appetizers was steep (had to order them separately).
We got there early-ish and by the time we left it was super noisy.
A delight of fresh interesting flavors! My friend and I shared two flatbread wraps (man'ouche), one za'atar with marinated chicken, one ground lamb. Both were delicious and made a filling meal with sides of tasty lentil soup. This is my new favorite lunch spot!
Simply exceptional in every way! We had the trout, an eggplant dish, endive salad, fried cauliflower and a dessert that was just as magnificent as the main dishes! We were first-timers and our server was so help. We also loved the ambience- great lighting and decor. We can hardly wait to go back and try more.
Food delicious. Ambience great. One thing that bothered me was I made a reservation for 515 pm and when I got there they told me that they had to make sure my table was ready. Granted there were 6 people in the entire restaurant. Overall. I would go back for the food.
We loved Mamnoon!! The small plates were fantastic to share. Best Dohlmas ever. We had severe food allergies in our party and every time a dish was served, and there were many, they told us which foods were safe for whom. Incredible service! Amazing gluten free crackers!!
We’ve been to mamnoon several times but not in the past year. The food and drinks were amazing and we were seated the to gorgeous side room which is fantastic as ever. The new bar area really pushes into the dining area however making things feel much more crowded, louder and less elegant overall in the main room. I’d still highly recommend it but I’d ask for the side room if possible.
We were here for a conference and love to try different styles of food. I love good Lebanese style food and my friend had never had it. We loved our appetizers, the hummus and the cauliflower but we were both disappointed with our entree. We both ordered the eggplant entree but it was too heavily laden with yogurt and the fried pita was a bit greasy. Next time, we would order a different entree. Beautiful space though and we enjoyed the energy.
The first course was quick. My drink (simple iced tea) took too long to come. We were left waiting for the main course for nearly 30-40 minutes with empty plates. My drink refill, ordered before the main course came, didn’t arrive for nearly 35 additional minutes. Overall, the meal felt poorly paced, and the service was quite poor. This gap in service might have been because we arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation, and they may have been understaffed. This was not representative of my numerous past experiences there, and the food itself was wonderful, as always.
I was very impressed with EVERYTHING at Mamnoon. Very tasty food prepared thoughtfully- great combination of flavors and textures. Terrific waiter who helped us select a variety of different dishes. Comfortable, interesting ambiance. Very fair prices. Looking forward to eating there again soon.
Everything was great except for I would have love to know more about the menu and the options as the meal was a little bit new to me… And we sat at a two top in the middle of the walkway which made things a little bit awkward. The hostesses were not super accommodating or helpful when we asked for other options. The food was spectacular and the drinks were great, I would definitely recommend it.
