About Mamnoon

Fond memories of food in Syria, Lebanon and Persia are transplanted to the Seattle of today. Enjoy man'aeesh and other traditional street foods from our walk-up window menu, a private event in our luxurious lounge, or a relaxed, elegant meal in our well-appointed dining room.

Food is an essential part of all family and social interactions in the Middle East where people grow up with intense flavors, colorful, vibrant foods fresh from the marketplace, prepared simply and with a lot of passion. Aromatic herbs fill the streets and a spirit of warmth and generosity exudes welcome at any table.

Here at Mamnoon, we share these strengths brought with us from Lebanon and Syria to the new world of Seattle – where modern curiosity, compassion, progressive values and tolerance are paving the way for harmonious integration and celebration of cultures and flavors.

The food and wine were incredible, but the dessert was life-changing! Seriously, the layers of flavors in those desserts are something everyone should experience.

Fabulous mid eastern food. Interesting spices. Knowledgeable service (if just a bit overly zealous). Good wine list too.

Other than the very disturbing, unappetizing dead chickens installation (art) hanging from the ceiling, it was a fantastic meal in a wonderful restaurant!

As expected, the food and table service did not disappoint. I would have given 5 stars for all if the front-end staff were friendlier and more competent. We were waiting in line to check in for our reservation, and one of the hostesses helped others before helping us. Two out of our party of four were present when we were seated, which we told the staff. When the rest of our party came, the two hostesses were unable to help our friends. Our friends had to call me on my cell phone in order to find us and get seated.

Mamnoon is a favorite place for us. Creative food and drink. Fire cocktail is spectacular if you like tequila and hot spice. Go with friends so you can try as many dishes as possible.

Great service. Good menu. Food quality was high. Somewhat limited choices, food flavor was somewhat bland, could be more adventurousness. A reasonable staple.

We were actually a little disappointed this time round. We have been to Mamnoon several times and really enjoyed it. This time the food was a little ordinary and not very flavorful. We lived in the Middle East for 5 years and understand the flavor profiles of the food. Won't visit again.

Fantastic Food
My sister in-law was in town from England and she requested middle eastern dining so we took her here.
She enjoyed their hummus, fish and Kaffta. She was very pleased with our choice and the atmosphere.

Manmoon amazes me every time I go. The food is remarkable; the atmosphere is wonderful; it's easy to have an intimate conversation. But mostly the food. You have to try it!

5 years- I finally made it - and then I went back a few weeks later. Beautiful food and such attention to details that make the meal a true experience. A copper embossed tray, a small glass of warm orange blossom water, a fig angustura cocktail called Old Beirut. Will return again and again. Knowledgeable servers, quality cocktails, and flavors to dream about.

The tasting menu presented for their 5th anniversary was the best tasting menu we have had. Lots of courses and everything done with lots of flavors. Wonderful!

Food was incredible!! Wonderful portions with attention to detail. Taste buds were working overdrive! Our waiter was pretentious, rude, and and frankly took the whole experience down a notch. He was uppity when we asked him to explain the menu. He said “it’s like every other restaurant. You just order.” He had a beard. Beware of this man.

You should NEVER go here...ONLY ME!!! It's so delicious. I live out of town but travel to Seattle regularly for work and this is my go-to spot. I took several coworkers there this week and our server gave us great recommendations that I hadn't tried before...the Moushakal (the appetizer combo platter that is served with warm, fresh-made pita), the Fatoush salad, and good lord (!!), the Arnabeit Makli (cauliflower). Who knew cauliflower could be so amazing. These were just the appetizers. For the entrée, I had the ghalieh mahi ba reshteh polow (kind of a fish stew with a fancy rice). Maybe I eat that every time I go because it's so delicious. They change the menu with the seasons, so if you go in the summer, be sure to get the tomato salad! The atmosphere is contemporary and beautiful and the staff is very nice. It gets busy, so make a reservation and be patient. It is well worth the wait.

The food was very savory, authentic modern-middle east. The service was poor: we booked the table well in advanced and the maître was quite surprised when we showed up exactly on time...the waiter did not really seem very interested in please us: he took ours to bring the glasses of wine, was not really eager to explain the dishes or to share an opinion, and did not appear to check any further request...
Finally, the music was loud, very loud, which made the ambience noisy.
Quite some improvement needed!

Delicious! Pleasantly surprised by the variety of options and quality of food. I am not vegetarian (and there are meat options on menu), but ordered all vegetarian dishes for the table and all four dishes were fantastic.

Love this place......but, there are issues. The menu is sparse. On my last visit 4 increased from 4 - 5 people, seating was crapped even when we offered suggestions. Also found the waiter was somewhat full of himself and felt like it were inconveniencing him.

Cocktails and food are always well flavored. Will be back but won't sit in that waiters section again.
