The food here is off the charts spectacular! The eggplant parmigiana is simply amazing. Everything on the menu is delicious. Excellent, reasonably priced wine selection. People are very nice, the service is terrific. Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant.

I love this place. Not the best restaurant I've eaten in, but friendly and real.

I think in Sonoma, it is the best for me

This one was my second time and loved both experiences. Tables are close, not for a romantic dinner, but fun. Would definitely go again the next time in the area. Food was great both times. No one was disappointed in the thier selection.

Genuine people putting out genuine Italian cuisine!! Thoroughly enjoyed our evening, Valentine's Day. The chef, owner, made sure to have a dessert that I requested as a surprise and also included it on the evening's menu, could not have been any more special. Each and every part of our 4 course meal was delicious. Clearly a local favorite & we can definitely see why!! It is one of ours now too!!

The menu is efficient and not fussy. I had the spinach ravioli and hubby had the linguini bolognese. We expected to see more appetizers, such as antipasti, but didn't see it, or maybe we just didn't notice. Very tasty, had the feel of old family recipes. Nice people.

We had a great dinner! It is authentic Italian. The chef/owner and his wife are running everything. She talked to us a lot, we dined around 8 p.m., and shared stories of their travels to Italy. She gave recommendations and they have an affordable wine list. Absolutely loved it!

This is my favorite restaurant in Sonoma. It has the best Italian food within 40 miles, period. I always get good service. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to going back.

Took way too long to get our entrees. Apps came out quickly. Entrees came out an hour later. Seating uncomfortable and tight. Ambiance poor. Yet, people very friendly. Neighborhood place.

I can't believe it has taken us so long to discover this restaurant. Great Italian food at reasonable prices, friendly and attentive service. Looking forward to our next dinner there.

Mamma Tannino's never disappoints. Menu is broad and something for everyone. The charcuterie plate was fresh and exciting. Must try: veal parmigiana and Katerina's vitelli.
You will love it!

Mamma Taninos never disappoints! Authentic, fresh ingredients. I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered. Located in a weird spot in a small strip center, but the food is worth it. Low ambiance rating comes from the florescent lights outside the restaurant that shine thru the fronts windows.

Mama Taninos is a FANTASTIC Italian restaurant in the heart of Sonoma and me and my beau's favorite place to eat. The staff is equally fabulous and the ambiance is superb. The chef and his wife are very nice and knowing me and my beau are vegetarians, have offered to make us something special if we give advance notice of when we will be coming in. I would eat there nightly if I could.

Mamma Taninos is a small family run restaurant that continues to excel in varied menu selections and preparation of all items. Recent visits I had osso buco which was excellent and swordfish that melted in my mouth. The whole seabass, when available as a special, is the best in Sonoma. The pastas are all as good as they sound on the menu. We try to go once a week or sometimes twice when we know we just want something delicious.
