Excellent Service and great food. We had the Mahi-Mahi with caramelized onions and Opakapaka sauteed, both meals were great.

The usp of this place is the freshness of food/ingredients and the staff. We were helped by Miley who not only was accommodating of varied diets but also let the servers know the preferences and altered dishes or recommendations to suit it.
The menu is limited but it's revised daily and they deliver on those dishes on point! Outside of what's on it, there are also have daily specials based on catch and season! Go with their recommendations (esp if you're comfortable with trying new things).

Everything we heard and read was true. Such a unique, gorgeous location and the ambiance and decor were stunning. Drinks and dinner were top notch. Although we had a later dinner reservation, we were able to get seated earlier at the bar with a lovely ocean view. We both had the local fish—a type of Amberjack—stuffed with crab & lobster in a macadamia nut crust. Black Pearl dessert a work of pastry art. Yes, it’s expensive and a splurge. Don’t leave Maui without making this part of your vacation experience!

Most romantic dinner my wife and I have ever had.

We came on our honeymoon and lucked into snagging a reservation after someone cancelled and SO glad we did! While it is pricey, it was still less expensive than many other 5 star restaurants but the food and service was far superior to what we’ve experienced at those other places. Our server was Mike. He was outstanding. He walked us through the menus, gave real recommendations (not what was most expensive, but truly his favorite items and why) and the food was as good as he explained it. The extras like a note celebrating our honeymoon and touches from Mike, made the entire experience unforgettable. This dinner made our Maui vacation even better and was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Fantastic everything was great

This place was delicious! I’ve heard great things so we had to try it. It’s on the more pricey side but definitely worth it. We went for an anniversary late lunch because I couldn’t get dinner time, they wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a small desert. It was perfect.

Wonderful, we had heard of how fabulous Mamas’s Fish House was for years and it did not disappoint. Truly an exceptional experience!

We were visiting from Seattle! Tried to go here without a reservation on the way back from Road to Hana trip. But that was a fools errand!

the hardest restaurant to get into with bookings made all the way to June!!!! On our second try we made it after setting alerts for openings! Crazy!! But so worth it! 5 star all around for their food, service and ambience! We picked their signature dishes! Check them out! Pictures don’t do justice to the cultural aspect of this place!

My wife took me here for my Birthday dinner. It was fantastic and we had flawless service. There is no better seafood on Maui than Mama’s. Personally none better in the world. We stack several reservations every time we visit Maui.

Was disappointed that the prices online were not what was on the menu. We have gone there for 15 years and each time the prices go up. It’s tradition for us but starting to question the value.

As always, our experience was wonderful and most enjoyable. Food is fabulous, service excellent but I must say, it was easier to share conversation with less tables tho we know it affects your overall profit. We tried to make up for it and ordered plenty of food and drinks! Thank you for your consistent excellent service! We look forward to our next visit to your restaurant!

The most outstanding meal of the trip. We will come back every visit to Maui. Wish they had a better kid’s menu and it’s extremely pricy, but worth it. Fabulous.

Absolutely amazing restaurant and experience. The restaurant is beautiful, and the location right on the beach is perfection. The food is next-level - fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The location has the perfect ambiance: nice/quality upscale restaurant without being snooty/snobby or too quiet. A great place to that the family or have a date night while still getting a quality , top notch meal.

Legitimately one of my favorite restaurants of all time. It's not the most expensive, but it's not cheap. That said, it's hard to beat the attention to detail of the recipes, the presentation, and the atmosphere.

Amazing food, service and view!

We love this place so much. They never disappoint. Great food and atmosphere. We really wish they would bring back the sampler plate! It was a fish, Kaluha pork and one other thing. Also the beef stuffed papaya. Lastly, the kid menu. Would be great to have a beef or chicken option. Not all kids do fish and pork. Aside from that though we loved it, as usual, and will be back!!!

Best restaurant in Maui hands down! Food was amazing!!

One of the best dining on the island! Amazing seafood, great service and the most picturesque seating overlooking the water. The best meal we’ve had in a long time.

The greens in the upland salad were so fresh and sweet. Perfectly dressed. Mahi-mahi was the best. Curry terrific. Lilikoi creme brûlée the best dessert I have ever eaten. Pricy place but one of a kind place. Friendly and attentive service in an inspiring atmospheric setting.

Absolutely unbelievable meal. The service was impeccable, couldn’t ask for better. This is a must stop if in Maui but get your reservation early.
