Great time and food..
This was our first time there and it was a great experience. The food was fabulous and the customer service was great. I will definitely be back.
Service was great and fast food had no flavor. My husband had the short rib dip didnt even eat on half of the sandwich he said it didnt taste right.
the service was good. the pizza crust was not fully cooked. the cheese bite were delish and creme brulee was also very good.
As always great food and service!!
Portions were too big for one person. Suggest making smaller or suggesting a shareable menu (especially for older folks). My pizza was not very good, which is unusual for this place. Still, we enjoy dining here.
Great dinner. We will return.
Food, service, and value are great! Just a little too loud. It was hard to have a conversation with my husband without raising my voice.
We were seated within two minutes. Waitress was attentive and took extra care when I asked if I can share my food with my 90 year old mom. She made sure that the dish was evenly served on two plates. Great service from her. She made sure our drinks were refilled.
We ate at Mama's for weekend lunch. The food was loved by everyone (except one who is super picky), and the salads ordered were fresher than they have been compared to the last couple of visits there. We requested a round table for our little gathering, and they were able to accommodate.
We went for valentine's day so it was probably busier than normal but everything still came out great. Fast and attentive service, the food and drinks were amazing!
The food the atmosphere the service was awesome everything was great until I got double billed
Friendly Quick Service. Amazing Food and Nice Atmosphere
Valentines Day - it was not overly crowded and the service was good for a busy date night.
We had a pleasant Valentines dinner at Kent Station location. Food was delicious and fresh, service was attentive. I had salmon and my husband had the crab cakes. Portions are generous. One of the few upscale dining establishments in Kent.
Great meal and service!
Delighted that we could make dinner reservations on Valentine’s Day. We were seated immediately and served just right by the server. The food was excellent.
Good for a pre-hockey game meal; however our Margerhita pizza was soggy and not done in the middle. We returned it; the server suggested spaghetti and meat sauce, which my wife and I both enjoyed. (The margerhita pizza at the table next to us looked appetizing, crisp and hot, but something got lost in the next batch.) We had a gaggle of women were next to us that laughed really loudly (maybe with the help of some wine), but that's the luck of the draw. The place is pretty noisy as it is because of the high ceilings and concrete floor. We'll be back, but this visit just wasn't up to par for what we've had before.
We were running late and had a tight schedule to stick to. Our server was great about getting our appetizers and kids meal going right away and it really helped us stick to our schedule. I had to leave for a short time before my entree was served and my server kept my food warm for me. She made good recommendations and was pleasant and attentive. All the food tasted great and we will definitely be back when we are able to sit back and fully enjoy the dining experience. I appreciate the great service on such a hectic day.
High priced. Kids meal doesn't come with a drink, nor a side, and high priced. Adult food also over priced, no side salad unless u paid for it, could coffee, and a waitress that did not pay attention. Won't go ack.
Our server was Liz and she was so enthusiastic and a real pleasure to work with. The past 2 times we were not happy with the service so it was refreshing to have someone actually care about our visit. A+ for Liz! We were there Sat evening 2/1
We were seated right away when we arrived and even though it was a couple minutes after Happy Hour, they let us order off of the Happy Hour menu
Went there for their delicious steak. Apparently they took steak off their menu. Super disappointed, it's been a birthday tradition of mine for years. Guess I'll need a new tradition :/
Service was great, meatballs and dessert were good.
Great food. Everyone at our table loved what the received. Wait staff were excellent.
We had a party of six, arrived per our reservation, were able to be seated immediately, and get a comfortable booth.
We had fresh salmon, spaghetti and meatballs, mushroom ravioli, and salads.
All the food was delicious and we had a great server.
The food was great but the hostess was MIA when we came in for like 5 minutes then when I tried to get her attention to check in and let her know we had a reservation she was just like well we are busy. They sat walking after us that didn’t have reservations first. Food was great. Our waitress was amazing but not sure what happened with our order we waited over an hour for food. The managers need to staff appropriately because I would say 80% of patrons had reservations so you knew it would be busy. But again wait staff was amazing and working so hard.
Great food and great service. Our go to for hockey games!!
Every thing was wonderful...it was a bit loud...however, we were there on New Years evening, and it was very busy. I would hope for less noise on another visit.
Had to wait a little after our reservation but overall a great experience
Had a fantastic dinner on NYE. Easy to book the table and the food was great!
Continues to give sub par service. Very slow receiving our food and drinks. Probably won't go as often.
Went on a busy Saturday evening. The food was not as good as it usually is which was disappointing. Mac and cheese was off, salmon was super salty (and I LOVE salt) and the baked penne was over cooked. Bummer!
I ordered ravioli and it came cold. I sent it back and was bearly Luke warm. I ate very little of it and did not take it home. The spaghetti sauce was to salty and thick. Not happy with an $86 bill. We won't be back.
Great service! Excellent food!!!
The food and service, as always, were great!
It was loud and under staffed for a Saturday night. The waitress did her best on a busy night and we appreciated her help. The food was ok, but it was just like any Italian we could get any other chain. We heard an advertisement on the radio which made it seem like it was a local restaurant, but it did not have that feel, nor with the experience such. We could have gone to The Olive Garden.
Nice person at sign language as 12 peoples
For evening dining lights were really bright
Great service and food. Great place for a date or a family dinner. We will be back!
Plastic menus and paper napkins.
