Great brunch! Excellent and friendly service.
It was a great dining experience! My third time dining here, and they are consistent. The owner is friendly and personable!
The service was non existent. Our appetizers and drinks were gone for over 30 minutes before a waiter even looked in our direction. In 2 hours I could only get my hands on two glasses of wine despite my glass being empty for the majority of the time we were there. I would have had 4 or 5 glasses and dessert but I didn't have 6 hours to spend.
Mama Mia is our favorite! Food and service is always outstanding! Rafael always makes our experience the best!
This my go-to Italian restaurant when I am in Manhattan. Never disappointed.
My favorite neighborhood Italian spot! I highly recommend Mama Mia
Service was so incredibly slow. We had to get up and find a waiter/waitress for everything. We sat down and weren’t asked our drink order in almost an hour!
Food was very okay. Was not pleased with the experience at all
This is one of The best restaurants for homemade Italian food and was the first place we bee-lined to after we were fully vaccinated. We drove over an hour to get there just to be able to savour their amazing sauce. They also make good drinks too, I recommend the Prada Pear martini. We’re so glad they are able to stay in business and hope they’re around for years to come !!
Our reservation was for 10pm, we called to confirm and they said to arrive at 9:45pm. We did what we were told... we didn’t get sat until 10:30pm. It was valentine day so with that in mind and the level of business at that time, it is safe to say our experience was fine.
It was our 18th wedding anniversary and the food was AMAZINGGG. The whole group loved it, we are still taking about how great the food was. Thank you so much for a great experience.
730 reservations, was not seated until 8pm. Waited until 830 to be approached by a server who finally took our drink orders. Waited about 30 minutes for our food in which they gave us the wrong order. The staff then took the plates away from us and brought them to the other table that ordered what they gave us. Then waiting another 15 minutes for our food.
What a special place. From the adorable decor to the amazing staff, you feel like family when you’re there. We will be back!
We had a blast!
The food was very good. Unfortunately with the Covid guidelines and no indoor dining they were not heavily staffed (understandably) so it took much longer than we had anticipated to order and be served. But the staff was wonderful and apologetic and the food was great. They do not take reservations even though it appears as they do through open table so just know that in advance. It is first come first served. We were lucky as they had a table for us when we got there. Also dress warm if it is winter months.
Always delicious and good service. The staff worked so hard on a cold rainy night to serve us outside. Will always come here when we visit NYC.
Im from Miami and i tried this restaurant back in February when visiting and It was so delicious, i had to come back! Highly recommend!
Great food and friendly service
Old-fashioned family-owned Italian, good food and good prices. Excellent pre-theater choice.
Problem with my order. They fixed it right away. Great red sauce. I could drink it!
Love this place. Waiter was extraordinarily personable.
Reservations not honored. Waited almost 25 minutes for our table. Rushed through dinner in order to make a show. Distressing.
Always great food and service!
A great Hells Kitchen neighborhood find!
This restaurant is a neighborhood staple and the food is always good. It can get crowded, but we hit a quiet day and it was very pleasant.
Quaint little Italian restaurant in Hell's Kitchen with an extensive menu of pastas and a wicked sangria
The food was not really tasty, but very expensive! And be careful when receiving the bill cause they put on 30$ Extra for the service, without informing or asking!
The food was good and solid value, but the reason I give it a high rating is because of the service. I received the phone call that my father is dying while I was at the restaurant. The server was so thoughtful- giving me as private a place as possible to have the phone conversation, then giving me a stiff drink and checking in with me at the table. The empathy and humanity shown was way beyond. Decent food, great value and beautiful, wonderful humans.
It is a good place to go when it’s not busy. It was disappointing that they wanted to kick us out when we weren’t even finished with our food. They forgot to put the candle in the dessert for the birthday girl before serving it. Overall the food is good, but service could be better.
The restaurant was packed which is a good sign. Our server talked me out of the Vodka Pasta to a chicken dish where the chicken was well over cooked. Thus, the food was subpar.
The place was very crowded and waited long time for food. Food was average. Would not go back again given the dining experience.
This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious.
Went to dinner post-theater (At 11 PM) so the restaurant was relatively quiet. I appreciated the the menu stated if an appetizer was enough to share. The seasonal vegetables over greens was delicious. I had the chicken eggplant rolatini parmigiana. It was delicious. My one complaint is that the entrees came out very quickly, while we were still working on the appetizer. Water glasses were kept filled. Prices were very good.
Food was very good and considering you are in Manhattan prices were moderate. Wine list also very good they were very attentive and never tried to upsell
My all time favorite brunch spot in Hells Kitchen! Our server, Timea is always very attentive and personable! Would definitely recommend!
Great food and outstanding service. We love the place, but beware the prices are pretty high. We spent about $65 per person after tip, with no wine or drinks.
DTM is consistently good, the food, ambiance and service. I've been a patron for years.
Mama Mia W44 is a gem. The food is delicious, the people who work there are lovely, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it often.
My only negative is my group of 4 felt rushed. The servers where taking plates and glasses almost as soon as you put your fork down to take a break.
Lentil soup had very few lentils & mashed potatoes were instant from a box. Tables too close together. Front door didn't close all the way so cold air was constantly blowing in.
The food is incredible, especially the pasta. Better meatballs than my grandmother used to make, and that is saying something!
Great place to eat. Food was wonderful atmosphere was nice
