   Had a wonderful dinner and experience at Makoto. The food was outstanding (as always) and the service was the best. We go to Makoto every year when we’re in town and always enjoy it, but this last time we had a server named Hagar, who lifted the experience to an even higher level. By the end of the night we were taking pictures with each other and hugging goodbye. She made the evening so special! And as for the food, we had another superb meal, from the Hamachi ponzu, the crispy rice and tuna, the short rib robata, some spicy yellowtail sushi rolls, the miso sea bass (melt in your mouth) to the toban yaki. Everything was exquisite. My mouth is watering as I write this and I can’t wait to go back (and see my new friend Hagar too)!

   Great experience, the food tasted great - I absolutely loved the Okinawan Tres Leches and the Dry Aged Ny Strip was superb. The service was 5 stars, the server was very attentive and would check up regularly. I am definitely returning soon. Thank you
