Re-envisioned by Paris-based designer India Mahdavi, it’s a bold new look which will take your dining experience to a whole new level. Bright colors and cozy banquettes. More outdoor dining. My husband and I we come here pretty often and the food is always very good, but last night was different because of our amazing waitress “Nutchy”. She’s extremely sweet and does her job amazingly, so thank you at Nutchy for last nigh we hope to be hosted by you soon again.

Makoto never disappoints. The Miso Sea bass was cooked to perfection. We also had the tuna crispy rice and the hamachi sticky rice rolls as appetizers. Heavenly is the word we’ll use to describe our meal and the service staff was top notch. We will come back again soon.

We’ve dined at Makoto several times and recently brought friends for their first visit. They truly enjoyed the delicious food—especially the crispy tuna, brussels sprouts, and the wide variety of sushi rolls.

Absolutely loved it. The food came really fast. The fish was super fresh, the meat so flavourful and the crab so sweet. Even the corn was amazing. The waiter also 10/10, he was carefully taking care of everything step of our meal. Not to mention the beautiful decor. I will definitely be back!

The food was yummy and the service was great. Preferably outdoor vibe than inside. Inside acoustics make noise carrying so loud for conversation.

Excellent food and service; very noisy. We had primarily sushi rolls which were outstanding. The crab hand roll is amazing! Great cocktails.
