Tagliatelle in a saffron broth with clams, mussels, shrimp & spinach
Chicken pasta dish was great. Pork chop was a bit over cooked. Heat could be turned on
Service was poor. Appetizers are big but not great.
Delicious food! Attentive service! Great music! Made our Christmas Eve wondeful! 😍 We're definitely returning! Thank you & Merry Christmas!
Lovely French food! Excellent service. Loved it so much we made another reservation for brunch on Christmas Day!
Server was great!
Cute and cozy place in Harlem. Loved the vibe. They had jazz band play for about an hour the night we went (Thursday). Not sure how often they are there. The food was very good. Started with calamari which was delicious. It was fried lightly, seasoned well, fresh and a nice portion. The three dipping sauces also a nice addition and tasty. I had the seafood crouistillant. It was delectable. Everything about it was good. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly, the spinach and sauce added the perfect balance. Lastly, the presentation of the dish was everything. My date had the pork chop which he said was also very good. Overall a great night with dinner and music. I will be back
Amazing food and wonderful service from Edgar!
Cozy neighborhood spot with great food and good service. Perfect for date night or dinner with friends.
Sloooow service, otherwise very good
I thought this resturant was an oasis in Harlem!! Food was amazing as well as the drinks. I highly suggest a visit !!
Excellent as always! Live instrumental music was a welcome accompaniment.
Delightful experience. The tuna tartare, the duck confit and the crème brûlée were as good or better than I’ve ever had. Excellent service, lovely atmosphere.
friendly fun atmosphere. very relaxed. lovely wait staff. yummy food. unrushed. will return again even tho i live way down town. worth the ride
The quaintest spot in Harlem for a cozy breakfast with friends. The staff are darlings and the food is super yummy! Try the burrata, not an obvious choice but always spectacular.
I have been to this place at least once per month..I have introduced friends to this amazing restaurant...For Thanksgiving ..we were 3 persons and one person had heard me speak of the place...he was very pleased and wants to return
Terrific meal. Good ingredients, expertly prepared. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Basically the ideal neighborhood French joint. I highly recommend.
This was our second time there. Love the ambiance, excellent food, and nice wait staff. We’ll be back for sure. We went for dinner, but really want to try the brunch.
Very cool space. Tables are small and somewhat close to each other. Had option to sit outdoors with heat lamps on indoors. We chose indoors. Service was very good and we were not rushed. Live jazz music added to the experience. Food was very good and the portions were very good sized...glad we did not over order as we were attending a concert and not going to be able to take home leftovers :)
Will most certainly return to hang at the bar, have dinner, chill to the jazz music and not have to leave to go to a concert.
Great atmosphere, very adult setting. Food and service superb. Wished I lived in neighborhood, would be a regular.
My favorite! Such a fantastic menu and such a cute vibe
The food is really good; the service is subpar. Coffee was cold, waited a long time for one drink (not even a cocktail--I just asked for liquor in a glass). They really don't check on you to make sure everything is fine. I was always flagging them down. But it's cute, the food is good, and the location is ideal. This was my second time eating here and--unless I'm invited by someone else--it will be my last.
Great food and amazing time. A wonderful gem in Harlem.
Fabulous food and live jazz
I had the best time here as a visitor. I got the omelette dish and it was not up to par with taste. However, because of the the aesthetic, laid-back environment and personable staff (Lance is a delight) I enjoyed every minute I spent here.
Great first night out, in town on vacation. The moules mariniere et frite were among the best we’ve ever had. Lots of plump, tender mussels and a rich, creamy broth. We wanted more bread to keep soaking up the broth, but held off so we’d have room for cassoulet, which also did not disappoint. Our server was outgoing and friendly, and was there when we needed him, but left us alone enough in between. Everything was delicious and well-paced. Sat outside in the parklet, but service didn’t suffer. Nicely done.
I get that everyone is short staffed but this was beyond absurd.
Great service excellent food
Our last night in NY, found this and figured we’d try it. We LOVED Maison Harlem!! All the staff were charming, the atmosphere was wonderful-rustic and warm- the live music was marvelous, the food and drinks were delicious. It made us feel like we were back in Europe.
The service is not fast so I wouldn’t recommend it for a quick bite before something else but if you have an evening to enjoy dining out, Maison Harlem is perfect.
We got seated on a great table. And while the kitchen was busy. The staff was very professional at accommodating.
Great place to come and enjoy. Will be back many times
Simply the best place. Freakin neighbor forces Maison to shut diwn music, which is crazy, we should form a pro-Maison movement!
Love the flavors and freshness. Looking forward to sampling more of the menu soon!
Fun place. Good food. Great staff.
Great food in a very Manhattan atmosphere.Perfect brunch locale.
The French pizza was delicious, crusty and flavorful. The duck confit was perfectly seasoned and mussels were a perfection. We wanted to take the sauce home. A palate pleasing evening. Un grand merci!
I had a party of 4 and was pleased with the atmosphere and enjoy the talented musicians. My gang will return. Hailey was great. I hope you’re compensating her well. The cocktails were yummy. Bravo!!!
Very nice staff and the food was perfect for brunch! Hit the spot. The ambiance is a sweet dose of France in uptown manhattan.
Max, our server, was excellent. The food was delicious. A good experience overall.
The food, staff and ambience was very nice. However, I found the wine to be too pricey at $16 a glass. Other than that, nice experience.
Good food and drinks. Very casual. The leg duck was great.
