Incredibly slow service, but the waiter was pleasant. I blame covid
The room is beautiful. A little understaffed. Food was very good, but the short ribs were not hot enough. The quality of the beef rib was outstanding. My wife had the salmon and she loved it.
I’d like to try it again when everything is back in full swing.
Nice dinner - good service - lovely special location - millennial couple next to us were on their phones 95% of the meal -scrolling and at times speaking to whoever called them - put the phone down only to take a bite of their dinner - smh.
Dinner and service was outstanding, as usual. There's no place like it...
Excellent food and service as always. Noted that it was my wife and Is anniversary and we were given complimentary dessert and a table with a gorgeous window view. Great wine options to pair with all of their entrees. Can’t recommend highly enough.
We were quite disappointed at the dining experience at the main dining room..Food was marginal..Trip advisor should not list your restaurant as one of the top restaurants in the area..We went to Wentworth Inn on the previous day..They outshine Mt Washington Omni in every way.. Food was marginal..Also we were surprised how empty the main dinning room was considering we had over 200 people in our group staying at the hotel..Says something about the quality..
Delicious food and excellent service. The presentation and quality of the food was outstanding.
Food and service were great. Highly recommend to anyone!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great meal; thank you. Great meal; thank you. Great meal; thank you.
The dining room, service, and staff at the hotel were wonderful. The views were beautiful and we felt totally welcomed even though we had come from hiking in the rain and we’re not dressed in clothing fit for the restaurant. ( we snagged a last minute reservation)
The food was good, but not amazing. We order a rare fillet that was definitely medium. The peas in the risotto were likely pea non-sweet peas (big and starchy).
However after a year of avoid restaurants this was a glorious return to table service and we really enjoyed the experience.
Azem was a fantastic server. He asked for our feedback, had great wine suggestion, and was engaging. Really made our dinner fun. On the downside, our soup (lobster and corn chowder) was barely room temperature and we had to ask for a table with a view even though there were several available when we were seated.
The menu was not the sane as that listed on Open Table which is where we were required to make our reservation. The actual menu was so limited that there was only one option that my wife could eat. Had the Omni ensured the information was accurate we would have opted for a different venue.
Also, don’t bother mentioning seating requests or special occasions with requests for birthday cakes as theses requests will go completely ignored.
The waiter should be fired period.
Food was great, a little salty but still tasty. Our server was great at the beginning but felt like she forgot about us between the end of dinner and desert when the restaurant was getting busy.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, great atmosphere and food.
Food was amazing!!! Drinks were incredible and the service was second to none!!
Excellent way to spend Easter! Food, atmosphere, service were all excellent.
Great food and service to compliment the amazing views, can't wait to come back!
Had an amazing waiter but the food was expensive and sub par. We had four main courses which came with the exact same mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts! The potatoes had no taste and the Brussels sprouts were too charred. Pathetic for dining at a top hotel. Out of the desserts the maple creme brûlée was good.
Get an amazing espresso martini on the porch ( great bartender) but don’t stay for food.
Lovely dinner in a beautiful setting. Food was delicious and the service was spot on.
Fantastic first experience. The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful! Can't wait to come back.
Jordan, the waiter, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my fiance.
My cosmopolitan was one of the best I’ve had
Major renovation for the main dining room which has been transformed into a large lounge and a huge disappointment to long time guests. The dining room was originally designed to afford luxury style dining appropriate for this venue with an unobstructed view for diners no matter where they were seated. This is no longer a feature.
Cozy atmosphere: gorgeous view of Mt. Washington, delicious food, and excellent service!
The ambiance & views were phenomenal and the service was excellent. I know that during these Covid times things are much more difficult... But I thought the menu was way too limited even for a "limited selection" and the food tasted average... Tasted good but nothing special. We really enjoyed the staff and could tell they have been working hard to accommodate everyone. I hope to come back another home (post Covid) and have a more typical experience :-)
If you don’t mind paying a lot of money for underwhelming food, this is the place for you.
I have been to this venue many times over the years and have always enjoyed their brunch, which due to no fault of their own (COVID 19) is no longer. The breakfast selection is fair, certainly not as robust as it used to be, but it was good.
Dinner on the other hand is another story. They only offer a selection of 5 or 6 dishes, not all of which are always available.
Save yourself the headache of being disappointed and go to the really great pizza place at the campground up the road... the prices are reasonable, the service is great and the food is actually fresh and delicious.
View and restaurant were very nice. My gnocchi were frozen out of a bag. My wife's dish was OK. Cesar salad was good. Desert was OK at best. Price was the same amount I paid earlier in the week to eat at a James Beard award winning restaurant on a per person bases. Definitely not worth the money! Stickle's is better!
Excellent. This restaurant should be open 7 days a week instead of Stickneys.
Unfortunately the restaurant was so overwhelmed that we waited 1 hour, 15 minutes before we received our appetizers, then another 30 minutes for our main course. The explanation was that the chef was "going crazy"...that was it. Loved the food but wouldn't eat (stay) there again unless they staff up.
Always amazing every time we go ! Food is always good and consistent and staff is super friendly and professional !
There was not enough staff for the number of guests. The food was very good not great.
We made reservations to enjoy a splurge dinner to celebrate both a keystone day and our summitting of Mt Washington earlier that day.
The setting was the best part of the dinner, with a stunning view out the window of Washington and nearby summits of the Presidential range, though the outside of the windows could use a solid washing.
The service was good and somewhat attentive but hampered by COVID restrictions and low staffing. Flatware was missing when courses arrived, and not replaced when taken away between courses. Water was slow to be replenished. Wine glasses were spotted and one still had the plastic sticker on its base. Service was still good but not up to the legacy.
The menu is also limited during this time. The Caesar and wedge salads were superb. The entrees (pork medallions and braised short ribs) were very good but not spectacular. Again, it fell short of the pinnacle-level reputation of the Mt Washington.
Overall, 5 stars for the setting. 3-4 for the food. 4 for the service.
We enjoyed our time there, including a self-guided walking tour of the hotel at a time of very low occupancy.
The food was great. The staff was pleasant. The wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were happy that the hotel had reopened.
The fine dining prices were not reflected in the food quality or service. Views are exceptional, as always. Vegetables were cold. Obviously made up in bulk at the beginning of the night. Disappointed in the buffet quality of the food. Service was slow and lackluster. Not a fine dining experience by any means.
Very limited menu (identical to Stickney’s).
Great place to eat at the Omni Mt Washington. Food is great. Drinks left much to be desired.
The food was adequate. My chicken wasn’t very hot and the filet was too salty. Very limited menu as well. A bit disappointing. Our server was fantastic though.
We know they are in transition but I think people staying at the hotel will be disappointed with the menu selection and price in the new main dining room. 2 salads and 2 drinks, $60.00 with tip. Very few main courses and 2 deserts not including ice cream. Can’t wait for things to get back to normal.
