Mahogany Prime Steakhouse - Tulsa
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ always great! New location is beautiful!
Excellent first visit to the new location. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful to behold on the inside. A modern wine vault & gorgeous backlit bar greet you upon entry. the walls were adorned with impressionist oil on canvas paintings. Food was great as always and service from our team of waiters (w/ Jason as the lead) was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely return!
Very nice, don’t like the parking at the new house place.
We visited Mahogany's for our 25th anniversary, and were happy that at least 5 servers or managers recognized us. Jared was a fantastic waiter, and the food was fantastic. The ambiance was not quite as romantic as the old location. The lights over the middle tables are too bright and there is constant traffic by servers passing the single row of tables. It would have been much nicer to have one of the side booths that were darker, quieter and more out of the way. Still more than happy we went to Mahogany for our special event.
We quit going to Fleming's years ago because of the stuffy/slow service and food quality. No comparison if you ask us!
Our favorite place to eat, period. Hands down the best steaks you'll eat anywhere along with the best service you'll find.
What a great dinning experience from service thru food , enjoyed the dinning evening .
Fantastic food. Best Steak and sides. Cheesecake is the best in town.
Service is excellent always
The waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening!!
Food was amazing as always. Tanner in the bar was awesome and drinks were perfect.
We had an incredible experience from the moment we walked in the door. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!
Service and food was excellent and we were attended to with casual professionalism
Went for a birthday but left unsatisfied.. 4 ppl. 3 steaks went back because they were barley warm. Charged us twice on bill and wasn’t worth the time or money we spent. Wasn’t what we hoped.
Wonderful ambience- food and service! Would highly recommend for any “special occasion!”
Excellent food and service!!! We will be going back soon. It was so easy to reserve a table online!
I was quite pleased with the service, food and experience. We finally found a restaurant that understands all phases of the experience. The waiter's communication of how it works at Mahogany was outstanding and understated( it was our first time visiting). The pacing of the meal was perfect, not rushed, not slow, but just right. The food was outstanding. Their aim to make you feel special and like the only ones in the place was attained. My favorite part was that when they took our plates and such, they DIDN'T stack them nor clank them together! Sounds weird, but nearly every restaurant today could care less about this no matter how high the price point. It was enjoyable from start to finish. Well done Mahogany!
Our first time at the new location
We really enjoyed it
Service and food was wonderful
Love the new location
We’ve visited Mahogany’s multiple times but this was our first visit to their new location in Tulsa. It has a much lighter interior and not as dark and “library-ish” feeling. The food as usual was outstanding, as was the service. Lobster Mac n Cheese was available as a side the night we visited - so good. Still trying to get my arteries flowing after eating it...
after we had ordered our meal, we heard the waiter at another table and our waitress, Aubry tell costumers about specials that we had not been told about. Aubry was very pleasant and the service was good but all in all the food was not up to par. My husband order the aged strip steak that was tuff and salty, the sautéed spinach had to much lemon in it and my fillet was cool to the touch. We have eaten at Mahagany's several times but this time it was a little disappointing. The key lime pie was the best part of the meal.
Visited Mahogany for my 14 year wedding anniversary and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress was extremely wonderful, she took the time to explain the menu and the specials. My husband and I both ordered steak with a side of lobster Mac and cheese, both were perfectly cooked. I will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend this establishment to anyone.
Best steak house in Oklahoma. I have been to them all. See you soon!
Great experience as usual. Food great, service great, however noise level was extremely high. Very difficult to hold a conversation. Something should really be done!
I have always enjoyed Mahogany, and my first visit to the new facility did not disappoint. I loved the new facility and especially liked the privacy of the little round booths. the food quality was outstanding as always, the service as good as always. this has been my favorite restaurant for well over 10 years.
On Jan 27th my husband and I return to Mahogany after a not so pleasant experience in Dec. I posted a review about it and Manager Amy called me with her best efforts to make things right & invited us to be her guests again. So we did & this time the experience was great! I was a little hesitant to return and then I remembered they moved. I love the new venue, it's beautiful. Our food was really good, we had to send our steaks and 1 under cooked shrimp back but overall it was great! I can say we will definitely be returning.
I love the new location. Delicious food as always, with a very tasteful, art-forward ambiance. A most enjoyable way to dine....
My husband and I went to Mahogany to celebrate our anniversary. The service was great, as usual. My steak was initially under cooked (I’m very picky) and they fixed it right away and offered sincere apologies. I appreciated the fact that when they took my steak they also offered to keep my husband’s steak warm and brought out a new serving of potatoes so those wouldn’t be cold. Mistakes will happen, it’s the nature of the business. It’s the way that mistakes are handled that makes all the difference! I appreciate the way the situation was handled. We will be back.
Great atmosphere, food is amazing. What else do you want in a restaurant?
The new facility was beautiful, service was great, food was perfect, we'll be back.
Their new location is outstanding! Still great service and ask for Scott and his wife they were the best.
Love Mahogany and service and food were excellent as always. Two disappointments with the new location at 61st and Yale: valet parking is available which is great, but we were asked to pay $5 as soon as we stepped out of the car. A restaurant of this class should not be charging for valet and should expect the customer to tip the attendants as they feel appropriate. We felt this was very petty for a restaurant such as Mahogany. Also, the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. My husband stepped outside to hand his valet ticket to the attendant. When he tried to come back in, the doors were locked. Several other guests had the same problem. The doors should remain open for customers who are still using the restaurant. It was in the 20's that night and way too cold to have to wait outside for valet.
The new restaurant is very nice. The bar is lively and we enjoyed it; however, we feel they definitely need to work out a few kinks and provide the kind of service expected at prices their menu commands.
The kitchen lost our ticket so we had a very long wait but the wait staff and managers were very good about making up for it and ended up comping our entire meal for 3 people. Food was great and because they made it right after our wait we will be back soon.
We loved and miss the quietness and more private dining experience we had at the original location. The new location is really loud and very bright. Thank God they didn’t change the food tho! That’s still amazing!
What a wonderful experience! Our waitress was superb with her knowledge and attention. Management was also very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The steaks and lobster mac were both decadent and delicious. Desserts were so good we ended up taking them with us :) We will absolutely be back when we are in Tulsa!
The new location is nice... but it’s not what we was expecting. The low lighting and quiet romantic feel of the old location is what we came for. The bar was really loud and had to ask if we could move to a quieter place. Which they moved us but it was still a low roar.
Food and service was great as usual but for our dates and special occasions we want very romantic and now it’s kinda like a high class Texas Roadhouse.
Exceptional, the move to their new space was a good one. Ambiance and service , if anything , has improved. The food was simply outstanding, far and away the best steakhouse in Tulsa. This locations manager, Amy, has been with Mahogany since the Tulsa opening and she on top of her game.
The food was great. Best service I've ever had. They treated us like royalty. Literally!
The new location is much bigger and very well-designed. The food and ambience is excellent. The service is great, and the manager is wonderful. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Tulsa, nothing else even comes close.
Delicious food great drinks and wonderful service. My fiance and I recently moved from Houston and we were both missing Houston's wonderful time dining but I think we have finally found a winner! We will be back
Give the new location a few more weeks to get the kinks out . The service is usually close to perfect but the kitchen threw it all off when we dined in the new bar area last weekend. The courses came out in the wrong order and was extremely slow. The new location is bigger and I’m sure they’ll work it out with time.
