The overall experience this time was "just good"... First, I had requested that the seating be in the back and for some reason they set the first table right up by the front entrance and on the way for everyone that would come to dine. Once they moved me to be back, they must have been at least 10 staff people doing nothing but talking and they would not move to get the table ready or nothing, so I had to wait and it was getting close to the time when the rest of the party would be arriving. Once the table was ready, a young blond waitress came (I did not catch her name, but she gave it.) and told us that she would be waiting on us. Next thing I know Brittini is the one taking care of our table; she did a good job and the best she could taking in consideration that it seems as each one of her tables had more than 5 people to serve (we were 11 adults and a child.) Therefore, there were times when I really needed to pay attention to see where she was so she could come to our table and help with whatever was needed - working under these conditions is not conducive for anyone if you want to keep good people for a long time.- Some of the guess said their food was really good, couple of them as far as we know, did not feel good on Sunday and the food for couple other as well as for myself, was not that great. To be honest with you, both my husband and I (and we are regulars there) were not to impressed with the overall food, ambiance and service (and not because Brittini did not do something right, but because she was too busy to do a better job.)
We went there to celebrate a birthday. Everything was superb, as always.
Great meal and excellent waitress!!! She made suggestions which we had chosen for our meal!
We had a very nice experienced at this place. Our server was very attentive and friendly.The only negative I must say is, the second take meal was not given to us. We supposed to have two to take home and we only got one. Other than that we had a great birthday evening at this beautiful restaurant.

Very comfortable, friendly ambience. Food was very good plenty of choices and servings were large. ( Could be less pricey if servings were considerably smaller.) We came early for our reservation but were seated immediately. Our waiter was helpful and attentive, but not overly so.
My husband and I celebrated our 46th anniversary recently, and we were treated to great service and delicious food -- plus the added treat of complementary bruschetta since we were first-times! Our dessert was served with a candle for our special day -- all in all, a delightful dinner!

Our experience was pretty good. 3/4 of our meals were tasty, The vegan option pasta could use some help. I suggest the chefs revisit the dish. It lacked flavor. It tasted like steamed veggies with plane pasta. The salad course was good. We asked for no cheese, but was on the salad. We didn't say anything to the staff, but removed as much as we could. The service was good, but not great. Bread plates were dirty upon arival, and server took a bit to return with water and did not return to fill up our bread basket, though they offered to bring a fresh basket.
The service was excellent and the waiter was very attentive. Food was good and we had a great time.
The food and service were outstanding. The prices seemed fair for the amount of food we got. Had a very enjoyable time.

There was glass on the floor from a prior table, and the supervisor walking around was very attentive and dealt with it himself immediately. He came by the table multiple times to quick check in, which was greatly appreciated. Older tall gentleman? Cannot remember his name. Thank you!
The food is pretty standard for a chain restaurant (what you usually expect), but the service itself was very pleasant - better than other chain restaurants I've been to. Thank you for making this outing better than the norm!

This place is always great food and drinks. Reggie helped us out and was very friendly.
Our server MJ and histrainee Ryan were awesome! For a large group, half of whom were late they were very attentive, professional, and friendly.
The truffle flat bread appetizer was to die for! After that and our salad, I couldn't eat the entre, so I took it home. Even warmed up the next day, it was delicious. A piece if cheesecake to go rounded off the take-out meal. Our waiter Phil was very good at both recommendations and explaining the menu. All in all, another wonderful Maggiano's evening.
As a first time diner at Maggiano's, enjoyed the sample bruschetta. What a great deal -- order a classic pasta and take one home for free!
I will never go back to this restaurant again. Requested square table at 7 pm Thursday night, we all arrived there 6:55 pm, our table wasn’t ready. So, requested if possible to get a square table rather than round table, ( which I also requested when I made the reservation) the hostess said not possible. Since I have been to this restaurant many times, I see open tables which I shown to them and hostess totally ignored my requests. Finally 7:18 pm we all seated. Because they were setting up our table. It should had been ready when we arrive but it’s not.
So, why am I’m making a reservation, and on top requesting square table in advance. Just walk in and just take whatever is available, and those square table were still available.
After sitting down there for awhile, I see hostess and waiters setting up those square tables, putting together for 8 people.
When I wanted to seated at square table they told me not possible, besides there were no reservations on those square tables.
The waiter was ok, the food was good, because of those 8 people is was noise a bit.
When we ordered desserts, there were some particles in the Apple crostata dessert. We showed it to the our waiter, he brought out the Chefs, he said it was parchment paper under and nothing to worry about it.
In fact, I don’t think it’s a parchment paper, feels like plastic pieces in my mouth. Even that, it should never been there.
As for this matter, I will take it up with their Maggiano’s head office.
Over all, I’m not happy the moment I walk in because of the hostess attitude and personality. None of the hostess smile nor say anything. Follow me and walk off with Stern face.
I have visited this location many times and I will never go back there again. Besides, the restaurant is half empty when we arrived.
I will avoid this restaurant from now on and choose another restaurant.
This place is amazing! The food is authentic everything I have tried from this restaurant has great flavor and the portions are big so you get your money’s worth. Not only is the food great but the service is the best also! I went with my best friend to celebrate her birthday she has a food allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate her! The chef even came out to our table to make sure she wouldn’t eat something she can’t and just an overall joy ! I’ve been here a couple of times and each time the food and the service is the best!
Jener was our server and he took exceptional care of us! We will be requesting to be seated with him for future visits! He is the best!
I wish I could remember her name, but the waitress we had was amazing. She’s African American and looked to be in her 20’s-30’s. She was kind, attentive, patient, and quick on a Saturday night (our reservations were for 6:45) when it was loud and busy and her service definitely made the experience better.
We ordered food to go and when we got home it was the wrong items 3 wrong out of 4
Great nights like this are why we keep coming back. Haven't been to an Olive Garden in over a decade because we've been going here instead.

The place was almost empty, but they stuck us (Party of 8) in a small and tight table right next to another large party. Also, service was really slow.

Perfect for a first date
Our waiter was terrific, great food and always nice to take home free meal. Also on our red envelope promotion we saved $25,
Poor bar service. Only 1 bartender on duty. Bartender, waitress and other employees talking and laughing instead of waiting on the customers. We asked for more bread and it took 15 minutes to get and asked for bread again and it never came. Also asked for more balsamic vinegar and it never came. Asked for salad plates and never got them so we used the bread and butter plates. The food was good and the serving portions were very good. I was there celebrating my 75th birthday with my family. There were 11 people in our group.
I still love the food here and will probably be back on off hours as it seems to be the only time you can get good service. I used to go in a few times a week but it’s reduced to once or twice a month due to the service and tonight’s one of those nights. It started out with not getting the salad before the meal but then we got one persons dish at intervals. Didn’t get the side dish we ordered to have with our filet with risotto. And when mentioned to our server she didn’t really seem to care.
My tip is to go during non busy hours to get good service because te food and value are worth it. Also, if Maria is working request her as she has been great every time she has served us busy or not.
Everything was excellent as always, but the Lemon Mascarpone cake was out of this world!
came in for a birthday and apparently so did everybody else and their mothers. happened to be a group of about 15 kids next to us so it was quite loud. server was busy but got us everything we needed in a timely manner(I believe her name was jenna). food was amazing and overall perfect experience for my first meal back to cali after living in hawaii for 6 years.
My only complaint was that I had to return my food because it was not hot, it was warm at best.
