Arrived late and found a crowded restaurant. However, the staff had held our reservation, and we were seated almost immediately. Greatly appreciated their grace. Food was excellent as always. Store was clean and well-staffed. Service was unusually subpar. Again, food was great. Overall experience was lovely. Will definitely be back, but we’ll ask for another waiter.
Returning monthly customer. Always great quality for dine-in. Service was excellent even though they were busy on a Sunday nite. Even took care of special requests. Highly recommend
Taylor provided great service for me and my family!
Food was great wished qe could have had more than 2 trays of lasanga for a party of 16 otherwise all the other food was great service was good with the above exception.
The food was delicious and the service went above and beyond.
Screwed up my bill bad charged credit card wrong also screwed up our food
Had a fantastically delicious dinner. However, the only downside to the meal was that the service was very slow - we had to actively call the waiter over, we did not get any walk bus.
Disappointing! I've heard so any good things over the years about Maggiano's. Finally went - it was SO sub-par and disappointing! The chicken parmesan was equivalent to what I'd get at a diner that happens to cary chicken parmesan. The size wasn't even that great. The sauce was super salty. The chicken marsala wasn't even sautéd! The sauce was dry like gravy. VERY disappointing!
First time I’ve been to a Maggianos that had so few customers. We were a large group but not a demanding one. Service was friendly but slow things were asked for and not brought. Food wise it was ok, I have been to other Maggianos that are better.
Great fish and chips
We went to Maggiano's brunch for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. All the food was so good but our favorite was the lemon ricotta pancakes. Soooo delicious!! And the $5 bloody mary's were an added treat. The service was fabulous.
You have started cramming customers like sardines. We were literally touching elbows with next table folks.
Your signature starting bread with oil and vinegar is now below average with tasteless and hard dinner rolls instead of the gourmet bread you used to serve.
The server was very late in giving us the bill and even after paying up, she started taking orders at a table with 15 odd people instead of completing our payment and allowing us to leave. Had to get her to give our payment to another server so he could process it.
Awful experience. Will not be visiting Maggiano's again, and will recommend avoiding it to friends and family. It's really gone downhill.
Good luck with your "food hall" approach.
This is a huge restaurant and the noise and energy level is up there. Waiters are very good and friendly.
They remembered a few requests we made. Bread is some of the best we've tasted. Wine prices are reasonable . Great family venue due to the price points. They use a lot of oil nd butter is main complaint.
Service was excellent. Anthony did a commendable job at making sure we had what we needed. Service was timely and friendly.
Food was generally very good. Pastas were perfectly prepared and flavorful. Bread was fresh. Dessert was delicious. The one area which sorely disappointed was the Caesar Salad which was wilted throughout and almost without taste despite being soaked in dressing. Unfortunately, the prepared salad contents must have rested in the kitchen refrigerator for hours before serving rather than mixed to order. The only other food-related issue was the cocktail preparation. We ordered Moscow Mules, which were well prepared; however, these had to be the smallest copper Mule mugs I’ve ever seen. At $11 per drink, I expect a standard portion. The mugs, nay sipping cups, were no more than 1/2 normal size so equivalent pricing would be closer to $22 per full size mule. Caveat emptor!
Overall, I still consider the restaurant to be above average overall.
Excellent food and value, service is usually excellent, but our waiter was a bit slow and off tonight.
Great food, great service and very reasonably. We had a party of 20 and they didn’t miss a beat.
Veal was horrible. It appeared that everything was cooked Very Fast on A very Hot stove
The waiter Dan was really pleasant and helpful. The food wise hit and miss, some of them are salty and some of them are great.
Service was great. Very friendly server. Food very good
It was lovely! Our server, Brittany, made my 65th Birthday dinner very special. Thank you!💜
Nothing further at this time.
My shrimp scampi was delicious. The portions was huge. Which I was grateful for as I get to enjoy a second meal
We had the family style meal for my husband's birthday dinner and it was fantastic. 1 appetizer, 1 salad, 2 pasta dishes, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. The selection was great and they brought extra of anything we wanted. We were even able to take home all of the leftovers. I highly recommend the family style meal if you have a party of 6 or more. It may get a little expensive but you can get a little something for everyone and we had enough left over that we all had lunch the next day.
Our server Nick was fantastic! Attentive, sweet and empathetic.
Dinner and movie
Meh experience. I remember going in the past and it being a good meal with some class. Now it’s more along the lines of an Olive Garden.
Outstanding service and excellent food made for a perfect night out to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday
The real deal Italian-American dining experience . Food and atmosphere more like being in Chicago or New York than L.A.
Love that .
Always a great place to eat at. Love the eat today, take tomorrow.
We LOVED Maggianos !!!
Our waiter DAN was fabulous !!!!!!!
We celebrated Diane's birthday on Sunday and it couldn't
have been a more special occasion.
Dan made certain that everything was PERFECT!
Please thank him for us !!!!
Great waiter, food arrived on time and the presentation was perfect.
Everything was spectacular, the service, the waiter ( the best), the only exception wes my order. I ordered the cheese and spinach manicotti. They were crepes. I expected large tubular stuffed pasta.
Other than that all was good.
Ordered the grilled salmon salad. Salmon was a bit overdone. Celebrated birthday’s, so all was good.
Excellent service and great food. if you purchase one of the eat there and take home a second meal, it's really reasonable
Came here for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, it was very loud in the restaurant tonight, and my son who has a mental health diagnosis was over stimulated and triggered. He began crying and had a very difficult time staying seated and focused. I somehow wish that our server could have picked up on these cues and did not interrupt us so frequently.
