We hadn't eaten here for years, but decided to try it after a show. Two of us got pasta dishes --(pesto was great, also got gnocchi) --another diner had mussels (excellent) and the other one filet mignon with asparagus rosotto. Only when asked about the meal, did we happen to mention that two of the meals were too salty. We didn't make a fuss, the comment was made just in passing. Wow. The sous chef came to our table to directly apologize. We were extremely impressed with his "tableside manner" -- he was personable, sincere, and spent a good deal of time asking us about our experience and explaining how the kitchen works. Honestly, because of Souley's individual attention and concern (and our waitress Shannon was great too) we will return. Such a breath of fresh air to know that a restaurant cares about their customers so much to personalize their experience. You just don't find that anywhere anymore. Kudos for customer service!
We went to brunch on a Sunday morning at 11:30 am. Our waiter brought us bread and took our orders. We ordered a pitcher of sangria. And it wasn't until after our sangria had been poured to each of us when our waiter came up to us and asked each one of us how old we were. He only carded the youngest looking person at the table. It was a little bizzare. I ordered the chicken francese Benedict but was brought the entree. The waiter made it seem like it was my fault, but I had no idea that was even an entree option. He took it back huffing and puffing and I eventually got my Benedict by the time all my friends were done eating. When the check came, 2 of my friends and I wrote the last four digits of our card numbers next to the things we ordered. But when our cards came back, the waiter had split the check evenly between the three cards, not even paying attention to the card numbers or even asking us to clarify if he was confused. He just ran the cards and my friends and I had to Venmo each other to correct the mistake. The food is always good here but this experience would have been a lot better if the waiter had communicated with us better.
Maggiano's in Tyson's Corner is an amazing restaurant that is the perfect location for any venue. The food is amazing and nothing will disappoint. The staff are polite, professional and more than helpful. From the bread, to your drinks, appetizers, main course... to dessert you will be blown away--guaranteed! Enjoy!
This is a good Italian restaurant - try the cheesecake- it’s delish!
My ratings speak for themselves. The waiter especially patient with our delayed ordering; slow eating due to catching up after a seven years hiatus, which caused us to occupy the table for three hours and the waiter missing at least two opportunities to collect tips. The prices are good and you have a well prepared meal
First time at Maggiano's in awhile because it's so far away. They never disappoint! Food was fantastic. Normally I'm a Rigatoni D girl, but I tried the shrimp scampi and it was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back!

We always enjoy Maggiano's. We don't dine in Tysons all that often but when we do, Maggiano's is always one of our first choices. Great food and great service!

Very accommodating in our seating as I requested as quiet a spot as possible because of my hearing. We were placed outside (in the mall). Good! And the server was excellent, recommending those incredible zucchini slices! I should have cancelled my entrée and ordered those again! Always enjoyable to dine at Maggiano's.
We have not been to here in awhile. We selected it because we saw a show in the area and wanted to go to dinner. It was a nice evening and a great reminder to put it back on our list!
Food was excellent, service was very slow and the waiters were mostly nowhere to be found. We waited a long time for each course to be served. We were seated in the balcony area in the mall, which wasn't at all cozy.
Excellent food impeccable service. Lovely atmosphere a bit noisy! Our large party had a splendid time with plenty of food left over for everyone to take some home. My go to place for large family celebrations. Thank you for a memorable experience. The chef came out aand spoke to me personally regarding my food allergy and took special precautions above and beyond! Fantastic staff. Thank you so much !

Fun family friendly location with various family celebrations going on around us (Saturday evening). All the family activity and large parties would limit quiet conversation, but it was certainly not an impediment to our enjoyment. Our server was pleasant, prompt, and our carbonara and Eggplant Parm were both wonderful.

I had a wonderful 50th Birthday celebration with 20 family members and friends. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Went for our 27th anniversary, and they were busy that Friday night. The noise level was high but expected. The food was great, and the waiter's timing was spot on, not rushed and not slow. Loved the food and wine selection was very good. Overall, a good deal and great spot for this special occasion.

The food is always good and comforting. Value is good as well. It was not as busy as many times we went before, but the service was exceptionally slow. Our waiter seemed so frazzled and inexperienced that one almost felt sorry for him.

We went to Maggiano' for Easter Brunch. It was a great value and I highly recommend. The food is good, and it's one of the few places where I actually enjoy the leftovers.
