Great food and great service....Billie (our server) was fabulous!!
Our server was not attentive at all! I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not. When we tried to settle our bill, the server cut us off and left the table. When he came back, he was given a detailed list of what each person ordered but the bill was incorrect. As always, I had excellent service at the bar area while I waited for my party to arrive. I hope we just caught this poor guy on a bad day because this location has always had great service with large and small parties.
Third year we've picked this location for our anniversary. The food is always good, the service has changed a little, I liked it better before and it's all together too dark. Maybe candles on table or some kind of optional LED. You can barely read the menu or see your food.
Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best, as was the service. Server only brought 3 small pieces of bread to begin with, dipping oil was bland and the grated Parmesan cheese dispenser was empty. The waitress had poor skills... when placing our bread plates, her thumb covered the center of the plate where the food goes; when she came back to check later in the meal, she began taking our plates, even though there was food on them still, without asking if we were done, or would like a “to go” box. Definitely not going back.
Great experience! Highly recommend.

5 course Tasting menu by Chef Carlos Ortiz, just incredible!
All five dishes paired perfectly with Stone Brewery Beer selections.
Manager Lola was amazing, she took great care is us.
Please enquirer about future fundraisers, you won’t regret this.
Located in the Springfield Town Center on the top level. Primarily Italian style dishes but several good salad selections. Excellent service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also have valet parking! Worth a look.
Once again the food was terrific. Will be back again. Brunch was great.
Got our table within 5 minutes of the reservation time. the service was great. Drinks & starters came out quickly, but entrees were out very slowly, waited about 15 minutes after the starters' plates were finished & removed. It could due to a busy Saturday night. Should have stayed with the Italian pasta/dishes, the filet Mignon was over cooked instead of the "medium-raw" ordered.
Maggianos is our favorite family place to dine in Denver. Came to this location and was highly disappointed in the service. Took 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. Server was not friendly or informative in the least bit. Seemed like he didn’t really care and didn’t want to be there. Sad there is such a disparity in quality between different locations of a higher scale chain restaurant.
Service was extraordinary; food average American-Italian.
The evening was enchanted, the food delicious the only complaint I have is where they sat us. A large table of 11 people very close to the kitchen, every time a server would come out with a tray of food we had to make sure our heads where not hit by it. In overall the only thing wrong or bad was our seating. Our server was nice and attentive. Food was delicious and the dessert was to die for, New York cheesecake. We will definitely will be returning.
Good place to eat
We enjoyed our experience at Maggiano's! There were three in our party, and we had Chicken Marsala, Rigatoni, and Gnocchi and Italian Sausage. All was delicious! We also had mini desserts, also delicious.
The restaurant was a little loud as they only seemed to be seating one side. Due to the noise level, it was very difficult to hear our soft-spoken server, but all worked out. There was a manager on duty who was also very attentive to our needs.
My wife and I love Maggianos and we come here pre-movie night out there at Springfield Town Center! Or we come for a quick lunch date. Always good food and service and Service has always been great!
Very good food but the service was lacking. No silverware on the table and the waiter was so slow i took silverware off the table next to us. Requested balsamic vinegar at least three times before it was delivered. Asked for butter for the bread and got two very small slabs of butter. Waiter was overwhelmed.
As always, our server was helpful, the food was delicious, and we went home with bags of leftovers and lasagna from Marco's meal deal. Great Italian food.
I was super bummed this last time i went there. The server was horrible. We didn’t have olive oil for the bread and we asked for it, never came. My boyfriend asked 3 times for another drink and it never came. She took my food back to box it, it never came back. And then our to-go order was completely wrong when we got home. FORTUNATELY, the food is so freaking good I was still happy.
Very loud, we were right by the kitchen.. and there was a smell of dirty dish rags in the air.. the food was decent and the service was nice
Excellent service and overall experience. Fine standard menu and tasty specials.
Kids' favorite restaurant!
Poorly managed seating. Full lobby, empty tables. Waited 20 minutes past reservation to be told it disappeared in the system.
Went to Maggiano's for a work lunch with colleagues. It's perfect for that sort of occasion - large dining room with plenty of space for big groups, and moderate noise so you neither feel bad about loud conversation, nor feel like you cannot hear others in your group.
Service is excellent and very patient - as a large group, we were often not ready to order each time our server approached, but he took it all in stride and never made us feel bad. Food is standard Italian fare - lots of pastas, variety of salads and sandwiches. We did not do family style, but it's been recommended to me. Maybe next time!
We enjoy eating at Maggiano’s, but the service is just terrible. The servers have to many tables and on several occasions we have had to get the manager invoked. Very dissatisfying..
Ordered chicken Marsala 2 very thin cutlets ( cooked well and tasty) covered with a very large serving of onions and little amount of mushrooms. Had to clear topping of these onions and mushrooms too much. Won’t be back for awhile
The seating is very cramped and not too comfortable. This is amplified by my being handicapped. We were a party of 6 and crammed into what felt like a much too small table that could not handle the family style meal. As for value, the family style price was fair and reasonable for two of us, and far too expensive for those with smaller appetites.
Maggianos is good for dinner, but they should just stay away from brunch. Food and service were subpar. Crab cakes are full of filler and hardly any crab, food came out barely warm, the ham on the Italian breakfast was literally 1 inch x 1 inch. I thought it was a joke. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not recommend for brunch at all!
Everything was perfect! We were very happy with our overall experience.
Service was a little slower than usual and the food has been better. Overall was a pleasant enough experience though.
Service was the disappointment here. Waitress was hard to find, responsive once we got her attention but didn’t check on us enough. When we asked others for help, it took repeated requests and response time was too long. We did enjoy our meals; the quality was good, portions were generous. Maybe we just picked the wrong time.
We ordered the family style and got fried zucchini, mom's lasagna, lightened up chicken alfredo, lightened up veal marsala, lightened up chicken parmesan, creme brulee and butter cake. Everything was just OK. I realize that we got things lightened up but I would not eat there with the full calories. I do not recommend the creme brulee as it was extremely thin and not great. The butter cake was warm and moist. The service was painfully slow. I wanted it to be better and if the service had at least been good it would have improved the overall experience quite a bit.
Been here many times but we had Scott as a waiter and he was great!!
We go to Maggiano's often and Will certainly go back. This time we went for lunch and they certainly did not have their best staff working. The waiter took forever to get to our table, follow up, bring us drinks, etc. He was very nice but very slow. I mistakenly ordered the cheese ravioli when I meant to order the mushroom ravioli.it came out hot but stuck to the plate and dried out as if it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. Again, we will go back because every other time the food and service has been great.
Our server was terrible. Food was okay. Compete waste of a date night.
Maggiano's take-home deal is best value in restaurants. Good food and great price.
Service was flawless.
Amazing all around experience. Me & my husband's fav restaurant.
We had a very good experience. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. Our food was delicious. They were very responsive to three young children. We will return, and will recommend this restaurant to our friends.
The service was pretty lackluster. The server was nice, but we rarely saw him. It took about 30 minutes before we got to place our order. Once place he was gone for another 30 and seemed genuinely confused when he came back and we still had no food. The food itself was ok... it probably would have been great if it had been served hot :(
