All food came out at once. Just didn’t taste like top quality
Loved the filet mignon ! Maggiano’s is always a goodie
I’ve been to this location numerous times and this last time was the worst: appetizer was burned, the seafood in it looked like burned toenails, the requested bread and lemon slices took at least 3 times to be requested from the waiters to arrive at the table!
Amber (waitress) & busboy (Richard) wonderful.
Drawbacks - coffee service late and not fresh. Asked about this & was told that there is only one pourer. If there is a party before we get there, the coffee is gone. I guess if left over, then it is not as hot & too strong.
Restaurant always too cold. Need jack and extra napkins go on my lap.
Recommend putting Monte Cristo on your menu. We have mentioned it several times to waiter or waitress.
1st time there was great. Good service great food. Will return for sure...
food was good as always. had a server who was a either a bit too busy or was trying hard to express how much she preferred not to serve us. either way, once i got a server switch, all was well.
Amazing food and wonderful service. We enjoyed a nice evening celebrating a Birthday.
Simplemente, THE BEST. We'll surely return for some delicious food.
Overall good-food excellent as always, but service was extremely slow-waited for the server for 15 minutes just to ask for water. The server appeared to have way too many tables
We.had a great time and the waiter was great. Kept our glasses filled and let us visit as long as we wanted.
Yikes - ordered a bottle of wine. Server brought the wrong bottle three times. Italian Valpolicella and Californian Zinfandel are not the same. Finally ordered by the glass and he only had one glass. He was struggling and we were on a time crunch. Food was not hot and so so. Huge cattle’s heard of people and loud. Not going back ever. At least they comped the single wine glass. We said no thanks to comped dessert.
We have always enjoyed our dining experience at Magianno's when we are in town to
The attentive experience by the servers and helpful attitude is worth coming for along
with their extensive menu
Guest with nut allergy and the chef came out personally to take our order. Wonderful extra effort made by the staff
So far in the last 5 years that I've been going to Maggiano's whether it be in La Hollywood or in South Coast Plaza I have never received anything but Top Notch food, fantastic service, and some of the nicest people you never want to deal with, thanks again for a fantastic meal and I look forward to going again next week.
Seemed understaffed. Waiter was polite, but rushed. Restaurant was loud interrupting conversation. Food was good, but delivered in stages with out utensils and plates (we were sharing). We typically like the restaurant, seemed like a staffing issue.
Was nothing short of amazing. Our server....simply incredible.
Jaime, our server, was the best. Friendly, helpful, patient, welcoming, no pressure which made our visit all the more enjoyable. Lasagna was great as usual! Look forward to my next visit! Thanks Jaime!
Service was excellent. Food exemplary, AND.........we ordered where we got to take home a second entre - which was AMAZING.
Our server, Alfredo, was charming and knowledgeable. The food was good, served hot and
tasty. We had reservations and although the restaurant was crowded, we were seated immediately upon showing up for our reserved stated time. The courtesy lemon cookies were a nice surprise dessert! I ordered the pasta mushroom ravioli....then had another FREE serving packaged for "take home". I return often.
My chicken and spinach manicotti was a little dry and crusty on one site from baking, but was still very tasty. Was in a hurry to get my daughter back to her hotel to prep for meeting next day so didn't ask for any more sauce.
My wife had your chicken parmesan with white sauce rather than marinara.
She doesn't think your white sauce is as tasty as Olive Garden, just tastes like cream sauce.
These were still great meals!
I love manicotti and impossible to get yours with chicken and spinach anywhere else we go.
Great overall experience.
I made a reservation but I was late. I was still seated in a timely manor. Kudos to you.
This restaurant is affordable and has great food. Great for big groups. Best to make a reservation.
We have been coming to this restaurant for several year and the food is always the best, prices have gone up but still a great place to go.
Staff can be excellent and so so but we still come back.
Great food, great service. The prices aren't unreasonable. But the place is always packed. Don't go without a reservation, and expect every table and booth to be occupied. Not very private.
It was very busy and we were seated a few minutes before our reservation. The food was very good and so was the service.
Really pleasantly surprised. But the noise level was extremely high probably from packing so many tables into such a tight spot.
Food was good, but the service was excellent. We ended up at a bar table in lieu of the dining room, but our experience was as if we were dining. The lemon dessert was wonderful!
Brought my family for brunch and it was delicious! The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were light and fluffy, the crab cakes benedicts were decadent, but the winner was the chicken and waffles with the spicy syrup! It was to die for! Mmmm! MMMmmm! MMMMmmmm!!! We will definitely be back!
The experience was delightful and I will likely be back soon.
I had my first date with my now husband 15 years ago. It is our special place to go to celebrate and just reliving our first day.
Service was awful. We regularly eat here because of value, but will rethink that. We weren’t offered any drinks, waitress immediately asked if we wanted to order. Drinks were wrong twice, waitress couldn’t get food order right either. Pasta was drenched in sauce, worst Maggiano’s experience we have ever had.
This was the worst visit I have had in a long time! The waitress kept hounding for more orders even though I told her that we were here for dessert. She poured 3 plates of balsamic and olive oil & kept pushing the March fish special, but we weren't that hungry. After realizing that we were not going to order anything other than the raspberry lemonade and a dessert sampler, she basically ignored us for the remainder of the meal. When I asked for our bill, she hollered for us to wait. REALLY??? How unprofessional! When I paid with a $100 bill, she didn't even give me all my change. Even if it is 1 cent, she should have returned it. Lucky for her, I had a guest and didn't want to make a stink about it.
The food was outstanding, and with our reservation we had no wait.
👍🏻 never disappoints! Our favorite Italian restaurant!
Bear with me. I'm a NY Italian "food snob." The food was pretty good although the sauce was somewhat watery. I ordered pasta topped with seafood.
you guys have a great location in the most prominent shopping ctr. in orange county. plus you receive a good amount of customers from the art ctr. that being said i was almost shockingly disappointed in your wine and wine list. i actually sent back 2 wine selections. i understand your markup on wines but most of the red wine choices left a lot to be desired. with your location and your type of clientele you would be well served to seek other wine venders. that wine list would never fly in NY. however, despite the bad wine, i still would dine there again. sincerely, robert scaffidi
Really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the efficiency of the kitchen. Food was delicious! The location we were in was noisy but it wasn’t a deterrent for our plans/group that evening.
The food, service, and ambiance were all great. I had the chicken marsala with spaghetti, and it was delicious. We also shared an apple crostada for dessert, which I highly recommend.
It is important to have a reservation because the “walk-ins“ can be numerous. Very welcoming, good service, excellent recommendations, and a menu filled with old standards and interesting specials.
We tried the $44 dinner for two which included starter or salad, pasta entrée and dessert. My best estimate is that we got $65 worth of food. Plus the take-home entrée that was much enjoyed my family.
The service was great, however, the food was so so. The beef was way overdone( waiter offered more but at that point, we were almost finished. I ordered eggplant parmigiana which has been good in the past but this time it was a sloppy mess. Could not even eat it. I was really disappointed because in the past, our food was outstanding.
