Tasty food, excellent service, and they give you extra to take home. What's not to like?
This was great. We went for a college graduation and the numbers kept changes for seating. They accommodate us and the food was awesome. Definitely go if your undecided it’s worth it.
WONDERFUL EVENING I truly enjoyed myself the food is great and the amount is unbelievable also you give one for the next night at home thanks
Loved it! It was my girlfriend’s first time there and she absolutely loved it, while I’ve been here dozens of times, and the quality of the food and service is always amazing!
We love to celebrate special occasions at Maggiano’s!!! Today was my sons 17th birthday. And as always, Maggiano’s service & food didn’t disappoint!! Thank you!!
It wasn’t that busy making it a pretty quiet night. First off they didn’t have bread...Everyone at my table was disappointed. Secondly they forgot the “crustinis” with our appetizer. Then after waiting a good amount of time for our dinner they forgot the fettuccine for my moms meal. FINALLY after everyone else in the party ate their meal the waitress came back with the pasta.
Crappy night but she took off the appetizer and moms meal off the bill. Thank you for understanding (waitress)!
Excellent service food and ambience as always! Thank you Maggiano’s for helping us celebrate our six year anniversary, It was memorable as always!
I was disappointed with my visit this time. Maybe it was because of the holiday but the food wasn't that great. My drink was smaller than usual and the waitress forgot to bring out the appetizer that she boxed up for us. Also, I pre-ordered hoping that the food would be out faster and opted for family style. I wouldn't recommend the family style for anyone with picky eaters. Also, the sodium content of the food was excessive. Mother's day was not what I had hoped for and I was very disappointed.
good food, consistent service for a well-established chain restaurant. Rarely disappointed.
Drinks were not refilled, fried mozzarella had been sitting, plates were left on the table too long (very unappetizing), server never asked how our food was, and we were given spumoni ice cream with our brownie because all of the vanilla had melted--how about asking if I still wanted the brownie since you were out of vanilla ice cream? I'll stick to take out going forward. The food is good and it's a decent value, but the service--especially on holidays--is disappointing.
I was mad only because they ran out of my favorite dishes, Chicken Marsella. I got the lasagna. It was good. Service would have received a higher rating but the take home food wasn't what I had ordered to take home. Didn't noticed until I got home.
We usually enjoy Maggiano's, so I didn't hesitate when my daughter suggested it for Mother's Day. I'm thinking that they are just not equipped to handle such a busy day and we will avoid it in the future as a result. Our server was a perfectly nice person, but I imagine that she and the kitchen were just overwhelmed. The management should have done a much better job. They were out of numerous items (didn't they know they were having a crowd?) with my daughter having to change her order three times to find something that was available.
The food is always fresh and hot. The prices are great. I love the portion size of the meals.
I love Maggiano’s as a whole. The one thing I would caution against is holidays and special occasions. We had a 5:45pm reservation (arrived early to ensure seating) did not get seated until close to 6pm. Seated and ordered, but did not receive food until more than 45 mins later. When food was received it ranged from hot and correct (gnocchi) to improperly cooked (ordered Medium steak came out Medium - Rare) to lukewarm (lasagna). Recommendation to establishment would be to limit reservations and number of carry out orders. Understanding you are attempting to capitalize on the holiday, but it should not be at the expense of quality.
Maggiano's is one of our favorite restaurants, we love the food, service and ambience! The closest one is 2 hours away, but we gladly make the drive to eat there!
The staff greeted us promptly. We were able to be seating quickly. It was a very busy day but the food and service was impeccable. My family had a great experience.
Good as always!
Excellent food from start to finish! Our waiter was fantastic!
We had a wonderful time on Mother's Day. The food and the service was great even on such a busy day!
Treated the family to dinner on Mother's Day. As usual, Maggiano's knocked it out of the park. We have become avid fans and we always look forward to dining there. Maggiano's is a real class act.
Celebrated Mother’s Day. Typically we have good experiences at Maggiano’s but this experience fell short. I understand this is an exceptionally busy day but customers still expect an enjoyable experience. Our drinks remained empty throughout the meal and we ordered veal parmigiana which is a fairly expensive dish at almost $30. It was barely warm and very tough. The potatoes were cold. Coffee with dessert was served in a dirty coffee cup and I found many coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup.
Overall a poor experience. When you spend almost $200 on a meal you expect much more.
Food salty, service was very slow. This was an unusually bad experience. Even the take home food ended up being very salty and the dessert we took home had a burned flavor. Very disappointed and am waiting to hear back from a direct written complaint to the restaurant.
Restaurant was understaffed for the large Mother’s Day crowd. They altered their standard “Family Style” menu to offer fewer choices, with fewer courses, but at the same price. Sent someone else’s leftovers home with us. Ironically, the half eaten leftovers were chicken parmigiana, the one dish we wanted, but were told could not be included in the “special” Mother’s Day menu. Threw the food away. They did deduct one meal charge as an apology. Been going here for over 10 years. Not on the list anymore.
It was very busy and we had long waits to get our food.
We went on Mother’s Day and waited 3 hours and our entrees still didn’t come out. I eventually went to the manager and told them to wrap everything up as my kids wouldn’t wait any longer. Dirty dishes and glasses from drinks and appetizers were piled on the table. I actually got up and cleared them myself and put them on the adjacent table which was piled with dishes from patrons that had left an hour ago. The gnocchi we took hone was so salty it was inedible. The waitress snapped at us saying that it was really busy and she was trying to do everything by herself. When the bill came and it was time to tip, she was extremely apologetic and sweet. Horrible experience.
Brought my mother and daughter to Maggianos for Mother’s Day and we were pleased with our first time experience here!!! Our waiter Rob was funny yet professional and very accommodating!!! The food was delicious!! Yummy 😋.
Can’t wait to bring my husband so that he can enjoy Maggianos as well!!
10am reservation for brunch on Mother’s Day. They had a Mother’s day brunch buffet but limited it to only a select group that had a special reservation in the back room. Then they limited the normal brunch menu to only about 1/3 of the items and cocktails. Then tried to push their family style Italian menu instead. Who wants family style Italian at 10am??
Great Experience Overall!!!!
As anticipated, a wonderful experience. Great staff. Very good food. Solid value.
We got seated 5 minutes earlier than what our reservation was which was nice. The downside was it was way to hot in the restaurant's dinning area it made the whole experience very unpleasant. The service took forever to get our food (we got seated at 5:40 and didn't get our food till 6:55 and did not leave until 8:30) and never brought more food when needed for our family style request. The waitress did not come by very often and we were never offered coffee at any point in the night. The drinks from the bar were good, but the food was also subpar when compared to other maggiano's. The salmon and spaghetti were good though.
SERVICE WAS GREAT.FOOD WAS AWESOME. HGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL GO BACK.
Took our family to celebrate our daughters graduation. When we arrived 20 min early we were told that we may not be seated at our reservation time and in fact may be over 30 min wait from the original booking time. Our reservation was made over 4 months in advance for 11 people and our dinner was before the ceremony so waiting was not an option and I was quite upset. The manager that night quickly made us a table and we were seated next to the takeout window. Not ideal but we were able to make it to graduation on time. Bruno was our server and he was awesome!!!!! Thank you
My family and I had dinner here for my graduation and this place is so accomodating! We had a large group (23) and 5 of those people were added onto the reservation when we arrived. Even though we were split into 2 tables on different floors (we had to make 2 different reservations since our group was large), the hostess was very welcoming. Even though the restaurant was jammed packed that day, the great service did not waver. We were truly impressed. My family enjoyed themselves and that is what matters most. Thank you Maggianos for giving us a memorable celebration!
Reservation was for 3:45. Not seated until 4:35 (Unacceptable). Kids food came 20 minutes before ours and mine was wrong. Have eaten there many times but will not go back
Again OpenTable saved us a hassle of having to wait in a standing room only environment trying to get a table. we only come here a couple of times a year and always on special occasions! This was the busiest I have seem there was no room inside to stand or room at the bar, plenty of room upstairs, but have never seen anyone dining up there. I love this restaurant but I may have to look at other than the weekend for our special outings it was extremely noisy. but staff was friendly and very helpful.
The food was very good. The restaurant was incredibly busy as it was a holiday weekend, graduations and a wedding, so the service was understandably a little slow. It was very crowded and we felt a bit cramped at our table. It was also quite noisy. We did all enjoy our meals however, and we will definitely return.
It was good not great
Excellent service and value and the food was fantastic. I only wish that American’s knew how to dress appropriately for dinner. The Camo baseball hat and flip flops ensemble is tiresome but that is our culture now. Anyway, the restaurant is outstanding.
the restaurant was busy but the food was fantastic even though it was busy our server was fast friendly just outstanding
The service was horrible, It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get serviced food we ordered. The food was not hot, because the waitress did check to see if it was ready until I asked her where was our food. Then it took another 25 minutes to get my food boxed to go because we had been there so long waiting for our food. I asked for my receipt so I could pay and leave and this took another 20 minutes to get it. The waitress splashed sauce on my son while boxing the food to go. The waitress was the worst I have ever had service me and my family. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
