A really nice Italian style restaurant with a substantial menu that offers good food and service. With numerous specials, along with their buy one take one home selections, there are plenty of tasty opportunities to try.
Our waiter was generous and outstanding, brought us 2 glasses of champagne at no charge in celebration of our anniversary
Very considerate and excellent customer service
We always enjoy our food. Amanda was a great waitress without being a "hoverer" ... we were greeted by a very friendly staff as well.
I've been dinning here for years, always great food, great value, and good service.
We went with our large family and it was a fun place to be with a large crowd. Ate family style and it was wonderful, lots of options to choose from and they bring out so much. The food is wonderful and the price point is great.
As always, the food was delicious. We were able to be seated before our reservation, in a great location. We were away from the foot traffic & Easter Sunday crowd. We had a wonderful time celebrating.
This place is nice for a small to huge family gathering for lunch/dinner. The service was outstanding and the amount of food for the price definitely a great deal 👍!
Excellent customer service. We had a 1:00 reservation and they were ready for us on time. The food was terrific.
Our server was great even on that busy Easter Sunday day. Good food, good service.
Food was great as always. The staff was great. Showed up early for 12 noon reservations and they took us.
Everything we ordered -- Caesar salad, zucchini fritte, fruit, salmon and spinach eggs benedict, Tuscan chicken and shrimp, creme brulee french toast, tiramisu and carrot cake were spot on. This was a great Eastern Brunch for us, and we will return! Thanks to our waiter Dave for excellent service.
I would never go back for an Easter Brunch, or holiday Brunch. I was expecting a normal Brunch menu, and never expected to be given regular menu. No Sunday Brunch menu except for the Family Brunch where pricing was high $29.95 per person and only have two or three breakfast brunch items on the menu. Extremely disappointed!
Although the waitstaff was wonderful and tried to help make our visit better trying meet our breakfast expectations. Definitely 5 stars for them.
I will do any regular lunches and dinners but NEVER will I take my family to your restaurant for any Holiday Brunches unless there is a change to have a normal Brunch menu.
We had a wonderful server. Our families first Easter spent at a restaurant given that we are displaced from our home. During a challenging time we found ourselves having a really nice time.
We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. I had requested a room upstairs. We were not given a room upstairs even though he asked when we arrived. We were placed in the most high traffic area by the stairs downstairs. We were bumped constantly by people walking by. There were crying babies. Our waitress forgot things left and right. It was an absolute disaster. I think this will be our last dinner at Maggiano’s.
It was very nice but loud although it is Easter weekend
Our overall experience at Maggiano's was very good. Our server was very professional and attentive. He is a wonderful asset to your restaurant! the food was delicious and the portions were certainly good.We got the eat one and take one meals so we still get to enjoy another meal.
Our only complaint is that too many tables are crowded into the space where we were sitting. We could not even get into our seats when we were shown to our table. They did move the table out but our seats were still right up against the seats of the people at the table behind us. I'm sure that was not the most pleasant arrangements for them either.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend and return to Maggiano's.
Excellent service, waiter was well versed on menu selections.
Mah..... great service. Average food. Smaller portions. Tons of spaghetti noodles but little sauce. A few ravioli but little sauce. Average....
Service was superb; ordered family style and everything arrived at intervals hot and delicious. Hadn’t been there in quite some time, now looking forward to going back.
Birthday gathering for my wife the restaurant did an excellent job with our larger than normal party
We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it couldn't have been better. Maggiano's is his favorite restaurant. Ed always has the sausage and spaghetti with marinara sauce. The sauce is the best. The 6 of us ordered a variety of dishes and no one was disappointed. Dakota gave us wonderful service as he has before. He always goes the extra mile
We have been here several times in the past and have always enjoyed the experience. On this visit our waiter was Dave J. He went out of his way to ensure that our date night went well. It was prom night for local high schools so the restaurant was busy but thanks to Dave it was never a distraction to the great service we received.
Maggiano’s is a great way to celebrate a special event. It’s scenic, the staff is kind, and the food is absolutely amazing.
The food and the service was great. We all had classic pasta dishes and they didn’t disappoint. They also have a brunch and a family style menu that looked amazing.
Our first visit to Maggiano’s. Wie’ll be frequent customers every time we’re in town. Love love love!
Our experience was great our waitress was really awesome and the overall experience was far above 5 stars
The twelve of us were there at 4:00 p.m. At that time there were not many people in the restaurant and therefore very little noise. The service was outstanding. The food was served within a short time and everyone had only positive things to say about their meal. As it happened to be my birthday the server surprised me by serving a birthday cake to me. We have eaten there before and wondered why we haven;t eaten there more frequently. We plan on making this a frequent stop in the near future.
Great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. Only recommendation is to not have the tables so close together. We could hear the other tables conversation. Other than that it was great!
The Calamari was good. The the description for Linguine di Mare indicates it contains lobster; unless it was disguised as shrimp, there was no lobster. The Beef Tenderloin Medallions were expressly ordered as well done; they were bleeding and were sent back and replaced; that meant that my wife got her food as everyone else was finishing. It was my first and last time to Maggiano's.
Excellent service from Dakota!!!! On time, polite, courteous and great attitude!
Dinner was Very enjoyable. Generous portions and very tasty!
The food was great, as always. We ordered one slice of cake for dessert, and it took quite a long time to get it. Then it took even more time to get our check, and then our waitress never showed back up to take our check and payment. We had to ask another waiter who was passing by to please take it. Our waitress ended up coming by the table before we left apologizing, saying that she thought she had already taken our payment and that we were done. Not the type of service we have grown accustomed to there.
Enjoyed our dinner! The service was great! Food was perfect!!
Serve was great and the food was very good. Great place for any occasion.
The server wasn’t very personable other than taking our order that’s all the conversation we got. It was my birthday he never asked was everything ok why were we there nothing it was like my ex husband was forced to wait on us. The food was great and the other servers who checked on us was great
It was INCREDIBLY busy and even though we had a reservation we still had to wait for 1/2 an hour. It took another 15 minutes for wait staff to check in. Everyone was downstairs so there wasnt a free table anywhere and it was really uncomfortably crowded - wish they would have seated folks upstairs too. Food was pipping hot, fresh and delicious though.
It was a pleasure working with the individuals and it was so easy to make the reservation on line. All but one of my requests was taken care of with ease and courtesy. I was hoping for a corner table as it was a baby sprinkling, so was a bit tight to be in the middle of the floor, but it all worked out will. Thank you Maggiano's for a memorable outing.
Meal and the whole experience was great!
Have gone for many years and will continue to do so. Everyone has an off day now and again, right? The service was slow, several of the tables which were seated after us received he same appetizer ( fried calamari)well before us. The couple next to us was seated 20 minutes after and left 30 minutes before. Each portion of the meal was extremely slow to come out. The waiter while amicable and extra mule helpful seemed to disappear far more than other waiters in the restaurant. The appetizer was over cooked ( calamari), the entree was excellent!!! And the desert was a barley warm apple crostata. Lack luster trip but it is one of our favorites. One bad Trip does not make a pattern, hope for better next time.
