Maggiano's - Perimeter Ratings and Reviews
Bar drink was sent out with melted ice so it was watered down. Seemed like they sent me out a drink that had been sitting a long time. Not many options for my wife who is a vegetarian. Told she couldn’t take the chicken out of dishes. My salmon salad was great but I was half way done with it before my wife got her pasta. Service was slow. Dessert was good.
Although we arrived a half hour late, we were seated in a few minutes and were granted a booth. Our waiter was very busy but still efficient and very friendly. He accommodated my husbands request for the addition of mushrooms to his pasta to go order. That took knowledge and creativity. The food is consistently delicious.
We love eating here, and my daughter chose Maggiano’s for her birthday dinner. The mussels diavlo were spectacular! Honestly, I should have made them my entree;however, the filet mignon was calling my name. I love how we were not rushed. We enjoyed cocktails, wine, appetizers, entree, dessert, and coffee with a decadent leisurelay pace 😀
The food was good. It was my son's 18th birthday and when it came time for his cake we were told that they ran out even though we saw multiple pieces of cake go by. They gave him a couple of cookies and some fruit instead. I wouldn't have minded paying for the cake and felt that his birthday that I was trying to make special was down played.
Health grade is still sitting at an 82, for over a year now, they cannot get it above a B average. Service is deplorable, with the waiter moaning and groaning how he didn't feel well and kept cracking and stretching his back. Do not go here looking for the restaurant it USED to be. Very disappointing.....
Made reservation and didn’t get seated until 45 minutes later than reservation. The waitress was rude and all she wanted to do was go home as they stayed open late to accommodate all reservations. Service was horrible and zero customer service. Food was good for 2 of the 4 of us. The other two was not good. It a mixed drink and all the ice was 3/4 the way melted in drink before it was brought to us. Very bad experience and would not recommend to anybody. Sorry just the truth
Unfortunately not good at all we was waiting 50 minutes to be seated...plus the service was not good too because the waitress had a problem with the next table close to our and no plates and the food was really not good just the dessert we can say was good enough..on resumed not a good end of the year on Maggianno unfortunately....
We like Maggiano’s, but unfortunately our dining experience on New Year’s eve was worse than poor! Our reservation for 5 people was for 9:00pm. We arrived on time and the check in area was a mess, crowded with people all over the place. We were sitted at 9:55pm and we had to beg for a waiter several times. We were all thirsty and my husband had to grab a waitress to ask for glasses of water. My order came first and I had to start eating alone so it didn’t get cold. The rest of the orders came in stages. The evening was clearly overbooked and had a very bad management. We were all very disappointed. A special evening turned into a nightmare. We will never return to Maggiano’s for special occasions.
Absolutely disgusting food and even worse service. The managers are, well how do you say stupid and only interested in making the numbers on New Year’s Eve diplomatically? I guess not very sharp and not interested in the customers satisfaction. It was obvious they were only interested in the bonus they would receive. We actually had a server crying to us about how her night was so horrible because she only received a 60$ tip on 700$ bill. Not my family’s fault. Dirty dishes left on the table, food that was burned, food cooked in old oil...I have never in my life had an experience this bad at a restaurant. The next time you choose to go out, pick Mcdonald’s- much better food, much better service.
Our watres, Kala was great. She ran herself raged making sure tables were well looked after. The were other servers looking in on us also.
Biggest problem was the noise, you are hard pressed to carry on a conversation. I’ve spoken with some friends that have eaten here and felt the same about the noise and that they would think twice about going back.
This Maggiano’s has gone way down hill. Hostess stand, food and service is not good. Ambiance not like other Maggiano locations. Reservation system is a mess. Do yourself a favor, spend your money elsewhere and skip this place. It’s too bad as I love Maggiano’s but this location is horrible.
Very impressed staff at Maggiano’s actually read and followed up on the special requests in our reservation.
We asked for a quiet booth, and they purposely seated us far from groups and kids.
I told them my husband has a seafood allergy, and not only the waiter, but the chef himself, came to talk to him about his menu options, and reassure him they had separate cooking areas for seafood and non-seafood. Having the chef himself come out is the first time that’s ever happened to us!
Plus, our waiter was amazing. Only complaint, and it’s very minor, is that the bacon wasn’t crispy.
Thanks, Maggiano’s, well done all around!
Ordered bottle of wine but had to request the ice bucket. Italian Salad has only one Olive with two tomatoes
The table we had was a walk way for the waiters and waitresses, they constantly walked thru. However, sent I informed them it was my wedding anniversary, I thought the table and service would have been better.
