The food is always great but there is always a long wait even if you see tables open. The people at the check in desk are not very courteous, usually not very friendly and are often rude. They stand and talk to each other.

The food and service was great. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. The only thing I don’t like about the restaurant is not the restaurant itself but the parking....finding a parking place is impossible after 5 at night... you have a long walk. I don’t believe in valet parking

Our waitress made the Maggiano’s experience that much better! We always love the Pasta dishes and this time was no different. However, this time we brought our three kids with us for a change. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure we all enjoyed a great meal! She was great, I just can’t remember her name now, but she should be rewarded for providing my family a WONDERFUL Evening out.

Most Sincerely,
Brian Hecht

We like Maggiano's very much. It is the first time that we are at Oak Brook. We prefer Naperville, but this is nice too.
Food was very nice as always. Service is amazing.
The only problem that we always have is that even with reservation, it takes about 30 minutes to be seated. I guess that is because of the quantity of people that likes to go there for dinner, and they like to stay having a glass of wine or a dessert in that nice atmosphere.

The atmosphere is quite loud. It becomes challenging to hear each other unless you are sitting right next to the person you are talking to.

Always great food and service is to notch even at their busiest (which is basically all the time!) As busy at it was, our server was attentive and made us feel as if we were his only table - we were well taken care of~

Was very crowded, however if you have a reservation for a certain time, shouldn’t have to wait 27 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes for simple pasta to be served. Some people make reservations because of time constraints. Desk staff was somewhat overwhelmed. Food was very good as usual.

We met to celebrate two birthdays. My Sister is allergic to both dairy and gluten so the chef visited us at the table. We had to wait close to 45 minutes for her to arrive. She took my sister's order and the waitress took the rest of the orders. After a long time our food came but not my sister's order. We notified several people, including a manager. when the rest of us were finished eating, the one order arrived but was inedible because the chicken was too tough for a knife to cut. I think it had cooked the whole time the rest of us were eating. We could not share our food with sister because of her allergies. Eventually another fresh meal was brought out but there was still an error concerning the gluten. As w rose to leave her meal arrived and she had to ask for it to be boxed as she did not want to eat alone. Happy Birthday!

Dinner was very enjoyable Marco's dinner for two is the best. Value wise it can't be beat. Wine list has lots to chose from, always a pleasure to dine at Maggiano's. Just one comment the waiting area is always a little packed. Could use more room to wait for a table.

Very disappointing on every level. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our meals at Maggianos and often select to go there for special occasions and celebrations. Our evening 2/17 was a disappointment on every level. Hostesses at check in seemed apathetic and unwelcoming. Waitress was very inattentive and didn’t seem to care.
Food was mediocre. Salad was bland and with little dressing. Our entrees weren’t the usual quality and the creme brûlée was not cooked throughly. Again - in the past that dish has always been a highlight. This Maggianos seems very poorly managed and for what you pay - we won’t be returning to the Oak Brook Maggianos again.

We were seated quickly. Our server, Marianne, was lovely! She took the time to talk to us and made us feel welcomed. Our dinner was EXCELLENT! The Maggiano salad was indescribable. A delicious blend of blue cheese and prosciutto. My husband chose the eggplant Parmesan. I had the herb buttered salmon with spinach. Absolutely delicious on both counts! We will be returning in March. I’ve convinced my husband to try the salmon!

I think they've lost a bit of the upscale Italian restaurant feel. Not an ideal place for a nice dinner date. Felt more like a kitchen with dining. Table cloth was dirty and the place just felt old. Having pin-ups in the men's bathroom is a total turn-off, and especially not family friendly. What do you tell your teenage boy (or younger)? It's a good'ole boy's place that needs to step-up their game. Food portions are smaller (a good thing), but you always leave with leftovers which is still nice. Staff is always in a hurry - granted it was a busy night (Valentine's Day) but those eating with reservations don't want to see/hear that. It's supposed to be a relaxing evening enjoying good food, wine and company.

Good experience and good food, wished they refilled water more often, also some of my dates chicken tasted like turkey which disappointed him. Otherwise the waiter was very helpful with my dairy allergy and my gnocchi with sausage was DELICIOUS!

The food was AMAZING as always and the prices are extremely reasonable. Our bill was only $24 as I expected it to be twice that for the quality of the food. Our waitress was on top of everything and made sure to check up on our table to see how we were doing multiple times. Amazing service and quality of food. Highly recommend.

Maggianos continues to serve good basic Italian food. Love the eggplant parm and delicious bread.
Service was a little slow for the kids but thats because we ordered an appetizer of calamari, which was so-so.

Went for my moms birthday. Appetizers were barely warm. Food was barely warm. They didn’t even acknowledge my moms birthday with a dessert. The brownie was hard and taste burnt. Service was really nice !
Will not go back !
