Always a great place for lunch!!!
I organized a business meal for technical and marketing people to discuss cooperation across North America and Europe. IT went very well.
We went to Maggiano's for our daughter's 18th birthday dinner and there were 11 of us. We had no trouble being seated immediately, the food was delicious and the service fantastic.
Chicken caprese recommended.
Bartenders were very nice and suggested a maggianos old fashioned. I checked in an hour prior to my reservation time knowing that we were going to have a cocktail at the bar, and at my scheduled time i went back to the host desk to find that they didnt have a table ready and i had to wait. I was seated and server was plesant and went over menu for us. Great server and bartender overall.
we go to maggianos alot....7 of us went sunday after the show at the theatre....all was wonderful .our wonderful amazing wait staff, nicole was super...thanks you Nicole, and the hostess, and Angela, (banquet manager)
Food was good and service was good.
There hospitality was wonderful. They never rushed us. They let us sit and reconnect after 38 years of not seeing each other. That time they allowed us was so precious.

I met a friend for brunch. Very nice and interesting menu. The frittata was excellent.
They made a great experience for my family. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
We very much enjoyed our dinner, as it was very tasty and not too pricey. I had a spinach salad that was out of this world and the chicken Marsala was just as delicious.
As always we had a very enjoyable time. Great food and very attentive server made for a great experience.
Good place for lunch
Waiting staff was fantastic with knowledge of offerings, pairing of wine and timing of food. We had not been in years and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was.
Last time it was too much food and loaded us up ..... this time specials were lighter and unique for seafood

maggianos is always a satisfying dining choice. we chose the spinach side salad and the spaghetti and meatballs for our dinner choices. these are 'old favorites': a well dressed delicious salad and a pasta with meat sauce that brings to mind mama's home cooking. our server annie was attentive and had a great sense of humor. it was a lovely dinner.
Went with a group of 8 for dinner at 5:45 on a Monday. It was busy and jovial (lol loud) but the service was very good and the food was delicious. Prices are high but I expected that of both the chain and the locale. You do have some more reasonable options on the menu which is nice. It was for a birthday dinner and it was a special spot for the night.
Overall pleased with the experience.
I love Maggianos so much. But I will likely avoid this location in the future. I had a reservation for 10 at 6:15 pm on a Sunday. We didn’t get seated until more than 20 minutes later. I realize that a reservation doesn’t mean you’ll get seated immediately but this was the longest I’ve had to wait to be seated with a reservation at Maggianos. And what if all of US were 20 minutes late?! The waiting area is so small and cramped, there was no where for my 81 YO mother to sit. Our server was extremely friendly and responsive-when he was around, which wasn’t very much. Most of paired up and ordered Marco’s dinner for two, which is a very good value. One couple didn’t even have their appetizer, while the rest of us were getting our entrees. In general, we were ready to order pretty quickly but the service was so slow that it was 9:30 when we all left. Do yourself a favor; go to the Schaumburg location instead. It’s bigger and they seem to have faster and better service

Bruschetta tour was fantastic. A LOT of good food for the money (we did the Marco’s meals). Was served a warm beer, but the waitress did replace it with a cold one. Brought out the wrong dish to one of us, but let us keep it and then brought the correct entree (like I said, a LOT of food). Tables are too close together. Couldn’t get up with out the people next to us having to move.
Terrible! Server lied to us twice about allergen in food. She said there was no garlic in the salad dressing but the chef claimed all the salad dressings contain garlic. When we spilled water server did not even offer to help clean it up or change table linens. She was just the worst. For these reasons and others I will never be back.
First time to be disappointed. The sauce in the Rigatoni D was so watering not creamy at all. I told the waitress and she brought us more sauce it was runny too. I love Maggiano’s, but not in a hurry to go back yet. The Chopped Salad was excellent as always.

The highlight of our time at Maggiano's was George, our very busy and thoughtful and courteous server. Thank you for stuffing us into a crowded corner. We spent a lot of time waiting for our meals, some were lukewarm and other looked as if they sat under the heat lamps too long. So disappointed with the food and your less than friendly hostesses. I can say, I wont be making reservations any time soon.
Food was excellent and service was attentive but not intrusive. We really love the pasta gift program. We have food for two nights! Great value.
We were there for brunch. Both of our meals were very large. I have a large appetite and I didn't come close to finishing the Italian-American Breakfast. And as always, the food was excellent. I didn't know that they served brunch, so it was our first time. We will definitely be back again.
Everything was great until the food came out cold. Both dinners were cold. The manager did handle it right away and took care of us right away, however she originally said they would remake the dishes and not charge us for the meal due to having to wait so long and when we got the bill the waitress said that the manager decided to credit us for our drinks and dessert. Which was not what was originally said. We thought that was not so good going back on what she had originally told us. Otherwise everything was fine.
Here's a place that could of earned a loyal customer . Unfortunately extremely poor service & the ignorance that trying to throw free food at a person fixes their sins . They don't ! I would gladly pay for quality service ! For the 3rd time these guys don't deliver . Got seated & after 36 minutes finally got bread & water . 15 minutes later finally found out who waitress was . So it took them 51 minutes to take our order . It only took 3 minutes for the couple they sat after us & we got watch them eat ! We came for anniversary & give them a second chance . All they did was ruin our evening. But food was good once we finally got it . I would never recommend this establishment to anyone ! You are in the hospitality business! You should be hospitable ? Could of been a great celebration :(.
Great dinner & Manny, our waiter, was fantastic. Salad, drinks & dinner were outstanding.
First, let's compliment George, our waiter. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Our food was fantastic, (Chicken Caprese and Fettuccine Alfredo). Hubby and I enjoyed date night. We will definitely return.
It was our anniversary which we noted on Open Table and there was confetti and a card and a special plate of cookies with a candle for us! So fun! Plus two free take home meals—mama Mia!
The food and service were excellent. We celebrated my in-law’s anniversary and they were really happy. We had a two year old with us and they were more than accommodating. I’d recommend this restaurant for any special occasion!
The tables were extremely close together. Servers and customers where bumping into us as they walked by. It was apparent they were trying to seat as many people as possible at the expense of our dining experience.
Sons birthday
I called & emailed about our service j got no response. Our food was soggy and we waited 15+ minutes that I made a reservation for at a non peak time & there were many empty tables. Will not be back!
