All reservations can only be honored for the reserved party size. Asking for a reservation larger in the special requests section will not honored.

I was celebrating my 30th bday with 3 people but it was to busy and noisy to enjoy, our waiter forgot about us, and I didn't feel like I was celebrating a momentous occasion but just trying to get good service. The food was hot and portion sizes are huge so that was a positive.

Maggiano’s is the Fave restaurant of my friends, for our friend dates. We love the food and ambience and the bottles of wine, are a great price. I always enjoy our waiters and they are both knowledgeable and pleasant. We’ll be back next month!
We were lucky enough to get seated in a nook next to the door to the patio and it was fantastic! Our server was great and knowledgeable of the menu and added to the wonderful experience. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone that enjoys Italian cuisine.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in several years. They got our order wrong several times, the waiter took ages to serve us, and the food took even longer. On top of that the food was dry. Really unimpressed.

From Cocktails to dessert, food was phenomenal and service was great. Only hiccup is we are handicapped and valet parking was not in front of the building as it is with The Theodore. I was tired when we got to our table.

We went to Maggiano’s for mom’s Birthday. Everyone had a great time. The food and service were great. We ordered classics : a creaser salad, mom’s lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. Calamari for appetizer was a delicious selection as well. We love the decor and ambience at this NorthPark location. Always an amazing experience!
Easter date with my hubby. We haven’t dine here in awhile. The food was excellent as usual.

Easter dinner with family
Easter brunch at Maggiano's is a treasured tradition. Great food, something for everyone.
It was Easter and the place was packed, but having a reservation helped tremendously. Our table was ready on time. The food was wonderful, as always. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion!
Family style menu is ideal for a group!
Maggiano's for Easter brunch was the best decision ever. Great food and fantastic service from our waiter Chris. Definitely a family tradition.

If you wanted brunch had to order family style. Only had 4 brunch items. Did not promote enough. Should have made clear not regular brunch menu. They have a great brunch menu. Will not go again for a special occasion. Watch out for mother's day. When other restaurants have restricted menu they make sure you know when confirm reservation!
Always have a great meal here! We split the dinner for 2, came with an appetizer, 2 pastas, a dessert and 2 more pastas to take home. Plus some sangria. The fried zucchini was excellent as usual. Wish we lived closer we would eat here a lot more often!
Warren waited on us and did an outstanding job explaining the menu and taking care of us. We told him we would be back soon.
The food was excellent. After a mix-up with wait staff assignment in the beginning, the staff was outstanding. The food was just what we expected. We are looking forward to our next visit back to the restaurant soon.
Ask for Chris to be your server. He's fantastic! He's an impeccable server. It was a delightful lunch for 12 and the birthday boy even commented on the service. The food was good, too.
Once again, my wife and I enjoyed our visit to Maggiano's for our anniversary. We do it every year. This year we did notice service to be a notch below years past. My wife has a gluten-free situation and every year the chef comes out to the table to discuss with her various options. Not this year, though. Maybe too busy? We kind of miss that personal touch that sets you all aside from other restaurants. Also, the waiters appeared to be not as well trained as times past. Such as, reaching over and in front of a customers face to retrieve a finished plate and handing the food over in such a way that the customer feels like he/she needs to grab it from them. We also noticed that the open floor tables are WAY TOO close together and I think that contributed to the servers not having adequate space to serve properly. That's very unfortunate for the customer that your servers do not have enough space to provide a superb dining experience.
The food was really delicious and wasn’t priced that bad for how much you get. The server was prompt, however he did get my order wrong but even the wrong order was still good lol definitely would go back!
I made a reservation for 7 of us, old friends getting together for a good meal. We were seated promptly and did not have to wait at all for our drink order to be taken. The waiter was very patient, as we tend to talk non-stop when we meet up. He took our food orders and the food was out in no time. When I asked him about gluten free beer, he went to check for me, also the pasta comes in gluten free variety if you choose. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their entree! Especially great is the section of the menu where you get to choose your entree(I chose mushroom ravioli at 16.95) then you get to choose a second entree for free! I took home baked ziti and had it for lunch the next day. Overall a great experience!

It’s been a tradition for TJ’s Birthday to dine at Maggiano’s. About 6 years running. He’s in his first year At UTA . But even still his birthday dinner choice is Maggiano’s
We went for our daughter’s 18th birthday and we had family visiting from out of town .Food was incredible , the kids ordered the pastas that you received an extra portion to take home .We all enjoyed our meals , we were seated promptly and we received great service!Highly recommend!
We had a somewhat long wait before a server came to bring menus and take drink order. He later explained that the server for that area had been cut earlier and it was an oversight. No problem. Still, the manager insisted on giving us a discount on food. To us, it was a minor inconvenience, but they took it very seriously. Other than that, the evening was wonderful, as always at Maggiano’s.
The Service was great and the food is normally really good but the hair in my guest's salad was a bit of a surprise.

As usual, the food was spectacular. Service can be hit or miss here but on this occasion, the service was excellent as well. One thing that I like about Maggiano's is that they are consistent. You always know what to expect.

Upon entering not too much of a greeting however.
It was very nice and they provided a booth as I requested, with no issues.
My chicken and spinach manicotti was “okay”. Waiter is confused on what his duties actually are. Every time something was requested it took over 10 minutes per request. Biggest pet peeve is having an empty glass and all 10 of us had empty glasses. The tiramisu was delicious so I’ll give a thumbs up on dessert.
