Had a great meal as always, can’t go wrong at Maggiano’s. The hostess seated me quickly even though I screwed up and made the reservation for the wrong day. Everything was great!
Too cold in dining room
Had high expectations for Easter brunch today and was seriously disappointed. I’ve been to brunch at Maggiano’s before so I was expecting it to be great. The only “brunch” available was part of a family style menu and there were only four “brunch” items to choose from. The food was not good and I spent a lot of money for five people to be unsatisfied. Not coming back.
The food is always good, and the service was great. They brought out a dish that we didn’t order and told us to keep it. Most restaurants take the dish back. It was my mother’s birthday and they brought out some cookies for her. Will be going back soon
Service was great from the time we walked in the door until we left. The hostess was as attentive to our needs as our waitress was. We had a fabulous date night!
Easter dinner with family. Good food, lively atmosphere.
We were a party of 11 ranging from 3 years old to seniors. We had a family style dinner. The food was delicious and abundant. Our waiter, Jim, was pleasant and very attentive.
Service was slow and poor. Needed to ask for bread to be brought to table more than once before she remembered. Also needed to continue to ask for water. Ant was on bread plate. Told management. Nothing done about it. We’ve enjoyed Maggiano’s for many years, but it has gone downhill, and we will not be returning.
meals came with meat sauce. wasn't asked if I wanted it that way and I didn't see it on the menu that way but I could be wrong. 2 glasses of wine was almost the same price as our meal. kind of steep. service was just okay. place was not packed. food was tasty. apps were great. atmosphere is great.
The whole staff was very attentive and especially Mostafa. One of my favorite places to unwind and eat yummy Italian food.
Maggiano's has become one of my favorite restaurants, predominantly because the food is consistently good. I love the fact that it's all you can eat, with great quality, delicious food. I have come to the restaurant with large and small groups and the food is always outstanding. The price is fair for the food and service at the restaurant.
Had a blast only thing they can do different is how they do birthdays it would be nice to see a plate with cake and happy birthday on it other than that no compliments
My family and I usually go to Maggiano’s for Easter. This year we went on Palm Sunday after church. It was as wonderful as always! Praying that we can go again on Palm Sunday in 2020!
As always food, service, and overall atmosphere was wonderful. The portions are plenty and the seasoning is on point.
For the second straight year, we celebrated our Dad’s birthday at Maggiano’s in KOP. As always, the food is great and service is superb. A special thanks to our server Chrissy, who was very helpful and patient with our Dad. We greatly appreciate it!
I have 2 negatives about Maggiano's. The first was the high noise level where we had to shout at each other to communicate and the second, and most importantly, was the staff did not acknowledge that my wife and I were there to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, although we took the time to mention it in the reservation information. Other than that, the food and service were great.
Our server was wonderful, but I can’t remember his name (he was bald and had glasses and also is a college professor). My sister is gluten free and he made sure she got the right/safe foods.
Always good! Always a fun time. Our server was excellent. Our food was delicious.
Everything was delicious and our server was excellent
Maggiano's is a great place for Brunch. It's not too crowded and can accommodate a large group. I had the Asiago Shrimp Benedict and it was good. The best place is the $2 mimosas.
Maggiano's never disappoints. Good food, very friendly servers and the prices are right! I always have food to take home for another meal.
Excellent service and food! Especially for a larger group Jessica did a fantastic job!! It was my son's girlfriend first time there and she really enjoyed it!
Family style is a good value and quality. I wished Maggiano's is able to offer it in 3 people instead of 4 but the selection is good and quality as well.
Not one of my better visits. Lasagna smaller piece than usual. Ordered a side salad that never showed up. Waiter took a while to get to us, then was overly chatty, especially with several loud women seated behind us (he seemed to know). Not a disaster by any means, but not up to the usual standards.
Everything was awesome. Fast polite service. Food was delicious.
Good food, but the place was so busy that the service suffered, and we could barely converse.
Nice spot to go for a tasty Italian meal. They are running a deal where you get a free classic pasta to take home if you order a pasta for your entrée, great deal!
Food was excellent, service was awesome. I had heard tall tales about portion size, but I found it to be very normal size, and the take home meal is not a full size. Everything was delicious though
Great lunch and service but a little confusing and inconvenient that you have to walk up to flights of stairs to use the restroom. That would be my only complaint.
My husband and I love doing Brunch on Sundays at Maggiano's. Now my girlfriends have experienced it and we will all be back again soon!
We ordered family style which worked out great. Plenty of food for everyone and we all ate something we wouldn't normally order. Braised beef was a big hit with the guys Matt, our waiter, was great. It was very noisy which was perfect because our group can be a little loud. Our bill was high but we did have a few rounds which explained that.
The food was tasty, abundant & satisfying. Our server was friendly & accomodating but because it’s a very busy restaurant & she had many large tables it was hard to get her attention after we got our entrees & service slowed down considerably from that point on. It took a long time to be able to order dessert after we were done our entrees & get our check. Therefore I gave this dining experience 4* instead of 5*.
The waiter was very energetic and professional.
I’ll visit again
Service was excellent! Server was super nice and for how crowded it was, attentive. Food, it was just okay. I ate here several years ago and felt the food was just okay. I came back because my 12 year old daughter wanted to try it since she loves Italian food. She wasn't impressed and neither was I. Sauce is not good. For an Italian restaurant, chain or not, the sauce should be great! She is picky so she only ordered spaghetti and she ate a few fork fulls and that's it. I tried it and it was not that good. Only good thing is that we ordered off the menu where you get to bring an entrée home with you so that made this a good value. But, the food isn't that great so not that excited to have another meal from there. Will not return any time soon.
This was our second time in 4 months. Please note we live in Lancaster not King of Prussia. The service is lacking. Before we were there for lunch and there were two of us. Server was inattentive and rude. Chalked it up to a bad day for him.
This time we had a larger group. Different server who was also inattentive. We had to ask several times for items... water, rolls etc. We could rarely find him.
There were a lot of hostesses standing around and waiters seemed to not being given direction. Manager was walking around not seeming to be present. She had a miserable look on her face. Every unapproachable. One of the busboys actually yelled the name Jennifer at her several times and she appeared to ignore him. Besides that it was great. Only one thing wasn’t great food wise. Sausage and peppers were completely black and burnt.
Very good food. Portions are very generous. Can be a little noisy at times.
Served family style. Great experience, servers were outstanding. No shortage of food or drinks.
We love Maggiano’s! We live almost 2 hours from King of Prussia but we shop at the mall about twice each month. Every time we go we eat at Maggiano’s. The value for the quality and quantity of food can’t be beat!
