Waitress was amazing, and she was very kind.
We went there for our anniversary. The food was outstanding as always. The service left much to be desired. We do not drink but always tip our servers well. The service was not up to previous visits. We had to ask for refills on drinks. We were pretty much neglected. The server was training someone but thought it would be funny to "mess with us" and say he was being trained. Not up to our previous visits. If I were not a previous customer I would probably not return based on this visit alone. Hopefully next time will be better.
Just an overall great dining experience...food is wonderful, ambiance is super, booth tables afford privacy but are not enclosed, and service is impeccable! It is my family’s go to place for parties, celebrations and intimate special occasion dining

Very good as always. Busy due to Prom and the service was a little slow but well worth it!
We probably waited 10 minutes past our reservation time, but it was prom season, no big deal. We ate family style and there were plenty of choices and plenty of food. It helps if you look at the menu before you go to narrow the choices down a bit. We got extra servings for a couple of items, no problem. It was all delicious. The service was good. The restaurant was full and busy, but we weren't rushed at all.
GREAT FOOD!! Always enjoy the chicken piccata and take home the spaghetti and meatball.
I wanted to take my daughter out for her birthday while visiting and we wanted to try Maggianos. The food was good but the service was terrible. Nothing worse than trying a new restaurant while celebrating a special occasion and having bad service.
The experience overall was exceptional and made very enjoyable by our waiter. The food was excellent and the value was great according to the cost as well. We will definitely return again

The service was exceptional, the staff catered to my daughter and her diet restrictions with both dairy and gluten. One of her favorite places for years and now she can continue to go as we were unsure if she could find items to eat.

Excellent food as always. Service was A+++++, AJ my server remembered me from when had had waited on me before, by name and what I had previously drank and eaten. As someone who travels quite a bit for work and eats in retaurants 15-20 times a month, that kind of service is appreciated.

Once we were seated the experience was fabulous. Our dinner was presented in a timely manner. Our waitress accommodated our request and she provided us with ordering specification tips for our next visit.
Great food and service
Our visit was upon recommendation from a co worker. The food was excellent and our waitress was awesome. We had a lot of questions and she answered each and everyone of them in a professional and friendly manner. We will be visiting again and will definitely be recommending that our friends visit too.

Service was amazing. We enjoyed trying their new fish and bruchetta options which were delicious. Only negative was my steak was overcooked.
We went on a Friday night to celebrate my son and my mom's birthdays. Because of the cost, we don't go very often. Most everything was great, except my chicken parmesan had very little cheese and was burnt to the point of being crunchy and very thin chicken. My take-home lasagna had bones in the meat which was not pleasant to bite into. It was also extremely loud as this Maggiano's is very open. We went to my cousin's Maggiano's in San Jose, CA, and the rooms were broken out which helps to create a sound barrier. But the music could've been a little softer as we found ourselves not only talking over the other guests, but over the music too.
Alexis was a fantastic server as always. The hostess staff however was terrible. We ended up waiting longer then we should’ve because they were calling tables out of order. We had to involve the manager just to get seated....
They never read the special request I put with the reservation. This is the 2nd time they didn't read my request on high chair and made us wait longer so they can have the table ready for high chair.
We eat at this venue about once a month. This was the most disappointing meal that we have had. My favorite which is egg plant Parmesan was all pasta and a few pieces of leathery egg plant.

The food was delicious, but my entree was missing its chicken, and salads arrived after the entrees, and then only when we asked about them. The server was busy but fairly attentive, considering it was Easter and the place was very crowded. (Tables were packed so close together it was hard to move.) Also we ordered Marco's meal for Two, which includes take-home entrees. When we got home we discovered both were wrong. We were in a group of 15, and I probably wouldn't go to this restaurant with that many people again on a holiday.
We had. Reservation but they were running more than 30 minutes behind. So other than the restaurant being extremely late the evening was ok
wonderful, as always. Will go back again, most likely several times
Easter lunch
An hour from seating until food was served. Busy, but not sure kitchen was staffed fully for a holiday crowd. Once served, the food was very good.
They should make it clear to repeat patrons prior to making reservations that there brunch menu on holiday is limited. We were expecting a full brunch menu and they only had 4 items and 1 in which I had an allergy to.
You always receive a great meal at Maggiano’s! The service is spot on and attentive and the value is exceptional. My only disappointment on this visit was the availability of the Easter brunch for parties of less than four. This was not specified in any of the advertising. Nonetheless, a great meal was experienced by all!
Awesome!!! My wife and I were engaged there 9 years ago!!! It was great to go back and reminisce!!!

I wouldn't recommend for Easter Brunch. We called the restaurant before making our reservation to inquire on special menu's for the holiday. We were told that the full brunch menu would be available. When we got there, the waitress informed us that the brunch menu was not available, and we only had 4 choices for brunch items. None of what we wanted was available, and the items we got were not very good. Our waitress was apologetic and very nice. She and the manager blamed corporate for a 'last minute change' of menu. This place is great for dinner, but I wouldn't do brunch here again.
We went for what we thought was an Easter brunch. Our party was too small to enjoy that menu. It was a bit early 10:45 AM but we relented and took part in their past a meals which is always good. Our waiter Virgil was amazing and saved our experience with his great service.
Normally this place gets 5 stars from me for everything. We come here for dinner on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience. However, this was our first time coming for brunch. Upon arriving, we were informed that the wait staff were just told a few minutes prior that the regular brunch menu wasn’t available and they were only serving 4 brunch items as part of a special Easter brunch. There seemed to be a lot of confusion since the menu was so limited. Which I can understand a limited/special menu, since it is a holiday but that really should have been advertised I feel, and they definitely should have informed the wait staff who had to come back multiple times to say “oh, I’m sorry that’s not available, we have this option instead.” Our waitress was wonderful and super sweet, and definitely tried her hardest to make up for all the confusion, but I feel like management dropped the ball this time. We still had a decent time, and everyone enjoyed what they ended up getting but it wasn’t a spectacular visit like usual. I would like to give brunch another try and will still always return for dinner.
