Wonderful experience. We made 8 meals out of our dinner for two!!!! What a bargain for something better than u could possibly cook!
We had to wait 8-10 minutes before the waiter appeared and water was brought to the table. On a very hot Houston day, that makes a difference. Otherwise, the service was good.
We had the worst table seating and it was hot in the restaurant. They seemed understaffed. Our server was very friendly, but we waited for example 20 min for our bottle of wine. One dish had packaging debris in it.
Server was very nice but rest of experience was just ok, but I guess its what you get when it has red and white checkered table cloths.
We had amazing rigatoni arrabbiata with grilled chicken tonight. The Italian chopped salads were good and our waitress was awesome.
Great place to celebrate. Good wine good food. GF available. Close to the Galleria.
Always fresh, top quality, good pricing. And the bread!!
Whenever we come to Houston we almost always go to Maggiano's. Service is excellent, food is always terrific, and it's such a wonderful atmosphere Great Houston tradition.
Quality food. Good price. Portions are tending to be a bit smaller than in the past but still enough for a meal.
Waiter was new but was trying.
Found a small bit of bone in my meat source and the waiter wasn’t concerned about it.
We will return as it is a good sue especially with the free pasta take home.
Service was poor. Non attentive. Check was wrong. Disappointing.
Excellent food and great service!
Great food. Great service. Awesome location.
Love the $2.00 mimosas great environment will be back soon
This was an awful experience on the Fourth of July. 🙁 Our bar drinks took 25 minutes to make, regular drinks were brought out 30 minutes after that. I had an iced tea. It shouldn’t take nearly an hour to get an iced tea. Salads came out after our meal. The manager gave everyone free dessert to make up for it, however it still took 2 hours and 45 minutes for dinner. We ended up missing out on attending a fireworks display we were hoping to make. This was an unfortunate incident as the food was good.
Food and drinks were good, service was a bit slow, food was good but desert was way below what they usually serve.
I had an absolutely terrible experience. While the food and initial service was fine, the end service by my waiter was awful. I had specifically requested for there to be separate checks and had even confirmed with the hostess when I arrived they had my request, and then also confirmed with the waiter once I was seated. When it was time to drop the checks, the waiter did drop two bills as requested and took my credit card while my companion was getting cash out. Instead of promptly running my card and bringing it back to me, he delayed and my companion went up to him and apparently was able to convince him to let my companion cover the entire payment. I even went up to my waiter to wonder if there was an issue with my card. He told me there wasn’t and he would be bringing it right to me. He did shortly thereafter and as I had suspected he had let my companion pay for everything. I then was able to lodge a complaint with the manager and get him to reverse the transaction, so there was some resolution. However the waiter still managed to get extra cash and go against the wishes of his customer. Especially the customer who made the reservation, which he knew. After this experience and dismissal of my requests so easily, I do not feel comfortable ever eating at this location again.
Always a pleasure to dine at Maggiano’s where ever we travel. Our server was amazing, even sharing her hair care secrets with one of our guests, above and beyond.
Delicious and great service! Great recommendations and speedy!
Always good food. Great service. Excellent business meal
Maggiano's has been a fixture the Post Oak Blvd for a good while. I've dined there over several times over the last few years with a friend. She enjoys Italian and Maggiano's does the culinary part well! We also enjoy using the restaurant as a place to catch up and the ambiance, foods, and service has always been good.
Service was ok, food took a LONG time to come, not the best.
Anthony was a great waiter. Very attentive without being intrusive. Hardly knew that he was there but kept everything flowing smoothly.
One word amazing, from the food to the service .I celebrate all my anniversaries and birthdays here and will be back soon.
always a favorite for the family. good kids meal. peach lemonade was especially tasty!
I absolutely love Maggiano's. The pasta sauce is the best... and I have never had better baked ziti anywhere (except home.) I love the fact I get to take another order home. I'll be back!
Everything was great. The table we sat at needs to be replaced I felt like my boyfriend was on a slant all night. Other than that everyone loved it
We were seated immediately. The waiter explained the menu to us and left us alone until we decided. We all agreed the food was great. We will be back.
Great food and service
Fantastic food and service. The chicken francese was very good.
My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and let them know ahead of time when we made our reservation through the open table app. When they took us to our table, it had been decorated with rose petals! Such a nice touch... we had never experienced that kind of service before. Our waiter did an excellent job and the food was delicious! We really enjoyed the evening!
We made a reservation a for 6 at 5pm. We walked in at 4:53 and we were told we had to wait until our reservation time. They then proceeded to immediately seat a party of 5. (At a table that would have sat 6. I checked once we were in the dining are). I also notice several open tables once inside the dining area. Not the kind of service I would expect when our check totaled over $300.
Overall the experience was a good one, was there to celebrate my daughters birthday. The family in front of our table was nice enough to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter as she was leaving because they didn’t hear anyone sing.
Father’s Day brunch
Everything was good.
This was a wonderful place for Father's Day brunch. They had a special menu with a great offering. My kids and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Service was great!
First time EVER we were a bit disappointed. Brunch menu was not available. Our waiter spoke so softly none of us could understand him. Our appetizer came so late that the two who had salads were done and the food came out before we could eat the appetizer. Will definitely not keep us from continuing to come to Maggianos, but we were a little disappointed.
We went for an early Father’s Day brunch. It was a excellent.
Maggiano’s was wonderful as usual, the pasta dishes having a take home included make it a great deal.
Went for our 26th wedding anniversary. Had reservations. Table was ready with a rose petal heart and a candle. Waiter was Jacob and he was outstanding. Meal was excellent. Even had a Happy Anniversary dessert! We came from the Clear Lake area even though there is a Maggiano’s at the Clear Lake mall. No comparison, this one is way better!
