I feel that the quality of the food has gone down.. I always felt the food to be exceptional but now it is just good. However, the portions are still large and good for another meal.
First off - the place was freezing....told the waitress who said she told the manager, but it made no difference......Secondly, should have known when we arrived for brunch (which is on the menu) at 12:00 and they were open since 10:30 a.m. and no one was there. The fritata was not good at all - one would expect a fritata in an Italian restaurant would have been delicious....It was tasteless and didn't even look like a fritata....more like a small pizza with veggies thrown on top - tasteless..../.potatoes that accompanied it were just ordinary. Waitress never asked if we wanted dessert - just plopped the bill on the table. That being said, the people who ordered the pancakes and the waffles and chicken said they were very good. And the Italian food that was coming out to other diners looked delicious - so I wouldn't recommend this place for brunch - only lunch or dinner.
Food was not as good as were are used too. Daughter had spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs appeared undercooked.
First it took a while for waiter to get to our table. Then they never brought the appetizers. Wife ordered lobster de Mare and literally couldn't find lobster. They did give us dessert on them to make up for appetizers. Won't be going back.
Waiters forgot to bring one of our appetizers. Specialty pasta "Rigatoni D" was so overcooked that the pasta was falling apart. After our entrees were served, the waiter forgot about us for a LONG time. Overall, it was disappointing, I will think twice before returning.
By far one of the best meals I have ever had. A wonderful place that is worth every penny!
We usually come for an early dinner and take one On The House entrée home with us. Our waiter David recognized us and was able to anticipate our needs. We consider Maggiano's in Hackensack, NJ our local Italian restaurant and heartily recommend this location to family and friends. :-)
Everything was delicious!! Loved our waiter Carl.
A get-what-you-pay-for sort of experience; not crazy-pricey but not the sort of bargain that you'd want to keep secret either. Ok for a couple date if you get a booth but probably best if you have a crowd and the right budget. The place clearly does crowds well.
I love their food, it’s one of my favorite resturants around my area. Anything you order from the menu it’s worth eating. Definitely a place to go eat with friends and family.
