It was one of a kind restaurant of LA the best Italian food I ever had the service 10 points confortable place to be with family and friends also they have valet parking
Party of 22 for my son’s birthday went magnificently well!!! They took us on time and the service was outstanding for such a large party!
Very good service after a small wait, wouldn't hesitate to return!
We made our reservation ON Father's Day and were seated immediately upon arrival. The food was excellent and the waiter was attentive and helpful in ordering. Our orders even came with extra to take home! Overall, a great experience. When we drove away, we all agreed we'd be back. Magggiano's was a real crowd-pleaser!
Make sure you click "collect points" when booking through OpenTable. They're trying to be sneaky now by not awarding them automatically nowadays. Why would they even do that?
As far as Maggiano's, I'm never disappointed with the food or service.
Great food and service ,
Enjoyable. Will recommend to other friends and family
The hostesses at the front did not provide good customer service. Stood for a while staring at their faces and I did not get acknowledged until like a minute or two later and they were talking amongst each other and no service with a smile. Same experience once I was leaving to validate my parking ticket I was not acknowledged right away and mind you there was no else that they were assisting and the young lady just took my ticket and did not say one word and I told her thank you and she totall ignore me. For the type of restaurant that Maggiano’s is I was expecting excellent customer service. I was very disappointed and not sure if I would go back again.
It was Fathers Day aswell as my wife’s bday. It was a bit loud but there was 2 crying kids that took the cake that day. Seems parents just don’t care about their well being and let them sarinate the patio. I would go back but not on a special occasion like Sunday
Father’s Day celebration
Love going to Maggiano's. Food is excellent and service is always good. Great selection on menu and Family Style is the way to go!
Great Fathers Day dinner with family. The food, service, and atmosphere were fabulous. Will definitely return.
Our server Nate was great and checked and chatted with us as often as he can. The Father’s Day brunch was great and the food was so much that we had shared the dish and we still did not finish all the food.
Maggiano’s had never disappointed us. Too bad that this location was no longer part of Lettuce Entertain You franchise. This was actually the second Maggiano’s (Las Vegas) that is not part of the LEYE.
We arrived to celebrate college graduate , we had a party of 10. The table was crowded in so seats on the ends were too tight. We were not given regular menus, but told we had to order “family style”. This should’ve been explained when we made our reservation, since no one wanted to order that way. Food was ok but we had a vegetarian- the guest of honor that had little to no options on your family style. The price for all this was outrages, over $500. Definitely NOT worth it. Very disappointing.
The food delicious! I enjoyed the frozen peach Bellini. My meal was the lemon and herb salmon. Desert was the butter cake. Service was good.
EXCELLENT! Would like to tell
Others. Food was so Good. Waitress was very friendly.
Server was very helpful and responsive . Fettuccini was below average. Other food was good.
Birthday and early Father’s Day
They were replacing the rug in the dining room so we were seated in the requested booth by the bar area. The service was prompt & considerate but we did not get the server's name, the Chianti was exquisite as was the Filet Mignon, which was perfect. The dessert was unusual & good. I would come back here alone just for a drink at the very friendly bar.
The atmosphere was great! The food was cold. I wasn’t a fan of the Chicken Parmesan it was so dry!!! and cold. The bar was great.
I must say that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my daughter's high school graduation at Maggiano's. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the mood was comfortable. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
I’m a pretty big fan of Maggianos and this last visit didn’t change my opinion. My only “thing” is it was an early hour the restaurant wasn’t busy yet they seated us outside. I didn’t care for that.
The food is delicious and service was great. I used to frequent Maggiano’s love the food.
On Thursday 5/31 we celebrated a birthday and we had an exceptional time, the service was outstanding and the food was very delicious. I would absolutely recommend my friends to go to Maggiano's.
I love Maggiano's. Everyone thinks that they are pricey, but they have so many specials & deals that you can eat quite affordably here compared to most restaurants in Los Angeles!
We did brunch for my wifes birthday. 2nd time for brunch there. As our wait-staff-person said "I originally was skeptical, however, they did brunch right. Awesome food, even more awesome staff.
Our waiter was most pleasant and friendly, really nice guy.
The meals for 2 was a great value, got to take home more as well. Just right amount of food, not too much or too little. Food was enjoyable and we had a great time, will definitely return.
Note: definitely RSVP through open table, as the wait can be 45 minutes on average Fri-Sun.
Thank you, the host, our server, Gershon (?), everything was very good,,,
Delicious food and excellent customer service
Eric was our wonderful server and we truly enjoyed our visit.
Based on my positive dining experience while visiting family in your Tampa location for Thanksgiving dinner, I decided to take my immediate family to dinner to celebrate my birthday here at The Grove. The Brushetta Bar Tour starter was very good as was the onion soup. With regards to the entree's - my daughter enjoyed the Rigatoni D. The shrimp scampi dish disappointing. There was no garlic favor to the dish, no flavor of the olive oil. It was basically pasta literally soaked in chicken stock with a hint a lemon. The pasta primavera was very bland with a few pieces of vegetables and hardly any sauce. The sauce in the spaghetti and meatball was bland. The service was good as was the ambiance.
Had a very good time with a family get-together at the Maggiano’s at The Grove, first time we had all been back to that one since my son graduated from USC in 2010. Family style dining worked well for the crew and everyone left happy and full, with a few doggie bags.
Always great service and food
This is our Friday favorite after a Long week. Plus we're at The Grove and can always see a movie afterwards. This is our Friday fav
Group of 20 for daughter’s graduation. The service and order in which food was served was great! Our server Gerson was 2nd to none. Spinach and artichoke dip great but crostinis were toasted to hard to eat. And it was the same for the most of the bread that came with the bruschetta. That was unacceptable and should NEVER have been served to anyone. Very disappointing start of the most celebrated accomplishment of my daughter’s life to date. It was one of her favorite dishes and she wanted Maggiano’s over several other options.
Also, Moms lasagna was a tad bit salty but still good.
Fettuccine Alfredo lacked seasoning and wasn’t tossed in the sauce like I was used to. Everything seemed rushed and lacked care and attention.
The Italian salad was the best part of the meal.
The biggest disappointment was when the crème brûlée didn’t have that signature glazed brown topping. THATS when I knew they didn’t really care any more like I once knew at the Chicago and Florida locations. And even there when they first opened at the Grove. No one had eaten since well before The graduation began 4 1/2 hours earlier and the food was barely eaten. the real slap in the face was when some of my out of town guess went to eat afterward at the grove. And when my daughter didn’t want to take any leftovers home.
Nevertheless, I should’ve spoken up while there to make it a better experience for everyone. I hope they get it together because I used to really enjoy this place.
Eggplant was overly breaded
Server had far too many table tops
We were 5 adults and they brought us 4 stuffed mushrooms to haggle over.
Once again, we were pleased with the chef's attention to a Celiac who needed and received a tasty gluten free pasta dish. The rest, eggplant Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo was great as was the Caesar salad. Thanks!
