Fantastic food — big servings! Wait staff was great — we really felt at home.
I took a friend to lunch for her Birthday. She had never been there before and she told me it is now her favorite restaurant. We had a wonderful waiter who gave us incredible service! We both had a very enjoyable time. I have been to Maggianos many times but never had the kind of service I experienced this time. The waiter couldn't have been more attentive. He was constantly refilling our iced tea and making sure that we had everything we wanted. I highly recommend Maggianos at the Grove!!
Great place to have so Italian food.
I can not say enough good things about this restaurant, the food is scratch made, as well as made to order, if you go to this location always ask for Moose. The best waiter in all of the Maggino’s restaurants, he is here at the grove. All 16 of us come to this restaurant twice a month. Never have we been disappointed. Try it. You will be back.

Long time patron rarely have a negative experience. Our waiter Zachary was super attentive and friendly. The food was good as always tried something new the vegetable primavera, it was tasty. Didn’t know there’s a brunch offering now I plan on trying it. Two gripes, food on the floor and a $12 valet charge.
Maggiano's is the best. We went for a birthday celebration and it was great. The staff and food were great. Our waiter, Moose, made us feel like family. The food was beautifully served and
delicious. The cold chopped salad for the entire table is fantastic and the carrot cake for dessert was right up there with my Vegetarian choices. Try this place, you will love it!

It’s not my worst restaurant experience, as a matter of fact, I only have problem with the front of house receptionist, she was very “unprofessional” at our last visit, I was told the table was not ready because we checked in late( we were 9 including 5 kids, arrived less then 10min than the booking time), and after waited over 15 mins for the table (the restaurant was quite empty at the time) ....and after I was told twice the table was not ready by her, I went inside to check ... which she wasn’t happy about “ I told you your table’s not ready”, when I tried to explain that I just want to check how far is our table getting ready, she told me to back off ‘cos I stood to close to her ( which I didn’t even move an inch) and said I was “offensive”( 1st time in my time)! It’s was very awkward... I felt like I have been verbally bullied by her !! If the manager didn’t came out to apologise I was about to walk out!
But apart from the “very kind” receptionist, everyone else was super nice and friendly... service and food were good.
Was very upset they had sat our table of 10 by the door to kitchen, but were very willing to rectify it when I spoke up. Server was great, food was good, noisy as it is a big restaurant. We were there on a Sunday at 6:30pm. Overall, good place for a family meal

Lobster shrimp muscles and clam pasta with lemon sauce, so delish!!! It is a large serving and very generous with the sea food.
My boyfriend had lobster carbonara, that was delicious as well. The bacon pieces are think and smokey.
Butter cake to go, we were so stuffed. Cake was still fresh and yummy after 2 hours. We love coming here. Service is great.

The food was not fresh. When I ordered a chopped salad, I received an iceberg lettuce, chopped salad with fake bacon bits.

This is not our 1st time dining at this restaurant but definitely the worst. We arrived at 7:30 pm having plans to dine in and enjoy great food as usual and then finish our night by shopping and touring the grove shopping place. But we were so ignored by our server to the point that he wouldnt even take the time to check on us or asking us what we need. We had to grab and call any server that we see to ask him to bring us stuff! Because of that our whole evening was ruined. We didn’t leave till after 10:00 and our plans got ruined. What bothers me the most that prior experience was the best since we had an awesome waiter that made our experience amazing! That’s why I brought my family and a couple friends to celebrate the guys birthday there and had the kind of experience that made me so ashamed !! I would like to speak to the Mgr. Thank you!
Delicious food! The waiter, Preston (?), was sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. I always look forward to coming to this restaurant. Very thankful to the staff for seating us a few minutes after our arrival, since we were 40 minutes late to our reservation. Thank you Maggiano's!

Everything was great! The waitress, the manager, the hostess. The food was awesome. It was my boyfriend's first time and he enjoyed everything about it. Hope to be back very soon!
Delicious food and excellent customer service
I had part 2 of my birthday celebration here on 3/17. I brought St. Patty's treats for my guests, decorated my area with Irish green and everyone said they had a blast. I was very pleased. The food was delicious and we all had a fantastic time. The longest part of the meal was getting the check. It was 21 of us. I loved it and I will go again.
The venue is nice but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. For such a nice venue and location I expected it there to be more authentic Italian food with fresh ingredients. When I visited, I ordered the eggplant parma and was disappointed. First of all, the dish was not aesthetically pleasing to look at and when I took a bite of the eggplant, it was soggy. The entire dish tasted as if it was previously frozen and was just reheated,The only thing I actually enjoyed was the peach lemonade (and probably the only thing I would recommend to order).
Love the size of the dishes food was good and very happy with the service very friendly and talkative.
