The service was fast with getting seated the food took awhile but it was good!
Started the evening off badly when the hostess, knowing that she was going to, and actually did, seat us right away (our pager had activated) directed us to stand to the side of the podium area, despite the fact that there was nobody behind us (i.e., we weren't in anyone's way). Service was good but we don't really appreciate the wait staff's attempts at light conversation. Comes off as rehearsed, phony. Food is great.
Maggiano's is always a favorite choice for birthdays or celebrations in our family. We love the ambiance, the food, and the service. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.
Each of us have our favorite dishes, but we all agree that the fresh bread served with the olive oil for dipping is a definite highlight. The Rigatoni "D", the fettuccine Alfredo, and the chicken saltimbocca are our sure bets when we go.
We love this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
We sat out on the patio on a beautiful evening. The ambiance, food and service made the dinner a memorable experience.
The best Italian food around, hands down. Every item I have ever had has been delicious.
Poor service order a Kettle 1 on the rocks, by the time they brought it their was one ice bit left in the glass, ask the person who brought me the drink if I could get some more ice, never saw her again, did finally flag down my waiter and he brought me some, and it went down hill from there. Just a quick list the appetizer and fried cheese was dark brown and very hard, and only about 3 Tbs of sauce for it, my salmon dish had no flavor, supposed to have some kind of lemon sauce, the only lemon I could taste was what I Squeezed out from the lemon in my water glass on to it. Also it was supposed to be on a bed of spinach but I don’t think 5 leaves is a bed but I could be wrong. That’s enough for now my wife’s was equally as bad but I’ll stop here.
Friday night was my first time eating at Magginos. The Food was delicious. The service was very good. I liked the ambiance too. The meal was very enjoyable.
The food was amazing,but the wait time was not cool....The drinks was good.We loved our server!!
I've had better experiences at maggiano's. I usually go to the charlotte location but I am in raleigh for a conference. My server was training someone and the communication between them was not good. We had to ask for our drinks and they knew it was my mom's birthday and they never recognized it. I'll be back but hopefully the service will be much better.

Wonderful food-great service-beautiful restaurant...and so many choices!! Only thing I would comment on is the loudness of the music they play-it can be pretty loud and annoying. Other than that-wonderful place!
This was my first time having the brunch at Maggianos. Although there were very few vegetarian options it was good and a nice ambiance. I had the vegetable frittata and it was very good.

Always consistent and reliable for some good classic Italian food. We had a large party with kids and babies and the servers were super nice and didn’t seem to mind at all. Service was prompt and the food was delish. Will definitely be back.
Service was rushed, even though the restaurant was not busy. Menu was thrust into my wife's hand before she had a chance to sit down. We split a salad, but it was brought to the table on one plate and we were not given an adequate sized second plate. The bacon in the salad was undercooked. The main pasta course was brought to the table just as we started eating our salad. We had to cover it with a plate to keep it warm. Although the food was OK, this level of service suggests the management does not know the basics.
We LOVE Maggiano's! Grab some friend and go experience family style dining there. It's the bomb!! Make sure you get the zucchini fritte - it's to die for, and if you like tiramisu you won't be disappointed there.
Wait staff was good but food served late bleated near some stairs where storage containers were not closed overall have a shabby look. Normally would have ignored but we had stated we were here to celebrate a special event and ended up felling like we were just shoved in some corner even though the restaurant was not full.
We enjoyed a wonderful Easter dinner. We will be going back when we are in town again.

Great food. Had a very enjoyable Easter dinner with family. Waitress was great and gave suggestions. One of our party is vegan and the chef came out to see what accommodations he could make for her. When her dish came out with grated cheese on it they promptly took it back and came back with it corrected.
When we arrived there was a little misunderstanding as far as the menu for that Easter Sunday. Found out the one they had advertised was only for a certain time frame. Manager was still able to accommodate us on a similar menu for the same price. Food was very good and very enjoyable.
Was ok, they make up for quality with quantity. The service was good and the take home meals are very popular for most patrons. The food was nothing that I have not had before from numerous chain Italian Restaurants.

Made an online brunch reservation but was not allowed to partake in the brunch menu because the online system did not provide a brunch option. Had to order from the normal menu which did not include brunch items. When taking food home (free 2nd entree), they got the order wrong. Easter brunch plans on my 40th birthday were definitely ruined by the lack of accommodating service. Made pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage at home. Disappointing experience.
Went for Easter brunch. The food and services was great. We were not rushed and the family and friends could enjoy time together. I would go to Maggiano's again on a holiday or anytime

Excellent food! Great service but a tad slower since it was a super busy Saturday night. Servers were very polite and helpful.
Maggiano's offers great food and prices are razonable, this is why we always comeback, at least 2 times a month. However the service, in our experiences, is so bad. This time the server spill the water all over the table while trying to poor a glas of water. Later, he was trowing the silverware at us, it took forever to bring an spoon...just bad. Yes we will comeback again, but it could be a more nice experience with a good server.
Loved the chicken Parmesan. Bread was fresh and olive oil was a nice side. Just wish they put in seasoning like Carrabas does. Service was adequate, our server had so many tables. Not a fan of the onion soup.
This is a big restaurant with lots of tables, but the service staff makes you feel it's all about personal service. We've been here several times and have never been disappointed with either the food or the service.
Our bills, with cocktails and wine, are about the same as they would be at Durham's well known and upscale restaurants like Fairview and Nana's, but it's worth every penny.

Waiter didn’t bring 2nd lasagna & I had to ask for it. A spilled wrong dinner in a dirty bag was given to me. Had to find him & ask for a clean bag & lasagna.
