Went here for their mushroom ravioli al forno and they are still very good.
Perfect as usual. Good Italian food and great ambiance.
I always enjoy my visits to this restaurant in the Denver Pavilions location. Atmosphere is great and the wait staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Truly a fun experience with great food.
Always delicious! Love the option to pick a favorite and take one home!
Unfortunately food at this location was terrible. Having dined and enjoyed the food at the location in Dallas, I decided to reserve a table for my boyfriends birthday dinner. What a huge mistake. He ordered the shrimp discolored which was very under seasoned. The shrimp were over cooked. I ordered the Mahi Mahi AlForno from the chef’s special. Wow where to start, the potatoes were barely cooked but had a black burnt color like a torch was used to prepare them. Shocking!!! The fish was so dry and there was barely any Alfredo sauce. The other guests meals were terrible as well. Their Alfredo pasta was so dry that we had to ask for additional Alfredo sauce. Overall a great disappointment. The ambiance is another disappointing story.
We are regulars at the Maggiano's in the tech center, that we love, so when we made reservations at the Maggiano's downtown we really didn't think it would be much different. What a surprise. While our waiter was excellent and did an outstanding job, the food and the restaurant need some work. The restaurant tables were so packed together that we could hardly hear ourselves and two people in our party had so little room that they had to sit right up against the table and had a hard time getting out of their chairs. The food was sub par, my manicotti was burnt on the ends and my daughters pasta was so under cooked it was crunchy. We'll stick with the tech center restaurant in the future.
This was for our employee appreciation lunch. We all enjoyed the food and our server, Michael. Each of us ordered from the "On the house classic pastas" so we got a second pasta dish to take home. This is a great deal in addition to being great food. Thank you.
My dinner was fine my wife's dinner was not prepared well. The risotto was greasy and the waiter agreed and took it back. It was made right and that's all you can ask for. Overall a good experience with very nice decor.
First time dining here and we loved it. Food was delicious and the restaurant was very nice.
Good food good service thank u
Food was really good, but it was extremely hot and even when we mentioned it the response we got back was "the air conditions having a hard time keeping up" Also such a small table for 4 people it was a constant game of tetris to move plates around. The inverness location is much better.
The food was excellent, we did request onion straws in our online reservation, But they said no because the kitchen was at a fast pace and they couldn't do them.
We did not get our balsimic vinegar with our olive oil and bread. The server was very polite and suggested different dishes. We left him a hefty tip even though we didn't get our onionstraws.
Wish Maggiano's would move a restaurant north on I-25 pass longmont Co.
See ya next time
Bad day mother day sucks my food never arrived the waitress did not say happy mother day or even greet rude service we ask for potatoes they brought basil
The only problem we had was that we were not on the reservation list when we got there. I'm not sure if Maggiano's or Open Table dropped the ball, but we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Not a real problem. but a little disappointing. They have a nice bar area where we had some wine while we waited.
I made reservations for Mother's Day brunch. We didn't know exactly what to expect and were pleasantly pleased. Many items to choose from and all of them were served family style with extremely generous portions. We never felt rushed and the wait staff was just the right amount of attentive. As for the generous portions, we ended up bringing home enough food for at least another meal.
We had a 10:45 am reservation. We walked in and it was already packed. We was taken back to a booth way in the back. If your in a wheelchair good luck getting in. Space is so tight we turned sideways to walk through to our table. I have a cast on, the hosts seen it and still had me walk through a wild crowd. There was several huge tables set up. We had one large group in front of us. For being a lovely interior why do people bring children that they can't settle down. The kids in front of us kept running around, knocking over drinks. Fighting, running back and forth to the bathroom, around the table and where ever they wanted. Throwing food. Crying, climbing under the table knocking plates over. The poor wait staff and food delivery personal almost dumped food on the uncontrolled children. It was a nightmare for the staff.
We was told about the special for mother's. day. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, Braised beef hash and spaghetti with marinara sauce, capreese. The capreese is to die for. The rest was tasteless, cold and something a poor pallet would enjoy. The waiter said once we are done with one portion the would bring out more. What we don't finish would be sent home with us. We asked them to heat the food. That did not happen. We asked for the potatoes that was to be served with the Eggs Benedict and they never arrived. The bread was lifeless and the crust was not a soft crunch but a rock hard lump. The waiter avoided us after we asked for a warmed food. Which never came. It would have been nice to see a manager at the table how ever they never came as well. We paid the bill and left empty and sad that our first time at Magianno' s was extreme disappointment.
Went for Mother's Day and the breakfast options listed on the website looked amazing, as well as touting how gluten friendly the restaurant was.
When we arrived at 10:20, the limited menu for this occasion was almost all pasta, their gluten-friendly options included just not putting bread or the option for an awful GF penne. We were forced to utilize the $27 Mother's Day menu of which I had no options for dessert but still had to the full price.
The chef was supposed to come out an talk with me about GF options and failed to do so, until our very nice waitress asked for a third time.
For the limited options we had, the food was good, but I would definitely not recommend this restaurant in the future to anyone.
Haven't been here in a decade, but still Great food as I remembered! We had a great waiter and all of the staff was friendly. I appreciate the late hours and we will be back to try the brunch.
Never EVER disappointed at this place...we showed up way late for our reservation due to a traffic accident on the highway AND it was apparently a big Prom Night of all things! We were worried about making it in time for the theater but not only did they honor our reservation and seat us quickly, Kathy waited on us, understood we had a small window, and knocked it out of the park with both service and personality! We love this restaurant and every dish on the menu!!
Good food at a good price. Portions are large. Be prepared for take home doggie bag. Service is always good.
Service is always top notch. Everyone in the restraunt is always polite and quick to help. Food is always great and the wait is never too long. We have been coming here for 4 years and will continue to do so. Never disappointed.
My family and I attended a late Saturday lunch for an early Mother's Day dinner for my mom. It was a wonderful meal with a wonderful waiter. We would definitely return again.
Food was great along side awesome customer service provided by our server (Daneise)?
The noodles used in every dish were amazingly delicious
Great experience for the first time
Very good ! Service / food was a little slow that night, but you could argue it felt relaxed. It was also a busy night. Dessert was incredible, cocktails were great, food was good, if a bit pricy. Would definitely recommend.
Great evening for me. It was my girlfriends graduation dinner and I also took advantage of the situation and proposed. The setting really made it a great atmosphere. I would say they were very over packed into one room and it was hard to walk between tables. The noise was a little unbearable at times. But as for service we were treated like kind and queen. Our server and our food was excellent. I recommend this place, but probably on a night not so busy.
We had a great time while dining. However, we had a very bad experience at the end. We paid the check in cash $170 ($129 check and $41 for tip) and without waiting for the waitress to pick up the cash from our table, we left restaurant. But when we were walking to the parking lot my husband realize that he had forgotten his phone. When my husband got back to the restaurant the manager was holding his phone until we paid the check in full because the waitress told the manager that we only left $60 in cash. The manager was also holding the check and the cash. We told the manager that someone stole $ 110 of our cash that we left on the table. We had no possibilities to prove that we did leave the $170 in cash, so we only paid the lost $69 with our card to complete the check. Never happen to us before. Lesson learned, wait until the waitress gets the check from the table.
Our waiter was very inconsistent with us. I think he was under the impression that since we’re younger and in our early 20’s he felt he didn’t need to treat us with respect. He didn’t check up on us very often, he didn’t seem to care how we felt and never really came to check on us. The food was very good but poor service.
We went there to celebrate my birthday with my family. Great food, ambiance, e erything. This is our go-to restaurant for special occasions.
Very good food. Big portions & excellent attentions.
We were visiting from out of town and I had previously been to Maggianos with Work and decided to go again. The waiter seemed very annoyed with us and hardly ever checked back at our table. He gave us our check prettt early in our meal and I had a $10 off coupon for signing up for the e-club that I wanted to use. The waiter never even came back to our table. We waited for 20 minutes with no sign of him. We finally just left exact payment for the food and left. I was very disappointed and will not come back as a result of this visit.
The food was just okay. I was really disappointed with my lasagna which wasn’t any better than I’ve had in a frozen dinner. It was kind of bland. Our server was terrible. He never refilled our drinks. He took the bread basket but never brought it back with bread. We would have asked for more had he returned prior to the bill drop. This used to be such a good place for lunch but it feels like it’s really gone downhill in the past few months.
Nice place for everyday dining. Great family friendly environment.
Such a nice place! The food was amazing! I’m gluten free and it’s hard to find good gluten free Italian food and Maggiano’s was amazing!
Unfortunately, the service was mediocre as was the food. The servers very much rushed the table, even though it was a large prom party that was supposed to be enjoying a very special evening. On top of it, the food was quite average. We probably won’t return.
Decent food with good ambience. The 2 person dinner deal was a great value.
Excellent meal and great service
Food was delicious, meals are large portions.
I love the ambiance at this restaurant. Meals were large portions and delicious. I really loved the Lasagna and butter cake, it was unforgettable.
