Great service. Food was delayed but management and staff was very attentive
The food was ... as expected. However, I placed my reservation 1-1/2 months ahead for 5PM (Pre-dinner hour rush), to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary (to which I listed on the reservation). Our seating was not ideal for a romantic evening, and they seated a large business group, with young professionals looking to blow off some steam with drinking and loud objectionable discussions. Overall, considering the special occasions, the experience was very unsatisfying.
We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed the Two lunch-3 courses and two complimentary entrees to take home. The wine was expensive! It was "off time"!so the dining room was very quiet. Great way to end a "girl day" at the Museum of Art.
The service was amazing and the food was brought out at a good speed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Always good love family dinners 💙
Reconnecting with an old friend.
loved the food, the atmosphere and the friendly staff-highly recommend
It was fun! The waiter was amazing. My only issue, which wasn’t maggiano’s fault, was a loud prom table was next to us. They kept screaming a bit but I understand it’s prom season, so I wasn’t complaining.
All so good! Table reservations met on time despite a very busy prom night. Service was great and food was excellent!!
The wait staff was overwhelmed which in turn effected our dining experience. The food however, was great for the value and price.
Had a lovely time celebrating my mother’s birthday. Food was great.
The restaurant was not crowded and we were quickly seated. And the food was excellent everyone agreed and like their dishes. We’ve eaten at this restaurant many times the food is always good. The service however was awful there is no excuse for them to continually keep us waiting for everything and the restaurant was not crowded and at least half the tables were empty. In general I have found the service at this restaurant to be very good but this waitress Iwas as in attentive as it gets.
Good food. Fine service. Fun atmosphere. Get a booth along the back wall forngoid people watching. Skip the bread, hard and tasteless. Rigatoni D with a glass of prosecco is great!
Love your dinner for two! We take home leftovers from our meal as well as the extra meals we get to take home!
We don't live in Denver and we were here a couple months ago. We received a sealed envelope with a prize which was suppose to expire March 31. The management allowed us to still use it as we are from out of town. What a great promotion! Thank you!
Gracias a Open Table pude hacer mi reservación sin demoras. Recibí text msj cuando mi mesa estuvo lista! Excelente servicio!
Food was wonderful but our server wasn’t the greatest. Felt like I seen everyone but our waiter.
Muy bien me encanto la comida
Excellent food (had the lasagna), excellent service and we really enjoy here every time!
Always look forward to Maggiano's...this time, however, not so impressed...waitress recommended and gushed over less than fantastic Truffle cheese bread, before bringing out house baked, and delicious bread with oil and balsamic dipping. When I asked if we could cancel truffle bread (before knowing how underwhelming it is), she did not offer to cancel the order for it. Tasted like soggy English muffins topped with cheese, served with sauce. no truffle taste at all. A WASTE. Rib eye was AMAZING. Lobster pasta absolutely DISAPPOINTING. Yesterday's frozen langostino, mixed with heavy, not smooth, Pasta Alfredo.
Wonderful evening dinner with high quality food. Excellent service. Food and wine paired to perfection.
We like the salads with minimum dressing on them and great pasta.
We had another tasty meal of comfort food, with great service to boot. They honored our request to have a quiet table, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Wonderful food, tasty wine and great services
Waiter was pretty awful, left us unattended without placing an order for quite some time. Didn’t say a word when the check came. Forgot the take home portion of the pasta. Food was decent but not worth the price.
Bad service first time we have ever had bad service at a Maggiano’s waiter was over sat too many tables
Great food, wonderful service, just a tad noisy at times but the backround noise went down as the evening progressed
I’m not sure if it were due to it being Easter but our waiter was really behind. We had to remind him of drinks that were ordered & forgotten along with having to ask him after paying our bill for our meals to go. I’ve always had great experience here so I’ll chalk it up to probably being a new server & it being busy. He did keep apologizing.
Usually Maggiano's doesn't disappoint but my most recent experience (2/1/18) was terrible. Our server, Michael, was not attentive to our needs. It was so bad that a busser came to the table to assist us with what we needed. We were left for thirty minutes without any assistance or acknowledgement from Michael, who walked by numerous times and didn't bother to check on us.
Along with the poor service, the food quality was sub par. Our first basket of bread was raw, as were the second and third baskets we requested. When we sent back our second basket we stated that it is still raw and under baked. They brought us the next serving and it was just as bad. Our take home meals seem fine, but we requested our dessert to-go and were brought an overturned slice of cheesecake in a bag.
Food was wonderful. We visited for Easter. The only issue we had is that our server was quite indifferent towards us. While we did not need for a thing, she was just not happy to be there. It sucks to work holidays, but she was there, and restaurants need to realize that it is very expensive to eat out (especially with 7 people) and we'd like a server to be friendly as well as prompt for our sizable investment.
The food was very good and the servings were generous. It was relatively cheap and the table we got was great! Would definitively come back.
We enjoyed the filet over asparagus and risotto and the Shrimp Diavlo. Food arrived fast and fresh. Tables are pretty close together and it was packed the night before Easter. Servers and other diners ran into my chair a number of times which is always a little annoying. Just tighter quarters than the restaurant in the DTC, but better service and food quality from my previous experiences.
Birthday celebration. The overall experience was good, the restaurant was nearly empty, instead of putting our group in our own little area, the staff put us right next too another group, and they were noisy and made it difficult to enjoy a conversation.
First time at Maggiano's with a family group of eight. Food was excellent with one exception. Three of five caesar salads had a piece of lettuce that was almost black in the center. Pointed this out to the server who said he was going to be bring it to the attention of the chef. Shortly thereafter the manager came out to apologize and explain this was lettuce that had been frozen, and would take those salads off the bill.
I would be more concerned that this frozen lettuce made it into a salad if it weren't for the fact that, otherwise, the food preparation, appearance and taste was excellent.
Great service but food was only marginal. Service was really good but food just a bit disappointing.
The chicken was not tender in the piccatta and the angelhair pasta was cold and hard. It was difficult to get into the half circlebooth without catching the long tablecloth while sliding into the seat. Our waiter, Noah was awesome!!!!
Food was great. Told our waiter that we needed to leave at 6:45 to catch a play. At 6:40 he came by to ask if we wanted a check and to remind us of the time. Perfect!
Our visit was for a special evening post convention. Great food and atmosphere. We checked out their meeting rooms. Wow!
This restaurant is our go-to place before heading out for a night at the theater. Jeremiah was our server and he did an excellent job of taking care of all our needs.
Very loud - had to yell to talk
Excellent food in abundance. Prompt and courteous service. A little loud but not intolerable. Definitely worth the drive into downtown Denver on a weeknight.
