My father’s 96th birthday. Our waiter was excellent working with a man who could not remember anything about the menu and needed a lot of help and time.
The food was delicious, good portions enough to go around And more. the server seemed a little lost. I think she forgot about us at one point. If she was on top of her game I’m sure our experience would have been better. Remind me not to go on a holiday again
It was a great evening and my woman friend accepted my proposal of marriage. We are going to be married July 45th and the reception will be at Maggianos.
Mow was our waiter... he made the experience! He is awesome!!
Great service and food was hot and fresh! Great Sunday brunch experience!
I knew that if we came to Maggianos for my mother’s 70th birthday party we would not be disappointed! Godfrey our waiter was the best as always! Very attentive and he has exceptional customer service!
All 14 of us were very pleased and my mom had a wonderful time!
Food was excellent as always.
Good food and great value (pasta to take home). Service was very good too. Disappointed they are not part of the Lettuce Entertain You Rewards Program anymore.
It was good
Excellent food and great service!!! Looking forward to our next visit.
Maggiano's is one of our favorite places to go. As always, the food was wonderful. The service was a bit different than we are accustomed to; our waitress didn't seem to be very personable and left a lot to be desired. But everyone else made up for it hence the reason we are still giving 4 stars. There were four of us out that night and our bill was just over 200 for appetizers, entrees, and a cocktail each. Not too shabby!
My boyfriends birthday.
We had a fabulous waitress. She was attentive, warm, and knowledgeable. The restaurant was fairly empty on a Sunday evening which made it nice to talk without shouting and repeating ourselves. Although, I am on a strict diet I was able to pick something to eat. In addition, my significant other loves this restaurant and was thrilled to be able to participate in the take a meal home when you purchased certain entrees.
Our waiter provided us with spectacular service.
We wanted a spot for an early dinner before a movie and this was perfect. We all enjoyed our food, including chicken marsala and shrimp scampi. We had told our server what time we had to leave for the movie and she was very responsive.
The food and service are quite worth the money and the location super convenient. I will go again very soon.
Always reliably good. Love the take-home pasta option though they took away my preferred pasta - Eggplant Parmigiana. Guess it was too expensive?
We had excellent service. I enjoyed our meal very much.
Service was terribly slow with 3 different servers coming to our table. The calamari and the main food dish was overcooked which happened to be Veal.
Love this establishment! Wish there was one closer to us, but it is worth the travel.
The waitstaff (Rue) was absolutely charming, friendly and pleasant. I will definitely come back again.
Maggiano's never disappoints, the ambience is nice, the music is lovely and not too loud. The food as always was delicious, and now that the calories are included in the menu, some of us were careful with our selections. The service was pleasant, kind and not overbearing. There were three tables celebrating birthdays and it was nice to see the employees signing happy birthday.
Maggiano's is definitely a sure bet for any event!
I haven’t been to this location in awhile and planned a “catch up” dinner with my 92 year old dad.
Service was great, food was great - all around a wonderful experience.
We ended up ordering the Marcos meal for two which was an exceptional value. Two salads, two pasta entrees to eat in the restaurant, two pasta entrees to take home and one dessert to share for $45. I ordered my favorite Rigatoni D ($5 surcharge but worth it!), my dad had the lasagna, and we ordered the spaghetti and meatball/lasagna for take home. The dessert was scrumtrulescent- sweet pound cake with raspberries and homemade whipped cream. If it wasn’t a public restaurant, I’d lick the plate.
Service was exceptional, attentive without hovering. Refilling drinks at just the right time. Bagging take home and leftovers for us in the most efficient manner. Very friendly servers.
Just a wonderful experience to shares with my dad.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I’ll be back!
Very poor service. The server, "Kelli" was nowhere to be found during almost the entire time of my dinner. I had to flag down waiters from other tables to get anything. This is particularly of concern since this night was very light and each waiter had very few tables to monitor. Apparently NO supervision of poor performing waitresses ??
The restaurant was busy. The food was good portions. We ordered the Marcos special. The classic pasta and get one free to take home was not on the menu but they do still offer it. I do not like the new menu is is too expensive with the average entrée costing $28.
Food not what I remembered. Service not great. It was New Year’s Day, so I’ll give them a pass.
It is always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the service is great
Excellent food and great value.
My extended family of 10 dined at this location on 12/27. Waru and the other gentleman (sorry, I cannot recall his name) were PHENOMENAL! (We dined on an off hour at 3pm. )They were not only completely attentive to our bunch who had various food restrictions but also just completely committed to ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. BRAVO!
Great. Our waiter was wonderful. Took a photo. Brought what
We needed. Oh but the Shirley Temple or Rob Roy we ordered for our grandson was awful
We were disappointed that our experience was not up to it usual standard. We ordered soup but it did not come and the flatbread we ordered came wrong. However the waiter did provide a good selling speel for the items he liked!
One waiter for large section... food cold, drinks forgotten, salad had no dressing... clearly understaffed for Christmas Eve.
Shocking service today and we are regulars. Maybe it was due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve and the place was a mad house!! regardless Of circumstances I expected more !! I booked a table for 7 for a special occasion. Upon arrival we were setup on a wrong table, offered the family menus instead of a la carte menus.. proceeded to then order appetizers, were offered water but not drinks. Main course came warm and dry(pasta sauce was non existent). Top it off we waited 20min for waiter to bring the tab and surprise surprise we didn’t even get a celebratory dessert. Don’t think I will be coming back here for a while now. Sad way to celebrate 70th birthday:(
very disappointing. This was our 20th Christmas Eve at Maggiano's. No one took our drink order, I had to ask for a wine list, and all told it was almost an hour before we were served a bottle. One of our appetizers did not show up with the rest, and came 20 minutes later. We did not receive fresh plates before the entree. only three of our entrees came out together, the fourth showed up 20 minutes later. we hardly ever saw our waitress, and had to essentially bus our own table to make room for food being delivered. instead of boxing our food in the kitchen as they usually do, they just brought boxes and bags to our table and we had to do it. we repeatedly had to ask for someone to refill our waters. we waited more than 30 minutes for dessert, and were brought only 2 dishes for our party of 7. we then waited another 20 minutes for 2 additional dishes. overall our dinner took 3 hours, while table around us turned over at almost twice that rate.
we expect service to be difficult on christmas eve, as i've mentioned this was our 20th year. Maggiano's did take a percentage off of our check, but when I discussed our 20 year Christmas Eve tradition with our server, she said "you should come at lunch".
overall not the level of service and responsiveness we've come to expect from Maggiano's, even accounting for a busy Christmas Eve.
For a holiday luncheon it was great experience (food, ambiance, and price).
Looking for a restaurant where one,can host a gathering for for friends and family, then check out,Maggioni's.
I've eaten at Maggiano's many times but not for several years. It was essentially average and it the past had been good to excellent. Friendly service, but slow. Food was warm, not hot. Had to ask several times for bread and later for coffee. The food is not inexpensive, but in the past has been worth it. Not in my most recent visit.
Delicious food. Great service. Good place to meet up with friends.
The service was by far the worst part of this experience. The waiter continually gave us attitude for requesting more of our family style meal and there were extremely long delays with the serving of food. He continually rolled his eyes and snapped back with a response when requesting more food and then would be gone for 30 min gaps and not check back in on the table. He delayed bringing another round of dessert for 45 min which was unacceptable. Overall, the food was good but the service significantly impacted the overall meal.
the pasta was next to inedible. one order the pasta wasn't even cooked. The waiter said he would take it off the bill but didn't. One order was wrong. When it came time to select our free take home pastas, we all declined.
I would recommend Maggiano's -- but with a few caveats. The food was fine (I really liked my mushroom ravioli, and the parmesan-crusted cod my friend had tasted good too) and our waiter was very attentive -- in the beginning. But he never brought our check, and the extra entree that comes when you order from their "classic" menu didn't appear either. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I actually had to get up and flag down another waiter, who brought us the check and then took our two credit cards (my friend and I were splitting the bill). There was only one problem: when he brought the receipts back for us to sign, my friend's credit card was there but mine wasn't! I had to go flag him down again to get the card back. I did eventually get my extra entree after I waited a bit longer. So this is a fine place to eat if you keep a close eye on your credit card and are prepared to wait a while for your check!
Very good experience.
