On Thursday, April 20th, my husband and I were looking for an hour or two of relaxation from our busy lives. This was the first time, in a very long time, we were dining at Maggiano's. In my OpenTable reservation, requested seating in a quieter area of the restaurant. The hostess seated us in a booth next to the kitchen with swinging doors. Sigh. Some hostesses appear to be challenged by the request. We requested seating elsewhere. The hostess accommodated the request, but appeared displeased. Thankfully the seating was just what we were looking for - quieter. After the seating challenge, the dining was enjoyable, and provided the relaxation we were seeking. Tony, the Server, was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. Recommend the Calamari, Classic Pastas, Spaghetti and Ziti, Carrot Cake and Lemon Cookies. To our surprise and delight, there was live music. The musician has a good voice, and plays a smooth trumpet. The music made the evening perfect.
Maggiano's was able to set up for us, a very large group, and treated us very professionally.
The food is always excellent, that is why we always eat here. The service on the other hand almost make us cry, this past visit we could not leave a tip. It was that bad!! We usually leave 30% but this time it was not worht one dollar. Because of the food, we will be back. Hopefully next time we get a better waiter or waitress.

Valet needs to work on coordination. Plenty of room for improvement when it comes to the attention to the people and not the money...
My night at your place was very good the server was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The ambiance was just right and we also enjoyed the music. The food was just right and we truly enjoyed ourselves, we will be back.
The dining experience was great. Ray/ Rey not sure of the spelling waited on us. Ray was fairly new but was very friendly, and confident. I ordered a top shelf beverage and what I didnt like was the bartender coming to my table as if she was in her feelings because I felt the drink wasn’t strong. The second drink was strong enough. I order the drink everywhere and here as well. Overal service was well
We've been here a number of times with great service and food. Have never had such an awful experience. We were there 3 1/2 hours watching tables around us come and go. Had to ask for refills and everything, still didn't get it. If it was always like this would not recommend at all. But since we've had better service, I hope you get an awesome server. I guess it's the roll of the dice.
Food was very good. Service was slow but that was due to how busy the location was.
We dined here for Easter Lunch. The service was exceptional! The cocktails and food were both superb.

We arrive super early for our reservation (like an hour and 15 minutes early). It was Easter and at the last minute we went to early church. Not a problem at all, they made us feel welcomed and every person we passed said "Happy Easter"! I would go back just for the customer service with the food being reasonably priced and delicious as a bonus.

Waiter was great and suggested many items. I thought our dish was too dry. But overall it was a good experience.

Went here to celebrate my mom's 75th bday. The servers were so unattentive. They all stood around in a huddle while our glasses remained empty and we had to ask several times for the same glass of wine. They didn't clear the table of dirty dishes unless we asked and stacked them ourselves. Managers weren't much better they were polite and courteous but didn't seem to hold their servers accountable.

We where visiting Atlanta and we heard good thing about Maggino’s but they exceeded our expectations Arron are waiter was absolutely wonderful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the wonderful and the food was fantastic Aaron was very knowledgeable and gave my party gear recommendation’s since it was our first time there.. I’ll be back in Atlanta in August and I will be back!!!
Service was slow and we received someone else’s take home food. Won’t be returning to this location ever.
T-Bone steak was mostly all fat and costly. Pasta was dry. I just had a bad experience. Eating there before in Kennesaw,Ga.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful waitress and amazing food.
AJ was great. It was my birthday and he sung beautifully to me.
My daughter and her friends attended pre-prom and they really enjoyed it.. great food, great ambience..
It was prom night and they were slammed. But we were seated for 10 minutes with no sign of a server. Manager came and took our drink order and apologized. Then he forgot to bring my wine. When he did he apologized again and said he'd take it off the bill... He didn't. Our server was rushed, never told us about anything on the menu, didn't offer desert, just dropped the check as he flew past...we live the food and we will be back, but service left a lot to be desired tonight.

The "Piano Man" makes every meal a dining experience....especially with their lasagna.
I made reservations on a friday night. I loved the ambiance and the waiter was very engaged. The food was delicious and i’m excited to come back and try more!
Our lovely server Gillian was attentive and very friendly. Food delicious and the chef even brought a bruschetta sampler.
