Come visit us and allow Maggiano's the opportunity to serve you some of the best Italian food you have ever tasted. Who knows, maybe you will see one of our frequent guests like Charles Barkley or Ted Turner.

Poor quality food, rushed service, high calories
Excellent dinner, friendly staff. We had no issues with the entire experience
We made reservations for four and we were seated promptly, however, no one greeted us for 15 minutes after being seated. Once a waitress finally came over, she did give us 5-star service!! The food was fine, nothing stood out. The bread, salad, and sausage appetizer were good. The meatballs were extremely salty and the salmon and tilapia were bland. Overall, I would come again. Possibly to a different location.
There were seven people at our table and we ordered the family style dinner. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive, very personable and served us with a smile. The food was the best I have eaten at Maggiano's so please give compliments to the chef. The only drawback was the greeters/receptionists who were not friendly or smiling; they seemed they were there because they got paid.
We waited 30 minutes after our reservation to be seated
Nothing but attitude from the hostess
If you have large parties booked- why take res?
My family and I were in town from New Jersey, New Your and Northern Virginia to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Clark Atlanta University and my family fell in love with Maggiano’s!! They can’t stop talking about the food. It was Awesome!! They already found a Maggiano’s in New Jersey they are going to visit!
The only down side was the valet parking. It was very unorganized and under staffed. There were several different events going on and too many cars for the two men who were working the Valet.
Nice big dining area but somehow stays packed. Service was good. Mushroom ravioli always so tasty. The shrimp diablo dish not that great.
I have dined at Maggiano's in Nashville, and now in Atlanta. I must say, that in Nashville, the restaurant was always full and yet the service was always on time. My experience in Atlanta was not quite as good. They were not overly crowded (I dined around the 7 pm hour) and the service was very slow. The food was okay, but not as good as expected (probably due to the slow service). Overall, I still enjoy the Maggiano's experience.
I made a reservation ahead of time for my boyfriend's birthday. First, we got a drink at the bar but let the hostesses know we were there (around 6:40pm) , but finishing our drinks (all before our 7pm reservation, so we were not late). Then when we returned to the hostess stand around 7pm, they seemed to have forgotten about us already. We did get seated right away though. I wrote that it was his birthday in the notes, and also we talked to our server about it. However, when we ordered dessert, he did not get candles in his birthday dessert as I saw for multiple other parties there. I was very disappointed.
Maggiano's is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. We always go there for special occasions and when we are treating our friends out to dinner.
The fila mignon was medium as ordered but lacked flabor. The risotto I had better. Disappeared
The service, the ambiance, the food, was beyond excellent. And my server (Ashley), was Johnny on the spot, and she did not miss a beat. Totally awesome! I would recommend for all occasion, Date, Birthday Party, Celebration, it is all good for All!!!
Server Devon was the best! Amazing birthday dessert.
Great food and service , Spencer was amazing I didn’t have to wait long on a Friday , the valet service was horrible as only
1 person working and he was backed up 20+ people asking for there keys to go walk to their cars , he said 2 guys from earlier left to beat the traffic to go home ? Really on a busy Friday smh 🤦🏽♂️
We enjoyed our family celebration very much and appreciated the lemon cookies at the end for our graduate. The food was delicious, with such generous portions that we are having another full meal tonight at home. Our server was very friendly and efficient for our large group.
Maggiano's is the definition of a restaurant getting it right - from the great food, great service, and great atmosphere. It was indeed a pleasure to dine there - you almost feel like the are cooking just for you.
I made several phone calls before our visit to verify that brunch would be available until 3:00. Our waitress said it stopped at 1:00 and we would be unable to get brunch. Then all the beef selections for the family meal were unavailable according to the waitress and there could be no substitution. We had one person that only eats beef. We asked if four of us could get the family meal but we’re told everyone had to get it. Service was slow, the waitress had a bad attitude, never smiled, did not check on us. We have used them to cater parties 3 times and have always been pleased. I think if we had a different waitress things would have been different. Granted it was Mother’s Day but we were there for over 2 hours.
We always love Maggiano’s but this mother’s da was by far one of worst experiences. We always do the family style dining. The food not coming out, we got appetizer that was suppose come with salad. Salad was 25 minutes after, then pasta then meal. The kitchen and the servers backups were awful!!!! I think it was a first for us to not ask for refills on food and boxed up
85% of food. No one cleaned the dishes between until server did, she actually did it all. Every time we have ever went the servers have food runners, someone keeps tables cleaner and then they also box any leftovers. The server did it all, but to make worse the food wasn’t coming out,45 minutes after fried cheese before anything more but a huge damper on eating.
The restaurant was clean and food was good. Table a little small and noisy but a great place to eat.
been many times always GREAT GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Our go-to place for special occasions. Mothers Day was jam-packed. Thank goodness for Open Table! Service was slow and they even ran out of spoons, which is understandable, given how busy they were. The Manager was super nice. We will be back. If you've never tried Maggiano's, you definitely should do so.
My beef dish had very little meat, waiter not real friendly. Rest of our food was really good. Drinks expensive
I went to take my mom for Mother's Day that was the second time I've been there and I wanted to give it another chance because the first time wasn't that great either but as much money as I spent on Mother's Day I'm completely disappointed didn't get anything that we were hoping to get when we got there the mimosas were horrible service was was horrible because everybody was over worked probably will never go there again.
Food was good but nothing outstanding. The service was great!
In general I like this restaurant but in this opportunity my food was cold (it was a shrimp scampi, so it wasn't supposed to be cold). I complained so they brought it again and it was warm (almost cold). Very disappointed.
For the first time we had really poor service. Not only did the waiter not know the menu but was very rude. Took forever to correct his mistakes amd then he disappeared for 20 minutes. Did not want to raise a fuss since we did not want our guests to be uncomfortable. Everyone else, including bar staff and hostesses were great.
Wonderful meal and great service . They were busy . Our waiter was awesome. We had a great time.
Omg definitely get your moneys worth. Went there for mother’s day. There were 4 of us. We chose family style as our dinner choice. Basically you choose a large
Salad, 2 cuts of meat, 2 pasta dishes and 2 desserts. We were super full. Also they refill the food at the table UNLIMITED and whatever you don't eat, you can take. Overall best restaurant I've been to in years. And our server was THE BEST. I recommend the chicken marsala and the salmon alfredo...
It was Mothers Day Weekend . My server was the most polite & caring person ever. Keep her around, she's a mother as well & was working to keep all the other moms happy.
Maggiano's Buckhead is great a family spot. The food and service are always consistent. It's hard to go wrong with Maggiano's!
My server was very attentive, patience, and accommodating. I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this location during lunch time. I look forward to my next visit.
We were very surprised at how well we liked this restaurant. It has a classic old fashioned decor that felt very comfortable. The lighting was appropriately dim in the bar area where we ate in a booth. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from and the portion sizes were ample. We had plenty of leftovers plus the special dinner value that was very reasonably priced included additional pasta entrees of our choice for both me and my wife to take home. To top it all off the restaurant also had a very talented live musician playing keyboard, horn and singing.
Overall, the service was very poor. Waitress was on attentive and was difficult to fine throughout the evening.
Maggiano’s is always a safe “go-to” place for any crowd and at any time. Our server was exceptionally great.
Great food and very friendly service. Excellent management follow up.
Disappointing. To many stuff to white here...not kidding.
Great, I had a wonderful time spending time with good friends!
Excellent choice for a celebration lunch! Thanks for the great food, service, and hospitality
Wonderful as always. Service was absolutely perfect.
