My wife and I dine at Maggiano’s at least 5times a year and I always ask for a booth because of my back and it’s as if they don’t pay attention to special requests...... needless to say will reconsider dining here again.

The sever Austin mist have beeb new, seemed nervous, and forgot my free pasta to take home, this is the second time that I have come and the service under par...it’s sad because that’s whyI used to come was for the outstanding service, I still tipped 15%, but the service was slow t best. I probably will never go to that location again, oh and I have served for over 15 years so if I say it’s bad it had to be bad...

The food was not tasteful. We discovered the tables were extremely old and covered with a table cloth. The table was shaky. The food was not tasteful and had to send the food back multiple times. We decided to just leave and pay for the appetizers. The waitress attempted but kept giving us bad recommendations.

The brunch!!! The ricotta pancakes and side of eggs was dynamite. And their veggie fritatta. If you're looking for a quiet quality brunch with great free bread and oil to start, this is the place. Great price and no wait if you go before noon. Oh and only $2 mimosas to boot?! Yes please!!! PS - try the champagne with a splash a pineapple. You're welcome.

My server was FANTASTIC. Amy had a table of 10 and handled it like a pro with so much personality! I loved every moment! The only thing I wish was speedier was the reservation time. I made a reservation for 8:30, but unfortunately were not able to be seated until about 9:15. Otherwise I had a lovely time.

Maggiano’s is always consistent. Love how they use the best grated cheese., and pasta always cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, they are usually packed with customers, so parking is always a challenge.

We had a great experience. Our only reason for not giving a total of 5 stars was where we were seated. We were celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary and on our reservation I requested a great table. We were seated directly beside a waiter station and there was another station directly behind us. We crammed in a hole and could here all the waiter conversations so not exactly the dinner conversation we were hoping for. Amy, our waitress, was excellent. We had 2 kids in our party who were not having a great night. We apologized to Amy and she shrugged it off saying she was a mom and not to apologize. She communicated directly with the children and made it a great experience for them. The food was amazing. We ate family style and Maggiano's never disappoints!

Hubby and I love the chicken piccata - delicious! We also like to sit upstairs next to pianist Cameron. They are crowded on the weekend so recommend you make reservations. Great food, service & atmosphere - highly recommend

The food was only decent. I feel that they try to make up for it by putting quantity over quality. Way too much food. We only needed less than half of what they served our group on the family style menu. Our biggest disappointment was because we ordered Gigi’s butter cake at the beginning of our meal for our desert. Two hours later, they told us they were out. We were there for my daughter’s 11th birthday and that cake was the only reason she picked the restaurant. (See earlier quantity over quantity comment.). Our server seemed unfazed by our disappointment and unable to tell us why we were not told when we ordered the cake that it was unavailable. If it was available when we ordered, they should have put it aside. When I worked in a restaurant, we would hav always offered some accommodations if this type of thing had happened. Maggiano’s did not. Very disappointed for my daughter.

The host, Jennifer, was phenomenal. I appreciate her. We dine here for a business meeting and everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious and our waiter was so great! I will definitely be back again soon.

I made a reservation thru open table, we were seated on time and seated in a booth per my special request. The waitress was great - especially keeping us timely after telling her we had a concert and needed to leave by a certain time. Food was excellent. I would highly recommend this location.

We have been here many times and it’s always great! Christmas Eve was not so great... We received dirty plates twice. Our food was not the great quality it usually is. I know they were busy ...but poor quality that night. Our server was friendly and nice!
