Always delicious regardless of what I select. Large table (group of 9) was handled well.

Our server made our lunch a most pleasant experience with his professionalism and attentiveness. The food was delicious!

Hmm let’s see... we’ll, we were informed 30 mins after having bern seated 20 mins AFTER our reservation time and having WAITED 10 MINS TO BE GREETED by our waiter, that they were OUT OF HALF OF THE THANKSGIVING SIDES!!!!! This meant that my daughter, who is gluten free, had no sides.

So the first manager was very nice, and exceptionally accommodating, and assured us that he’d let the other manager know and that they would “make it up to us”....

Then we get a bill with a whopping $10 taken off. So we say something and the second manager actually had a pretty snarky attitude with us. After I persisted, they did take $30 off.

Done with Maggiano’s. I shouldn’t hv to deal with food shortages and snarky attitudes when I’m paying $200 for three people to eat. This used to be a really nice restaurant with great food and great service. Not any more. Not going back.

We had dined here before and the food has always been tasty, but for some reason the food wasn’t that great on Thanksgiving day. They were out of most side items by the time we ordered around 6:30. Our reservation was scheduled for 6:00 but we had to wait. I can understand they were swamped for the holiday but overall I was not impressed.

Disappointed this year. We have been going to Maggianos for Thanksgiving for the past 10 years and this is the first time that our experience did not meet our expectations. First we had to wait 20 minutes despite having a reservation. They were out of several things on the menu already by the time we were seated and since the menu is limited already this did not offer much variety. Our waiter was not helpful and did not try to help. He was less than energetic and seemed annoyed with us. The food was not as good as it has been and they have raised their prices. Really hope they can get this resolved before next year!

Outstanding Italian Thanksgiving Feast value with literally 4 courses. We took home ample leftovers too. Service was somewhat shoddy but I’ll chalk that up to very busy restaurant.

Excellent choice for Thanksgiving dinner! It was extremely busy so we had to wait on things a littler longer like silverware. There were things Maggiano’s doesn’t normally miss like the garlic on mashed potatoes but this was probably due to the large crowd. It was still an excellent experience.

I wouldn’t recommend going for Thanksgiving. It’s a set menu therefore the food preparation was poor. The salad was over dressed, bruschetta was chewy, and the meats were dry. I go to Maggiano’s once a month. The food it typically top notch. I’ll continue to go but not for Thanksgiving.

This was our fourth Thanksgiving at Maggiano's Buckhead. As usual, the service and our server were excellent. Unfortunately, the food wasn't quite as good as usual. Nothing was hot when it came out and the dressing was terrible. It was like eating dough, no sausage or taste. Just not a great value for what we paid.

Best food ever! My favorite is the for cheese ravioli and the cream spinach. Wish they had baked macaroni & cheese tho. The pumpkin cheese cake was extremely delicious.

Thanksgiving at Maggianos was Amazing! The food was good the atmosphere was festive and the best part no cleanup. It is also a great value. There is soooo much food and plenty leftovers. If you don’t want to cook Maggianos is the place to be for a holiday or anyday.

Everything was great. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated immediately by a friendly hostess . Our server Anthony was great. He kept checking on us but not to the point of excess. We have spent Thanksgiving at Buckhead Maggianos several years and we will be back. Anthony made the experience great as always ps we drive from Macon :)

Thanksgiving dinner at Maggiano’s was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the portions huge, and service was very good. We will make this a tradition!

Our server was Zack and he was phenomenal. Maggianos is one of our favorite restaurants and have had Thanksgiving there several times. Keep up the good job!!!!

Excellent food and great service! Veal Marsala, veal parmesan and stuffed mushrooms are my favorites!

One of the things that was frustrating was that the waiter went through his presentation looking at other waiters, waving at them and smiling about something we had no idea what was so interesting or funny. He did not look at us or present himself as being interested in our visit to his restaurant.
I have never written a review before but ran multiple businesses and he had the ability but did not show any interest in us or our time we spent at your restaurant.

The food is always amazing as is the service. I do not live in Atlanta but will travel to eat there when I can.

The food was delicious but we had to wait 20 minutes for water and it was difficult to find our waitress. Service was ok.

Unusual odor greeted us as we arrived. Chicken Parm was deep fried beyond recognition and the taste was closer to the oil in which it was fried than chicken. Salmon had marginal flavor. Worst Maggiano’s I’ve ever visited.

Our server, Austin, was attentive. We ordered calamari, salad, chicken parmesan, and short ribs. They were all flavorful and delicious.

This was my most disappointing visit to Maggiano's. There were many open tables but we were seated close to a group with loud conversation and I was miserable. Our server never seemed attentive but distracted. Our salad did not come out until after our entrees. My rigatoni was rubbery. There were 5 in our group and with tip our bill was right at $100. That is a lot of money for a meal that I describe as fair at best. It was a Sunday afternoon, not crowded and I can't understand what the problem was. We had other plans after as it was my birthday and I did not ask to have a replacement since time was important. Not sure what was going on but it disappointed me.

Very confined restaurant seating. This location had the atmosphere of a Chuck E Cheese restaurant. VERY LOUD children running around and playing games without any or little supervision from parents. I was VERY disappointed in the fact that the staff just ignored this as if it was normal behavior for a restaurant of this nature. It you want a nice ambiance to go along with a semi priced meal, I would suggest going elsewhere. I will note that if I could rate the Valet attendant, I would give them 5 stars.

Just wish when making a reservation that we actually get the table when we arrive instead of waiting additional 20 minutes because they over booked themselves. It put a little damper on my mother-in-law's birthday celebration.

Got seated after 7:30. Not too much of big deal .
I dine with my family here at least once a month...... even had our daughters sweet 16 party here but this past Saturday our server was horrible.!!!!! Water never got refilled..... ordered a bottle of wine but still haven’t received an ice bucket to keep it chilled. Server not checking on table time between appetizers and main course too long ..... just a horrible server

It was absolutely amazing. Service was amazing and for was SO GOOD!

I don't appreciate servers offering a check when people in your party are still eating. May be I wanted coffee or dessert or an after dinner drink . We actually did just that but another restaurant. Its not always about turning the table. With after dinner drinks & dessert he could have easily increased the bill to well over 100.00.

Everybody was more than respectful and provided a great experience for my 21st birthday.

First time in Atlanta Maggianos - same menu and taste which is good. Very crowded so service was just a bit slow but extremely courteous waiter ( not the one our receipt). Hope our guy gets the tip.

Was great as always. I love the food and the specials. The love music is always fun.

We went to dinner to celebrate our grandsons birthday. The kids menu was perfect. Our dinner was delicious and the chocolate cake did not disappoint! Our waiter was terrific and was knowledgeable about the food and wine.
