We had reservations for 8 people at 3pm on Thanksgiving and wasn't seated unti 3:45. Not good, especially for my 73 year old mother and uncle. The table had food crumbs stuck to the table covering and the waitress never apologized. She stated with a nervous grin on her face that she didn't know where it came from. Felt sorta accusatory like we put it there. We asked for olive oil with garlic for the bread and it came after the appetizer was served around 4:05pm. The waitress' excuse was the garlic wasn't made. Huh? Since when do you have to make garlic? My uncle and I had to stand for about 6 minutes during our meal for waitstaff to seat someone in a wheelchair right behind us in an upper booth. Why in the world would they seat someone with special needs in a tight upper booth? Once they finally made it into the booth, they knocked over their water directly on top of us and drenched my moms coat. Again, no apology. The waitress was MIA for long periods of time after each request. At least she kept that smile on her face which was welcomed since I didn't notice any of the other servers smiling. Oops now a soda goes flying off the table behind us onto my husband's coat. Good grief. Now onto the Thanksgiving meal. The turkey tasted processed and the focaccia stuffing was mushy. Loved the Maggianos and Cesar salad. Favorite dish of the night. The baked ziti, ham and sweet mashed potatoes were okay, but the rigatoni D was bland. Don't know what happened to that since its usually pretty good. Overall a bit disappointing and not typical of Maggianos so I'll chalk it up to it being a holiday and very busy. All that said, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Maggiano's is my go-to restaurant for pre-theatre dining. This time, our server was a little slow and we ended up being a little rushed, but the food was as good as always. He did offer to do separate checks though, which was great.
The management could really do with more frequent checks on the state of the bathrooms though, as they routinely could do with some attention.

Maggiano's doesn't disappoint! Service and food was excellent. We got Maggiano salad to share and 3 of us split chicken parm and chicken marsella and still had leftovers. It can get noisy and tough to hear but otherwise it's a great spot for good italian.

Waiter was a nice guy but not attentive to our needs. It was a birthday celebration and nothing was done to acknowledge our guest of honor.

ONce again we had a waiter we didn’t care for. Too much interruption. Then forgot to bring my mother in laws soup before entree. Food served quickly. We were not expecting to be out of there in 45. Birthday for my mother in law . I checked in at front desk. Gave them a reminder it was a birthday dinner. She said tell your waiter. Nooo I didn’t want to do that in front of her. Totally disappointed. Food good. But not good enough to return. Have been going there for years. Will never go back.

We had a great time! Our waits staff was very efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. They accommodated us for brunch although it was ending within the 15 minute window.
The food was scrumptious all enjoyed the time spent there.

Have been to Maggiano’s 3-4 times in the past, but had not been there for a few years. We always enjoyed a nice quiet dinner in the past but not this time. The room was opened up, way to bright, and extremely loud!! It was hard to have any conversation during dinner (and we were at a table against the wall).
Food was better than average. Our waiter (the biggest server I have ever seen) was great!! And when the check came I had to check it twice because I was convinced he had forgotten a meal or two?

It’s a very busy place with lots of larger groups dining for birthdays, etc. From the appetizer lobster arracini, crab cakes with pasta, lasagne and creme brûlée were flawless. Best Italian food we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Marinara sauce was just like it was from the old neighbourhood. Service was perfect.

Girl (with the glasses) that check us in gave us the impression she was going out of her way...a bit rude for someone greeting customers as they enter the restaurant ! However, the rest of the dining experience was great....our waiter (Tom) was excellent and the food was fantastic. We
will be back again...and maybe can avoid the rude girl at the greeting desk next time.

Athough the food and service were great, the table for 8 was located in an awful area. Persons heading to be seated had to squeeze by, and kept bumping the chair located closest to the corner. The restaurant was practically empty, after all, it was a 4pm reservation on Saturday, nobody clamoring for a table. I believe we could have been seated in one of many other spots. As the restaurant began to seat people nearby, even with 3 small kids, it was necessary to adjust chairs to accommodate the new customers.

I do not understand the reviews I read for this restaurant. Our food was less than good isnd lower than average. I had chicken Marcella that barely had any Marcella sauce in it. My husband had veal Parmesan that was thick and chewy the sauce was not of a high-quality.

We will not be returning.

Very busy night but with reservations we were quickly seated. Service was fast and the server friendly and helpful - clearly knew what is served and the preparation. The linguine with seafood options had a light red sauce/broth that was tasty & mild peppery . The portions were very large. Could use a few more craft beer options on tap.

I was with a large group of friends, 13 of us altogether. The service is always excellent. The food is good (not great) and there are good vegetarian options, as we're a mixed group of vegetarians and non-vegetarians. However, the family style menu is mandatory for parties of eight or more and it's really overpriced considering the quality of the food.

Six members of my party (including me) are mobility-challenged and the entrance is extremely unfriendly to disabled people. It is wrong (and I suspect illegal) to force someone with a walker to struggle through a revolving door. There is a door that opens, but there was a angry sign taped to it and a bar stool propped in front of it that prevented anyone from using it.

Our bill with tip was $900. Next time we go out we'll give our $900 to a restaurant that doesn't only allow customers who can walk. The waitstaff is excellent and were very helpful about folding up and moving walkers out of the way, but the management needs a course in handicapped accessibility.

It isn't an Italian restaurant. The food is compatible with fast food. For example, the tomato sauce is a canned sauce like you could buy at Walmart. Good wines.

Farewell dinner celebration for six was reserved ahead. Round table as requested was ready for us which was a good start. Server was patient and attentive as we took a while to decide. Food was served very hot and in a timely manner. Two of us ordered lobster carbonara which was rated 4 stars, but not the very, very high 5 stars as experienced at the Orlando Maggianos. Apparently the pasta wasn’t prepared as well. Two of us ordered the large shrimp fra diavalo (like 20 shrimp!) and that dish was consumed with many raves. I ordered the GF blackened salmon Oscar which was cooked perfectly and prepared with a very generous amount of cream sauce.

Maggiano's is a favorite... the eggplant parmesan is really delicious. I also must recommend the meat sauce. My son got the chicken parm and was delighted. Very generous servings, even a 16 yr old boy couldn't finish his entire dinner & had to take 1/2 home for leftovers. DELICIOUS as leftovers... you can't go wrong with Maggiano's. From the bread & dipping oil to the amazing entrees, it's worth a visit!

We had a family celebration for my Mom's birthday and ate family style. It was a very special evening and everyone enjoyed the food - exceptionally tasty. My sister has diet restrictions and she was able to eat all but one item. She was somewhat worried the menu was really safe for her diet since everything tasted so good. But the next day, she happily reported she felt great.
