We always enjoy dining at Maggiano’s. I was disappointed with the Chicken Saltimvocca. It was bland and Didn’t have any prosciutto as advertised.
The service was great, however our table was in the path of staff moving carts by our table and the person sitting on the aisle had to move out of seat so the could get by.
The food was delicious the service was excellent our server Chris was perfect we never waited for anything and we all, the 11 of us ,enjoyed everything. Thank you
Everything about our experience at Maggiano's was outstanding! We were greeted at the door by a competent, efficient, professional young lady who escorted us to our table and from there on it was all the same superb, quality service. Five thumbs up ! The food portions were abundant and the food was pleasing to the palate. Our waitstaff was prompt and courteous. For those who love an excellent Italian meal close to the theatre district--this is where you want to be.
Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had, seriously amazing!
The Veal Parmesan was hard as a rock. Very dry and tasteless. I've had better a a local Italian restaurant.
Service was very good.
Atmosphere was okay but on the noisy side because it was one, big open room.
That said, it was probably the least expensive restaurant for miles. Would work for families.
Perfect! Could not have been more impressed with every aspect of our visit!
Great experience! We took my cousin to lunch for her birthday and the food was great as usual. The waitress was very thoughtful and made sure we were served in a timely manner. She even gave the bday girl some cookies.
I ordered the lower calorie option of the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious and we split a Caesar salad. Their red house wine was excellent. I wish they had a restaurant in Canada.
Good Italian food, very nice place and good service!
Lunch with special friend
Nice and classy Italian restaurant. Great service and a quiet and calm atmosphere.
Food was fantastic, very delicious and well prepared. Wine selection was really great and the service was impecable.
Mardonio treated us excellent, he was very attentive and always there for us.
Management visited our table, and put theirselves available for anything we need.
We had a great time.
We definitely come back.
We were looking for the total Boston experience. We felt like we were short changed. Positive part was our table was available 15 minutes earlier. Waiter was attentive at first, a larger table was sat. All attention was on them. We had to ask for water and dessert. Dinner was average, desserts were delicious! Glad we went...probably won’t go back.
Our waiter was very nice and professional
The overall experience was great and the food was superb
The food and drinks were really good. The staff there were very helpful and nice! Will go again!
Went here for my our 10 year anniversary and it was delicious!!
Amazing! The calamari was perfect as was our meal.
All the staff at Maggiano's were friendly and courteous. All requests whether for more bread or drinks were handled efficiently and quickly. The food was great! It was a very relaxed atmosphere.
We were looking for a nice restaurant convenient to the Castle/Downton Abbey exhibit. Very nice place and obviously popular as it filled up fairly quickly and hosted several large parties. The food was very good, but the service was slow!
Large portions, looks very 60s inside but that adds to the ambiance.
I always enjoy Maggiano's. Never a bad experience and the value is outstanding!!
Excellent food as always. Only complaint is appetizers and salad came out within 1 minute of each other. Entree shortly after. There timing is off.
Fantastic dinner!! Beautiful restaurant. I will be back. Thank you!!
We had a party of 14 for our wedding rehearsal and Maggiano's was AMAZING! The service was excellent and very attentive, the food was great (huge portions) and everyone had a great time. We did family style due to the large party size and it worked out beautifully. I would recommend them for any event, especially to sit large parties.
My husband got the veal porterhouse and said it was the best steak he has ever had!
The staff was nice and we were served promptly. But the bread came with no butter, my meal was not the light version I ordered, and the sangria was watery. I tried to flag someone for butter, but decided not to mention the meal issue. And live and learn about the sangria. Still, dinner was tasty, and I still like this restaurant.
Tom the Scot was Awesome. Food was great. We did the family style and it was wonderful
We celebrated our 5 year anniversary , at the very place we went to on our first date and it was amazing , just like the first time. Thank you to our waiter for paying special attention to our special night and surprising us with a delicious assortment of desserts. Not to mention, dinner was delicious as always.
Great Family Birthday Celebration!
It is a great place even for the pickiest eaters in your family.
Great service, average food. Beer lines were in need of cleaning.
Everything from the front desk, waitstaff, quality and value of food was amazing
I love Maggiano's in Boston. It is always a first class experience. The food and service were excellent.
Went to Maggiano’s with family visiting from out of state. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. Our server was attentive and available when needed. We had one person in our party who required gluten-free pasta and sauce, and she was extremely pleased with her order. This was nice after a week of not so great tasting gluten-free options. Maggiano’s is a great option for large groups, but it can be difficult to hear due to the noise level when the restaurant is busy.
Excellent as always, Patrick did a wonderful job serving us!
Stopped in for dinner before a show. Delicious food and great service. Tables placed a little too close together, I was seated practically back to back with another diner at the next table over, but we shifted the table ourselves and it was fine. Everything from cocktails to dessert tasted terrific.
This has been my experience with every visit. It’s been a few years since I’ve dined here so it’s nice to see they’ve remained consistent.
It was my birthday brunch, and the food and service was fantastic as usual
Lackluster spaghetti and meatballs. All else good.
The service and food were exceptional! Our wait person made sure we made it out the door for an 8:00 show time. 13 minute walk from Opera House, we were able to get a same day reservation for 6.
Our server Tomas was excellent. Took care of a sometimes attentive and sometimes unruly group of us 6 and didn’t miss a single thing. Every need was met before we even had to ask. Looking forward to going back soon.
Had a great meal with great service. The streak was very tender and seasoned well. I recommend the Italian tea.
