This location was AMAZING in every way possible. The perfect server was Emiliano, so make sure to see him. The Manger on duty Jordan also makes sure the experience was beyond PERFECT. I will DEFINITELY return to this location.
We did not order a dessert and was given a few cookies and the waitress wished the birthday person a happy birthday. The other table next to us ordered a slice of cheesecake and all the waiters came over to sing happy birthday. That made my party feel like “second class citizens”. Our party of four will not be celebrating at Maggiano’s for any of our birthdays or anniversaries in the future.

I am a big fan of Maggiannos but unfortunately, at this time my experience wasn't so good.food was salty, service was slow, the table was way in the back close to the kitchen and the waiter station, low ceiling, noisy ... Maybe next time will be better like the way used to be.
My first time there. Very good food with generous portions. Seated quickly. Service was good. Food arrived in a timely manner.

I really had high expectations after dining at the location in Nashville, but I was heavily let down. Our server was rude, and inattentive. There were 3 times our entire tables beverages sat empty. I could see if the place was slammed, but it was 3pm during the week and there were 4 tables in total.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and I love that they have round tables for 5-6 people. The food was hot and excellent. Love the French bread with oil. The portions are plentiful and we even took leftovers. We ordered the meal for two, so we were able to take a dinner to go for the next day. We would definitely go back.

As for service, our waiter was great and the management was very good at dealing with my gluten allergy. However, the receptionist was not helpful and had to be pushed to timely honor our reservation. There were many unhappy customers waiting to be seated for earlier reservations. The restaurant appeared to have overbooked.
The place was way overcrowded with people on top of one another. One gigantic open dining room with tables & chairs packed in so tight the staff can barely get to everyone in the party. Organized chaos might sum it up. Our server was very friendly, very energetic and attentive. She was great. The rest of the staff whom brought the drinks and the food was curt and seemed disinterested in their duties. Oh... and the drinks were terrible - we ordered a Moscow mule and an old fashion - neither tasted as they should. If we were invited again, we would pass. Would have been more enjoyable at the Chili's next door.
We have enjoyed eating at Maggiano's many times and thought it would be great to host a special occasion - a going away celebration. We were embarrassed that we scheduled the event there. Very crowded: our table was a good size for 5 or 6 people. However, we were boxed in by the surrounding tables. The one next to us, and the same size as ours, squeezed in 8 people, making it impossible to sit comfortably without being banged by the chair in back of us. We had two people using canes that had difficulty safely moving in the area. The noise level hindered conversation for us and the wait staff. A drink request was ignored or not heard by the waiter. We couldn't wait for the dinner to be over and get out of the very crowded and noisy atmosphere. What a disappointment, never got a chance to enjoy each other's company or conversation. It's not necessary to publish this review, but make sure that the manager receives a copy. It was very evident that a lot of people around us were also annoyed with the close proximity of seating.
After visiting Maggiano's last Saturday my friend and me enjoyed a superb dinner including great food, reasonable priced drinks, nice atmosphere - would highly recommend for dinner & brunch

The food was good as always and being able to take home an extra pasta was fantastic.
We are frequent diners here and this occasion was very special. Our waiter was attentive and fast, a credit to your restaurant. Food was wonderful!!
The service was so bad - server did not listen to what was ordered, charged $5.95 for a side of spinach which was suppose to be "spinach instead of pasta", rather than offer to have the shrimp fra diavolo remade in a spicy red tomato sauce instead of the beige cream sauce it was sitting in, he argued that what I got was in fact fra diavolo. It went from bad to worse when the bill came!!!!!
Funny, he never even told us his name so I cannot tell you who it was. Jordan, the mgr attempted to make things better.

Our waitress, Marianne, was excellent and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dinner to go was a special treat!
The primavera pasta,that day was awfully,
It was soggy and the past was mushy , not so denta like it usually is.
Our waiter did not ask us if we were celebrating anything even though I mentioned it in my reservation.
Overall bad service and food that day.
I have been going to Maggianos now for 22 years and this is the first time that I felt that the trip from West Palm Beach to Boca Raton was not worth it. Maggianos has been our family special occasions, business meeting and a 100 guest class reunion place but on Friday, disappointment set in. We had a late lunch as we do the day before our daughter leaves for home. First when we arrived, the hostess was on a personal call for 15 minutes while we waited. She was making her evening plans. Our waiter was a pleasant fellow but we had to ask him several times for more water and bread. We were transitioned to a new waiterss because our waiter's shift ended but he never told us that he was leaving.
The food, well that was a separate issue. My daughter ordered chicken parm. She got what she ordered but her plate looked like someone put 2 patties with cheese onto a plate with some sauce. No garnish. I had the paradelli as I always do, it was dry, noodles were not the ones I usual get triangle shaped, but just plain wide noodles and the meat was not in what was a pasty sauce but spinkled on top. My husband has steak and potatoes and the steak and potatoes were floating in a sea of what looked like a puddle of oil. In short, we would have been better off going to Olive Garden for lunch that to Maggianos. True there was a cut over from lunch to dinner crew but to me, it looked like the servers on service for lunch left the floor and the oncoming crew were socializing and not interested in the guests. I guess that all good things come to an end and I will have to find another FAVORITE place for my special occasions, business meetings and class reunions.

Very POOR SERVICE ! Was out of several wine selections, one diner was served her entrée and the rest (7) of us waited forever for our food. Several of our dinners were not hot enough but since it took so long to get them we just made do. Tables that came in after we arrived were timely waited on and timely served while we waited & waited!!!!!!! Will not be going back!
The drinks are a must , great martini’s and mojito’s. The portions are plentiful, only entrees were ordered and could have been shared by 2 . From standard Chicken Parmigiana to Lobster Fruit de Mare , all dishes were tastifully prepared. No desserts, even though they looked delicious .We were 7 for dinner with drink and dinner came to $285 incl tip

Quality versus price it is hard to beat. We took home one lasagne each and des grill vert Gresh.

We arrived to the restaurant 40mins prior to our reservation and were delighted to be seated right away without waiting. Our server was in training that night and she was exceptional. ( her name was Kaliegh) she was informative, professional and very sweet. Dinner was great but dessert was even better. Will definitely be back.

Food was good and service attentive. Need to give 5 stars plus to the chefs and the manager for the special attention for a food allergy. They both came over to the table to discuss and bent over backwards to assure me that they were going to take extreme caution for my food. No other restauarant has ever done that before and it was really appreciated and wonderful to see.
Our table for two was placed next to a table of 20+ very loud boisterous people. It was almost impossible for us to hear each other and enjoy our dinner.
Food and service was good but not great. Did not have house wine anymore listed on menu. The bill turned out higher than expected since the only wines available were higher.
