Wonderful food and service. Will be back again. Great meal.
The food was delicious as always, and our Server, Troy, was amazing. He had many other tables, some even large parties, and he greeted us promptly, made sure we were doing alright throughout the whole meal.
The Men of Kenatic had a weekly working dinner at Maggiano's and once again the neighborhood Italian joint did not disappoint. Some of us arrived during Happy Hour and took advantage of the great deals on flat breads and great drink specials. $3 for a Peroni or Stella in downtown Bellevue is hard to beat.
Dinner found most of us ordering from the eat one take one home menu. For $15 there is no better deal in town.
The only comment is that for a group of 8 it can be hard to have a biz discussion given the relatively high volume in the store. Otherwise, Maggiano's is a great venue.
We went here (group of 7) for my son's birthday dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved what they ordered. We all got the special 2 dinners and 2 to take home. It is a wonderful thing to have some at home! And the service was excellent. Will go here again for sure (driving all the way from Tacoma)
We love Maggiano's. We've been there to celebrate birthday's, anniversary's, girls' weekends, and mom/daughter weekend. The food is always good. We love the house salad and the bread. And, the part of the menu that offers a serving of pasta to take home. Oh, and the lemon cookies are so yummy. Every time I have wine, its always so good. We've never had a server we didn't like.
Delicious food, great service, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for great Italian food. Must try the spumoni and the carrot cake. Delicious!!!
Really appreciated the sous chef paying coming to table and consulting on gluten free menu options, and prepping an appetizer I could have, etc. Really appreciated this attention and information; it can be risky and challenging to enjoy a good meal out when one is gluten free (not by choice), so this was a real pleasure.
Great place for a business meal where you can experience great food but not so busy and crowded (Monday night) that you have difficulty carrying on a conversation. Also a good place for a meal with family and friends.
Great food, service, ambiance. They messed up on my doggy container and take home pasta but fixed it with a gift card. Doesn’t deter me, though.
It was very enjoyable and fun.
We sat in the bar because the wait was too long. This was fine since the bar area had a lot of nice seating. The waiter was very attentive. When one guest's food came out wrong, the manager came over twice to apologize and took it off the check without us even asking. The spinach salad was nice, the steak was nice, the low-cal version of the chicken parmigiana was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner.
Our waiter Mike was charming and attentive. We enjoy the dinner for two with two take home dishes. The food is delicious and plentiful.
This was the first time eating here. The food was amazing. It was my daughters 16th birthday and they brought her a lemon cookie dessert with candles. Was nice. I had the shrimp diavolo. Fresh made fettuccini noodles were to die for and it had a little spice. Love it. Portion was large as well.
we did family style, a few days before we came to dinner on Easter, we got a call saying they where out of some of our food items, some of the pasta was cold, we felt very rushed to finish our meal
Overall, the food was good and the waitress was very engaging. There were 2 negatives. First, the host failed to make sure the right parties were responding, and they seated someone in our place. Then, it took almost 30 minutes after we gave them our order for them to come and tell us that they were out of one of the ordered entrees.
Easter brunch menu was very tasty and well/priced. Great family holiday destination.
I realize that restaurants are busy during holidays and that yeah service might be slow, but this was the worst. Food was cold and took over 90 mins to get our entrees.
Delicious family share Easter meal!
Fabulous value, outstanding service, and delicious menu options for a busy Easter Sunday Brunch. Thank you Maggiano’s Bellevue. We will be back.
This was my first visit to this Maggiano's location but frequented Maggiano's Chicago locations several years ago. We went on Easter Sunday and overall it was a very satisfying meal and I would return. I always LOVED the chopped salad at Maggiano's so of course it was an easy selection off the Easter family style menu. I am not sure if Maggiano's served a different chopped salad on this menu or have gone with a different recipe altogether. The salad was enjoyable and nothing to complain about but I really did miss the original one I was used to for so many years. I also did not see Country Style Rigatoni on the menu. It was another old favorite that I'm sorry is gone. My kids ordered lasagna from the children's menu and it definitely did not look like the lasagna I used to order. Maybe the children's menu is a different recipe. Highlights for me from our Easter meal were the bruschetta, the peppers and sausage and the tiramisu, which was just as I remember it to be. As might be expected, the restaurant was crowded on Easter but our waiter did a stellar job taking care of us.
Good experience, but when I ask for a booth table in my reservation I want a booth table not be seated in the ordinary tables
Very great place for family lunch.
We tried Maggiano's Brunch for the 3rd time and brought friends who had brunch there for the first time. We recommend the Lemon pancakes, meatball eggs benedict, and ham eggs benedict. I had the crab cakes egg benedict and it was spicy! I am usually super sensitive to spicy food so I asked my friend and with one bite she also said it was pretty spicy and she like spicy food. The hollandaise sauce made up for it so I could tolerate it, but it was pretty harsh. The "pitcher" of Sangria gave all of us a glass and a half, but it wasn't very alcoholic at all and I wouldn't recommend it as a good value.
First time at this restaurant in Bellevue with family. Ambience is cozy and on the louder side. Our waitress was great. One of our orders did get messed up and my daughter was not very happy as she couldn’t eat with us and had to wait for her corrected meal. However, as a consolation, our waitress comped our dessert and later the manager came over to apologize for the mistake and comped her meal. It doesn’t stop there. When we were all set to go, the waitress came by and said the manager comped our entire meal! This was not what we expected and it shows this place has class and commitment to their customers. Definitely will return again. The food was very delicious. We ordered the prime rib, filet Mignon and linguini with clams. They were all so incredibly tasty. Recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great service and super delicious meal.
Skyler, our server, was outstanding! Food is always great, nice to have a consistent experience we can count on.
The food was excellent, as always. We were there on a business dinner and the booth they provided us for 5 people was WAY TOO small for 5 businessmen. They need to rethink how and where they sit people. The service was excellent up to the point I asked for crushed red pepper and the waiter totally forgot....must have seen a shiny object in the corner somewhere to divert his attention. The ambiance is very nice and the location couldn't be more perfect. Love they validate parking. Overall, a favorable experience.
only complaint is about reservation system. we book at 7.30pm but we got to sit at the table like 8.20pm,so what is the point of reservation. however, the service was outstanding. it made me overlook the wait time
This was my very first time at Maggianos. I did a reservation for a large party and they were able to accommodate my request. The host was very lovely and answered all my questions and concerns. After getting seated, the
waitress assisted us in a timely manner. Which in my experience was quicker then most upscale restaurants I’ve been to.
My only complaint is that the waitress and another female employee were a bit passive aggressive with my group. I know it’s probably been a busy day for the restaurant but that definitely wasn’t necessary. We’ve all thought maybe she was a bit stressed due to the high volume of guests. Yet, we noticed her attitude towards another table. She was a lot more welcoming and friendlier to them(Caucasian family). Our waitress was friendly at first, until she over heard my guests and I talk among ourselves about the cities growth(Seattle & Bellevue)and how the tech Industry has risen. We also brought up topics about privileged individuals and how some racial groups feels superior then the rest etc.. My guests and I are all college students who enjoy discussing sensitive topics about our political views, our sociological views, race, discrimination etc.. In which we are free to do so. We were all having a private conversation and it was never our intend to offend or target anyone. I noticed the waitress seemed a bit upset in which resulted in her rude attitude. They had a Hispanic gentleman bring our food to our table and he was very friendly towards us. He kindly asked us which plate we ordered. As we proceeded to tell him, the waitress interrupted him and commented, “Sorry, he doesn’t know how to read.” NONE of us laughed. We were all offended by her comment. The gentlemen looked embarrassed and walked away. As a person of color, I definitely did not feel welcomed in this place. I came in to celebrate my birthday with my friends and instead ended up leaving very upset.
Always Great Food and Always Great Service. We definitely recomend Maggianos !!
The food was good and the decor was fun but it is very crowded and loud. It was hard to have a conversation with someone who was across the table.
The food was delicious, and they have incredible deals! Great for groups and family get togethers.
Our Server was fantastic, managing a group of 9 and several dietary needs. Food was above average, but cost was higher than I felt necessary.
Most enjoyable lunch with excellent waiter, Sandro
The family style meals where too expensive for the quality of the food.
Micah, the bartender, was extremely attentive and knew exactly what we needed. The food was excellent. It made my husband's day-before 50th birthday dinner with me enjoyable and hassle-free. Thank you very much!
This was my wife and I first time dinning here and the overall date was great. The portions and taste of food was fantastic. They were super busy but we didn’t have to wait a long time to get our food. My wife has food allergies and the chef came to our table to insure separation of foods. Classy Place and would love to come back again with family and friends. Graci
Seated us right away, good service and good food, thanks.
We all enjoyed our meals and we really good plenty to eat - plus leftovers. I had the lasagne and I really love the fact that with some menu items, you get a second entree to take home for another night. Wow! Very fun place to dine!
Excellence in every aspect!! Very upscale ambiance, delicious menu with very affordable selections for lunch. How can you not love a kitchen that sends you home with a 'gift' pasta😍?
Always good food and hearty servings. My favorite Italian restaurant!
