Wonderful services, great food and good deals for us.
My wife and I had a great time.
The food is always good. They were extremely busy
We were able to get Booth which is always nice. A little loud but we expected it so it didn’t bother us. Had a great time. Malcom did a great job at letting us have a leisurely dinner.
Not a great experience. It was SO crowded, noisy and under staffed. We had to ask to get water refilled. Two orders at the table were incorrect. Food was forgotten and then dropped off after the dinner plates had been taken away. Lousy service, marginal food at best. Very disappointing.
Great food. Great service. It's a big place so sometimes it can get a little loud. But overall the food and service make up for the noise.
The waiters didn’t know their specials well.
Great for large families and love the pasta for now and later!
Food was great
Malcolm was a great waiter and a lot of fun!
My husband and I went for a late Valentines day dinner. The place had a nice aisa to it - Nostalgic decor, nice ambience, excellent service (we had Joe). The food is fresh and is made to order. While the taste was pretty good, it wasn't exactly mind blowing. I would rays the food a 3.5 stars.
We didn't know they have a concept of giving out another classic pasta of your choice when you order one (which I happened to do) and that was a pleasant surprise.
We will probably be back, but mainly for the overall experience and not primarily for the food.
They serve large portions, good value for your money. Excellent server, quick service, nice atmosphere.
We go here for Valentine's Day every year because they are by far the best on such a busy night. We've tried several other restaurants and they've all been terrible. Our service this night was exceptional! I usually make the reservation early on here and this time I requested a booth in the notes and they actually had one waiting for us! Our server even noticed I had a couple pieces of bread on my plate to take home and he sent us home with a whole new loaf in our to-go bag. They have a special on Valentine's Day but we usually order off the regular menu, which is very reasonably priced and then we have lots of leftovers for the next couple days. I highly recommend Maggiano's on any night, but especially Valentine's Day.
We dined at Maggiano's for Valentine's Day, and we could not have picked a better place to spend our evening. Food was delicious, atmosphere was warm, and our server was super attentive and accommodating of my vegetarianism. My partner and I agree that we had a really special night.
I booked this reservation 2 months ago for Valentine's Day. This is my wife's favorite restaurant. I was surprised that upon arrival when we were brought to the banquet room where it felt more like a cafeteria than the little Italian restaurant we love. The food and service were amazing. I just feel that if this is something they are going to do to pack as many people in as possible they should disclose upfront. We will not be back for valentines day.
We came here for Valentines Day. Our second year in a row because it’s so good. Kathy our server was excellent! She knew the menu well and gave helpful recommendations that turned out really great. We look forward to our next visit!
Our waiter was excellent! He recommended the lobster carbonara and it was amazing! Perfect valentines night with my valentine!
The restaurant was overbooked. Instead if the main dining area, we we seated at one if a bunch of small tables set up in a banquet room in back. Our table was shakey; the top spun and nearly toppled my wine. We moved to a steadier table but by the time a manager offered to move us to the main dining area, our food had arrived.
This was not a memorable Valentine experience!
One of our favorite places to go for special occasions. The food is always excellent: the beef medallions are our favorite. The service is always uniformly good. We've never had bad service there.
Always enjoy Maggiano's for lunch or dinner. Great menu selections and we like the option to have smaller "light" portions.
Their tiramisu is the best, and so is their frozen peach bellinis.
food was good, as usual, I never got a booster seat for my toddler even though I was offered one.
I just wouldn't order steak as it's not a steak house and clarify. I pointed at what I wanted and he repeated the higher Filet and I didn't catch it. It wasn't rare and took over 30 minutes to receive.... Wait staff and Manager was very timely and letting me know the kitchen was behind which I appreciated however the 23$ steak I ordered was $36 which was the center cut however I didn't catch that he asked this... I just caught Filet Minion.. If I spelled that correct. Huge difference in what we spent and it was dry and not rare.... Lesson learned is stick to Italian food when you go there as that is what they do BEST. I love it.
